So household responsibilities are falling more onto me but it's her turn when I go into prep

I hear that both ICN & NBA take good care of their pro athletes too. Plus this year’s natural IFBB season has a pro card for grabs (still can’t believe they did it last year without one). I hear nothing but horror story's about icn. The guy who runs NBA is rather cool.

I honestly think you have the genetics to get extremely far in bodybuilding if you really push yourself. It's all about consistency from here on out. You'll be amazed at where you're at six months from now and one year from now. @Demon_throne

Little update this morning. Math was off yesterday.

Meal plan and cals for the next few days before I do shopping

• ~2,254 kcal

• Protein: ~245-255 g

• Carbs: ~200-203 g

• Fat: ~49-50g





Pre walk

Eaas x1



Post walk

1L coconut water



Breakfast

• 350g YoPRO

• 100g raspberries



Eggs Meal

• 2 Abe’s bagel (natural/normal)

• 4 whole eggs

• 166g egg whites



Intra-Workout

• 1x Electrolytes/eaa

15hr fasting.

Making use of what I have in the house already, because I hate being wasteful.

Protocol update
Test has been reduced to 250mg getting ready for my heath phase



This log will conclude at the end of the health phase making way for a new log will be covering from the end of this coming heath phase up until prep starts.

Stay tuned as some touch downs are expected in the coming weeks setting things up for the start of the new log. Some brands that may be involved that I am planning on placing orders with are @UGL OZ , @Raptor Labs , @War Born Peptides , @RGSX .

She looks great for 10 wks out, especially for fit model. I really like fit model division despite the flack it cops, I think it’s the look that most gym girls aspire to when they say they want a ‘bikini physique’. IFBB Bikini has definitely pushed the size and density to no longer be an attainable (or desirable) look for many girls.

I completely agree she want to get to their bikini size but after this comp season I said she has to take her next off season as serious as she is taking prep to have a shot at that much growth.

You are on the money! Bikini nowadays requires stricter & longer off-seasons. The beauty of fit model is that even the pros seem to be able to enjoy a more balanced lifestyle year-round, and get to compete more often frequently since the conditioning requirements are less, so the prep can be ‘healthier’ on female hormones.

Since eq is more dry lean and Decca is more wet mass I think they should even out and be rather neutral in relation to water retention which would be further amplified by the use of tbol or something like Anavar as the oral choice.

I had a look on here and I can't see anyone that has run it as a cycle (test, Decca,eq), I know high rbc will be a potential issue but all in all with food as the main driver and compound selection designed to build and hold mass it should in theory be a phenomenal 16 week cycle, 4 weeks oral at the start 4 weeks at the end

Oh, I didn't realise this was for the next phase and not current. My bad.
I haven't seen anyone do this either. I did 2 pins last year of test/deca/eq and got sick and stopped everything. I am so tempted to go again in my next cycle.

Let's see. If you check back this week to last I've improved on about 90% of my lifts, I'm keeping my feeder sets on the lower end and it's not recorded but I'm doing a back off set to one of my feeder weights to burn out the muscles. (Last exercise for the muscle group for the day)



Mental health: didn't think it was possible but it's better then last week

Weight did jump up after weigh in last week but I believe that's due to creatine saturation as nothing had changed

I can wind down the steps and cardio (25k a day average is the goal, 5x30mins cardio and 2x1hr+ cardio) as of this weekend the anabolics get pulled and health phase kicks off. Cardio will return to just Thursday and Sunday which Should lower my Inflimation

Apparently people can't grasp the concept of filling in numbers to made sure you have the formular set up correct. Someone has taken a copy of the chart claiming it's what is being ran from day 1. Not true blood work dependant the numbers filled is just a test to make sure the AA's section works as intended.

Demon just proposed it to me and asked what I thought about it based on what he learnt from his old coach who was reckless and extreme in his approach
Demon has been mislead by this coach about what is necessary and I'm in the process of educating him on safer ways to achieve his goals 🙂

Some of you might be thinking my testosterone is still on the high side and if the only metric that I was worried about was my free and total testosterone you would be 100% fight but having my test higher at 250 mg will have my oestrogen sitting Pretty much bang on exactly where I need it.

Update on my feet, still rather blistered so I have just done a short sweet fasted cardio sesh this morning.

Actually really enjoying the cycling as my cardio, slight quad pump and it's low enough impact I do not fear loosing muscle while doing it. Also seems to be conditioning the hamstrings a bit so win win

I've programmed the sheets to auto add up any amount added in the AA's section eq let's say 10mg Anavar daily I just fill the table mon-sun and it will auto add the 70mg to the total androgen load for the week
I see :D I'm not a tech guy went right over my head lol
