Update:
Got some stomache cramps in the night from the 2mg jump in reta, 1am to 730am. Slept through most of it, was worth it. Lol

Finally noticing some appetite suppression, deffinitely went longer before i would usually feel hungry. Currently suffering through the second half of a 3rd meal to get my carbs a bit higher for the day.

Second day pinning the GLOW 1.2mg dose, PIP was even less. Im adjusting quickly.

Pull Dropset tomorrow before the snow flies.

I reintroduced those digestive enzymes and probiotics a few days after pulling some supps. I let everything settle before i reintroduced. Still taking 14g of psyllium daily, it seems to be a good amount for my diet currently.

I take pepcid at the moment, i started when i pulled the supps i think. Im going to finish out the box (5 days) and see how it is after that. Dropping caffeine made the most difference.

Update:
I made it to the gym in the morning but had pretty good cramps so only did some cardio. Cramps were from half my breakfast. Got strong cramps from 200g of lean pork round steak later as well. Had 123g of rice later, and psyllium husk immediately after rice so its not sitting on the bottom like with breakfast. It was much better.

Diet was messed up today. Will bring meal portions down for next meal prep while my body adjusts to the 4mg reta.

Even less PIP with the GLOW 1.2mg. Body is adjusting well. Will increase in 1 or 2 days.

Update:
Tested GLOW 1.2mg dose. PIP was much more managable, will maintain for now and raise when PIP starts decreasing. Raised RETA to 4mg.. Leg day was killer.
Fairly low fat day as well. Had a couple fresh market chinese bowls expiring so killed those today.

I bought one of those squat bar pads so the bar doesnt hurt my arms. Just a cheap one, it works great. I do zerchers because reg squats tend to put too much pressure on my discs.

I jumped from 2mg to 4mg reta on friday. Figured why not, had no sides lol. I got some cramps friday night roughly 1am to 730am, slept through most of em. Sunday it was like whenever i ate id get cramps.

I also noticed my GERD acted up as well. After dropping caffeine and taking pepcid twice daily its been good, reflux rarely and regurg frequency back to normal, but yesterday i puked in my mouth on an empty stomache while lying down. Im actually getting a tiny little bit of reflux right now, the timing of the 2 events could be a coincidence though. Time will tell.

No cramps today. Ate lighter and didnt hit macro targets but thats fine. Took my supps, psyllium husk and creatine after eating breakfast so they dont sit on bottom. Also ate all my rice completely before meats for same reason. Either it worked or the side effects from the dose jump are gone already.

Just had some stuff going on, i was pretty stressed and what not. Didnt eat very good for those days. I didnt eat much, had to force 2 meals a day. Dropped to 179.3lbs. So its kinda a win that i broke 180. Lol

Im getting back to it, just hit pull day. Legs tomorrow.

Going to destroy the fuck outta my legs today. After losing enough fat i can actually start to see the individual quads when i flex.

Its was actually family that brought me 2 sandwhichs and an order of mozza sticks from a restaurant. Probably hoping to jump start me eating.

I actually bought Mass Gainer for 2 reasons even though im cutting. For days like those or if i just dont quite have enough carbs that day, i can have a quick scoop.

Alright got some new basics blood, its just my regular repeating bloods for my meds so no PED panel. Its partial cause lamotrigine has to be sent to a specialty lab, takes forever.

No physique updates since start of cycle?
I actually took advice to run a glp and cut bodyfat before jumping on, pics were from 195lbs. Im at 180lbs now and will be taking update pics on monday after torso day.

I start cycle at 170lbs, which should be around 12-13% BF for me. Im at an estimated 18-19% right now.

I just ordered most my gear and will post touchdown pics this week. Ill be running sust, test e, deca with var for the last 7 weeks.

Are you choosing how many reps to do before you train? Doing 6 sets for the same reps and weight I'm guessing that's what you're doing.

Is there a theory behind that type of training? Are you rehabbing somethn?

The GHK-cu PIP is still there. I been at 2.4mg for a bit now. I think ill probably be raising the dose to 3.6mg at somepoint within the week or so. My body is taking longer than i though to adjust to it but its coming along.

The initial PIP when i did the first and second pins at 3.6mg was actually pretty bad and covered quite a large area of my thighs. I may have skipped that leg day because those first pins. Lol

Use more fatty areas for subQ like your glutes. Thighs might be too lean.
 
Are you choosing how many reps to do before you train? Doing 6 sets for the same reps and weight I'm guessing that's what you're doing.

TLDR i go to failure always and im not reps and weights. Im rehabbing my right leg. Knee sometimes gets in the way if leg day. Sorry shes a bit long

So i usually go to failure every set, nothing in reserve. By my last set im starting to breaking form just to get that little bit extra. Depending on the machine ill assist myself in squeezing out the last if needed but i dont cheat it, i keep the struggle the whole rep.

Generally on Triple Dropsets i keep my first weight in the 4-7 rep range to failure. If i go past 7, i go up in weight. The other drops are also to failure and lets say i failed at 5 reps, i drop and maybe ill get 6 or 7 before droping and hitting another 6-8. But by the last set, the first drop i might only another 4, and then get 6 on the final drop.

My total reps for a Triple dropset would be anywhere between 12 to 20, depending on how heavy i initially went or how far in weight the drops were. Dropsets usually have a higher initial rep range, but im flexible and sometimes go heavy.

Use more fatty areas for subQ like your glutes. Thighs might be too lean.
So the pips nowhere near as bad, but those were just the initial first doses. I usually hit my obliques and abdomen with it, but rotate to thighs, so the bpc is closer to my knees. I have pretty shakey hands, so i need to brace good for pins. Glutes are not really an option, i already give myself bad pins on the regular as is. Lol

Ah gotcha. Ya the PIP really does subside after a couple weeks.
 
Yeah slowly, the initial PIP was an area 8"x6" on the top of thigh. Now an area of about 2" to 3" circle.
Let's get that radius down to a pin point the size of a slin pin :p

So i usually go to failure every set, nothing in reserve. By my last set im starting to breaking form just to get that little bit extra. Depending on the machine ill assist myself in squeezing out the last if needed but i dont cheat it, i keep the struggle the whole rep.

Generally on Triple Dropsets i keep my first weight in the 4-7 rep range to failure. If i go past 7, i go up in weight. The other drops are also to failure and lets say i failed at 5 reps, i drop and maybe ill get 6 or 7 before droping and hitting another 6-8. But by the last set, the first drop i might only another 4, and then get 6 on the final drop.

My total reps for a Triple dropset would be anywhere between 12 to 20, depending on how heavy i initially went or how far in weight the drops were. Dropsets usually have a higher initial rep range, but im flexible and sometimes go heavy.

Ah ok that makes sense. I'm surprised on some of those movements you can keep hitting the same reps time after time. Especially the dropset movements. You must be taking a decently long break between sets? I remember you said sometimes you get caught up reading

Yea well its usually bout 2 mins if im reading, if im not its 1min or so. I do have sets where i cant always match the reps, but ill bang out some partials aswell to top of the set.

Today got a bit messed up at the end, had a couple seizures. Right after saying ive been doing good too. Haha. They werent grand mals, only partials but was deff a full body workout.

First one was pretty long so im wore out. Id say probably 25mins of full body flexin on and off. Second one i almost broke my teeth, i think i got away with just a small chip. It was short and only head, quads and left arm were goin. Probably taking tomorrow off.

I did use cbd to prevent seizures quiting one med cold turkey and it worked for those couple of weeks, i didnt have any for a bit but i still had some random ones while taking cbd further down the line.

Im sure its helps but ive been heavily medicated with whats considered toxic and harmful doses of multiple meds at the same time and ill still have them. Its just not something that can be 100% controlled.

I dont have a constant rate, it changes a lot. Ive had good years and really bad ones. So having a couple now after a good bit isnt surprising, it was just inevitable. Just another day.

I also dont have the money for that, not after ordering protein and gear lol.

I understand the issue. I think you can get cbd much cheaper if you get it grey/blackmarket @Shakey in Canada it's all legal, @BeMe can suggest something I think

I fid see a dr about a keto diet once. But my diet was so awful and such high sugar at that time years ago, he said switching to keto would produce seizures. Lol

If it’s really frustrating you bro as the redness is a histamine effect from the ghk-cu itself an anti histamine (loratidine or cetirizine) seemed to do well in really reducing the redness for a while for me anyway.

I actually didnt get redness at all, just like really itchy pain. I suppose covered was a bad choice of word as theres no surface effects. Its all pain and itchy under the skin, though i have read anti histamines would help. Its much more bearable now so i dont think ill get some. Just take my time moving up in dose.

Ill keep that in mind though if i get PIP from something else or i have to re titrate onto glow down the line.

Irritation from GHK-CU seems to get better over time interestingly. I've been using it for around 3 months, and now only occasionally get site irritation.

Makes sense. My allergies are pretty bad from spring to fall, so i regularly take anti-histamines then. My first GLOW pins were pretty bad pain wise as well. Im at 2/3 of the original dose now and its not bad. Ill probably be at 3.6mg in a few days.

So i havent done any gear or trt yet, so no test. But my change in meds last year more than doubled my test, was 9.8, its 20.5 now. So i havent grown this fast before.

No NPP, Im planning on running weekly totals of 250mg Sust, 100mg Test E, 150mg Deca for 20 weeks with the last 7 weeks on 40mg of Var daily. I will have Arimidex on hand for then too. I had help from @HarleyGuy tailoring my cycle.

I had to pick longer esters for a smoother estrogen curve as my meds are estrogen sensitive. Im going to start a low infrequent dose preventatively. Both low and high e are risky, more so high e as thats dangerous. Low e has increased side effects and/or toxicity.

I actually never checked how many people are following before lol.

No NPP, Im planning on running weekly totals of 250mg Sust, 100mg Test E, 150mg Deca for 20 weeks with the last 7 weeks on 40mg of Var daily. I will have Arimidex on hand for then too. I had help from @HarleyGuy tailoring my cycle.

I had to pick longer esters for a smoother estrogen curve as my meds are estrogen sensitive. Im going to start a low infrequent dose preventatively. Both low and high e are risky, more so high e as thats dangerous. Low e has increased side effects and/or toxicity.

I actually never checked how many people are following before lol.

Oh looks like i forgot "arimidex" for the infrequent preventative dose sentence. Yeah @HarleyGuy is pretty helpful.

Long esters will have to be a staple for my cycles. Now just gotta hit 170lbs. Yeah i suppose your right lol.

Big changes since your last post bro. You're killn it. A lot leaner and there's definitely new muscle all over the place. Those full body workouts are really workn lol
Yea i noticed leaning out even on stalled scale weight, but visual changes kept the motivation up. I just had to keep killin it.

Maybe i should loosen the restraints and take advantage of my natural disposition more often. Lmfao JK

Yeah, i can deffinitely see the progress compared to before the med switch when my test was 9.8.

Ive dropped deadlifts in favour of working at progressing more on back extenions. Im trying to let that nerve root compression that makes my feet numb heal. Healing is going well.
