DOMS will set in on Sunday which is good because Monday will be an off day.
Tomorrow is Back, Bi’s and calves and Sunday Legs again with some peripheral work.
I see Ashley down in Folsom tomorrow and I will be moving very slow, I will hit up the “Ego Free Zone” on Sunday morning and agonize sitting in the car on the drive back home for two hours 😂😂😂

Love this balls to the wall workout. Hammer Strength incline is probably my favourite chest exercise.

bro!! That bar is 62lbs and is amazing, especially if you have shoulder issues like I do. @Mobster uses one. I guess it is called a Hackney squat. I like being able to grip the handles and push up against them. It feels good on my back and it makes everything feel so stable
It has opened doors for me with doing legs, squats and lunges

I have this for dessert every night. So simple but so good. There's been a shortage of the high protein greek yoghurt in my area at the moment. Found some stock recently and grabbed like 6 containers worth. I like to use chock whey and a little PB or almond butter.

What kind of steak is this and how are you prepping it ahead of time? @MarkNV watching some videos and it seems like you're supposed to leave it on the counter for a couple hours to let it warm up internally. Do you agree?

Totally agree, it makes for a much more even cook. I take it out for about 45 minutes to bring it to room temp, I don’t go much longer than that because once it hits 42 degrees, you can start to get bacteria. I use Salt, pepper and garlic powder. If on the stove, I will use tallow

This was a ball tip steak. I cleaned out the Mark Down Bin at the meat market and took what they had
I like to do that because you never know what you will get

Hahahaha this last weekend she thought she wanted to wrestle around a bit 😂😂😂 I let her have fun, and resisted just enough for her to get totally worn out, I heard her whisper under her breath, “Jesus he is strong” hahaha
