I’m sure this topic has been covered before, but I wanted to know your guys thoughts on Injectable L carnitine. Firstly whether you guys think it’s worth adding to my bulk (or cut), whether you’ve felt/seen any benefits, what sort of dosage you guys use (Ive seen 200mg/50 pounds as a guide), and when you guys take it - like preworkout or pre cardio etc?
I wanted to utilise it as well for the proposed increased sensitivity to androgen receptors + the fat burning. But also I’ve seen a lot of posts on forums saying it’s useless and not worth your money. Premium Supps has them for a decent price but I don’t want to buy it unnecessarily if it’s not gonna do much (+ it’s an extra pin to do every day)
