Always great to see you update us. @PrinceDaddy I can't believe you're going to cut down from about 190 lb to 165 lb. That's going to be a heck of a transformation.

I pretty much repeat the workout week to week. The only change I have made with legs is the addition of sissy squats and one sided goblet squats to sit on the glute. I do feel stronger, but I'm not adding weight, just trying to have more control, lower and slower.

Biggest thing for me is to start seeing the body change. I can't at the moment since I am covered in hair. I am thinking aound March 7 or so. With my hair it is big task, especially the first time since I have not been doing any trim maintenance. I am much more abdominally stronger this time of year compared to years past. I am doing planks, crunches, twists, vacuums, leg lifts. It is a focus for me.

Funniest notable event today as I was getting ready to re-rack the 130 dumb bells from RDLs my over the ear headphones slip off and fall on the rack where I am supposed to put the dumb bells. I really dislike these headphones. They don't clamp on tight enough and often slip off my head if I am sweating. I have another pair of another brand ready to roll but I usually wait for the current one to break.

Keep up the good work man. I like the pull-ups that you're doing. @PrinceDaddy and the HGH looks terrific as well. Nice strategy. You'll save money and you probably won't notice any difference.

The reta is still working. All things being equal between this week and last the only change is the addition of 4iu HGH M-F.
On Wednesday I noticed around 8pm its as if my stomach acid was burning. Like my metabolism was on fire. I'm not really eating after bolus meal. Maybe a greek yogurt or some nuts.

Decent leg work out today. Feeling a bit tired. Not sure why.

Tomorrow is shoulders. I was starting with seated front barbell presses. I'm going to replace with plate loaded presses. I'm thinking my shoulder does not like the lift off from the bench (back to front). I'm anxious to see how I feel as this is easily my weakest body part for the moment.

A very underrated method of progression. I think essential for certain muscles / exercises. Back would be an example for me. Always trying to maximise the feel/contraction in the lats.

I feel like sleep has been ok, but not improved. I am feeling raging hunger later in the evening. I'm not sure if that is a side for GH. I am still on Reta 2mg on Mondays.
I haven't discussed it but since I added HGH (2ui/day pre bed), I think my hunger has increased significantly. Actually, I'm not sure hunger is the best term. It's like my body is really telling me it NEEDS food.

The reta is still working. All things being equal between this week and last the only change is the addition of 4iu HGH M-F.
On Wednesday I noticed around 8pm its as if my stomach acid was burning. Like my metabolism was on fire. I'm not really eating after bolus meal. Maybe a greek yogurt or some nuts.
are you taking Apple cider vinegar ED? @PrinceDaddy and psyllium husk?

I found that as well brother. That push up pull out motion was always uncomfortable as hell. I switched to DB and Landmine single arm press myself. Hope yours goes well for you 🩵

Weight likely up due to diet IMO but I'd like to see it more closely @PrinceDaddy i really think you need close coaching with diet and training and planning :D

on the castor oil its nasty stuff will make you run to the toilet a lot I'm not a fan of it tbh

I go as high as 2 45s and 2 quarters each side, so heavier than what I would do on bar press. Hoping to build some strength and gains.

Have not been sleeping optimally. I think this is due to the temperature change. It is around 80 now. I have not flipped the house to A/C yet.

Been dragging a bit. Have a very light sore throat working thru my system. I feel it, but it does not bother me. Weight seems to go up on the HGH. I don't see any obvious water retention. Body hair as well on Saturday and Sunday. Large effort for me as I have not done any maintenance since Sept of last year. Anxious to see what is hiding underneath. Looking at my log last year this day I was waking up 201 and post workout at 195.

Got to agree about water retention on HgH, haven't seen it myself either. Sounds like hair shedding is quite the ordeal brother 🤣🩵

With the hair off, I do see it better, but it not very much compared to years past with the definite sock line. I feel like the HGH is contributing to this. So I'm in week 2 of 5. 3 more weeks to go. At the end of week 5, I am planning on doing the blood work.

So, basically I am thinking of starting the hard diet, fasting and cutting peptides (SLU-PP332, MOTS-C, AOD-9064), clen in April. At that point, I plan on cutting over to Tren and Mast towards the end of April.

I would say looking at this, we need to dial it in and add microdose of tren about 20mgs ed and start pushing hard on arms and shoulders, arms being biggest push we need bi/tri work

you really need bpc in the shoulder imo

My shoulder workout seems to be improving. My shoulder joint feel a bit dry. Like I need Deca (already using), but I am feeling stronger and in less pain. I did the plate loaded shoulder press and got up to 3plates and quarter for 5 reps. Hope I get some growth out of it,

Glad to have the hair off as now I can see the physique at the gym. More motivation.

I don't. Last year this time (March) I was doing college visits with my daughter. I tried to get a workout in when I could, but my diet and training were not the standard. I ended up with another in April as well. So I was working around her schedule.

Deca is more of a cover up for joint issues, need the peptides bpc/tb GLOW etc to fix it @PrinceDaddy

Weight has come down from the weekend. Maybe I'm retaining more water on the HGH. Feels like I am going up 5 lbs by the end of the week starting Mon into Friday. I'm only doing 4iu HGH Mon-Fri. This will be week 3.

This minor sore throat has turned into a little congestion and cough. Still not enough for me to take a rest day. Still just a nuisance.
I am between the bulk and cut. I'm not overeating and not dieting but I am eating healthy. I would say I'm priming for the cut. As soon as I finish this HGH dose at the end of the month I start cutting and fasting. I am maintaining strength and working core while I get there.
