Slept 7.5hrs managing to get a pretty good and solid sleep, have been doing 5iu of HGH pre bed which is hopefully helping haha, I have noticed some lower back cramps, so have been having some magnesium and some taurine aswell, though they seem to have been gone since today which is nice

Since taking this stack i honestly feel like I have alot more energy throughout the day, and in the gym the pumps are getting better and better and weights are going up too which is nice, been super busy at work too learning the underground world, its all new and exciting
