Daily thoughts
I changed my hand position whilst benching today. I was taking training photos and I noticed my elbow/ wrist position was terrible. The photos showed this to me. That is invaluable knowledge.
I changed to a wider hand position, and found the lift was more controlled and there was less shoulder pain. I can't recall why I had the narrower grip but it is now back at a wider one. That was great day in the gym. Taught myself something
I had an interesting conversation this morning with my beloved about Evo, and as it works out, the mental health benefits it can, has and will continue to give.
Due to Evo's very nature of being anonymous, for the most part, brothers and sisters are able to discuss topics that are generally not regarded as acceptable in "normal" society, whatever that is.
I have read many times sisters on Evo state they can freely discuss topics, seek advice and feel unhindered in what they wish to discuss. That is healthy mental health right there.
The brothers on Evo have unloaded on many topics (infidelity, divorce, sickness, death ect) that normally would be bottled up and never discussed. Here they can unburden themselves mentally without concern and know they are supported.
I must give a lot of credit to the moderators here. I have personally not seen a conversation thread stopped simply because it wasn't about training, peds or food.
Just another reason you have to love this Evo Family and the sanctuary it provides to the community we find ourselves a part of.

Seems to be a very exciting time for the Evo Family at the moment. Ton of new quality members, great old ones returning, amazing new vendors and some incredible gains all around by the brothers and sisters.
The educational content is really stepping up to new levels and on top of that we have pod casts of members happening at an astonishing rate.
Looks like 2026 is going to be a huge year for the Evo Fam. So happy I have a front row view.

As this will be starting tomorrow, to ensure that there is constant set of variables during this log, my PEDs, Supps, Prescribed Meds and food will not change for the next 4 weeks at least. This will allow all changes to be noticable to me as they happen. Honoured to be doing this as part of the @Gene-Tropin team.

Big day for me under the bar today. Haven't been near 160kg since August last year. Anywhere past this I haven't been near since 2019. So next time will be fun.
Since I am about to start logging the HGH, I figure a picture base line is necessary to know the starting points so changes can be seen if they occur.

Daily thoughts
I changed my hand position whilst benching today. I was taking training photos and I noticed my elbow/ wrist position was terrible. The photos showed this to me. That is invaluable knowledge.
I changed to a wider hand position, and found the lift was more controlled and there was less shoulder pain. I can't recall why I had the narrower grip but it is now back at a wider one. That was great day in the gym. Taught myself something
I had an interesting conversation this morning with my beloved about Evo, and as it works out, the mental health benefits it can, has and will continue to give.
Due to Evo's very nature of being anonymous, for the most part, brothers and sisters are able to discuss topics that are generally not regarded as acceptable in "normal" society, whatever that is.
I have read many times sisters on Evo state they can freely discuss topics, seek advice and feel unhindered in what they wish to discuss. That is healthy mental health right there.
The brothers on Evo have unloaded on many topics (infidelity, divorce, sickness, death ect) that normally would be bottled up and never discussed. Here they can unburden themselves mentally without concern and know they are supported.
I must give a lot of credit to the moderators here. I have personally not seen a conversation thread stopped simply because it wasn't about training, peds or food.
Just another reason you have to love this Evo Family and the sanctuary it provides to the community we find ourselves a part of.

Seems to be a very exciting time for the Evo Family at the moment. Ton of new quality members, great old ones returning, amazing new vendors and some incredible gains all around by the brothers and sisters.
The educational content is really stepping up to new levels and on top of that we have pod casts of members happening at an astonishing rate.

I agree totally @2Thick . I have had no issues at all on it and have slowly titrated up to where I am now. Even the water retention is mild. I haven't stepped into the Tren world and probably wont as I am very comfortable with the progress I get from Deca.That's good. You respond well to Deca. @Kopite67 it's a very mild steroid. Brother, I cannot say as I haven't started the GH yet (postal issuesI agree with you. Evo is a wonderful place for development — everyone can find their place here, without judgment, with pure knowledge and help. Amazing photos. I love nature and animals. I manage to escape under a tent, without electronics — then a person notices what they really have within themselves.
As for the cycle, tell me — since you combine Deca and GH — do you experience any symptoms of elevated prolactin? Does any fatigue appear in the second half of the day, or waking up at night? I’m asking out of curiosity because I’m extremely fascinated by this topicand I know that everyone reacts differently.
