Another workout in the books. Weight is holding. I don't feel like I am overeating. I did add the AI Aromasin this week. I'm not really feeling high estrogen. For me this overly emotional and nipple sensitivity. I feel fine. I am starting the M-F HGH protocol next week. I am thinking I start Friday fasting on that last Friday (after 5 weeks of HGH) and run blood work.
Right now I have consistency and intensity in my workouts. That should be a winning combo.
