I also incorporate weighted pull ups in some training blocks and cycle with pull downs - very rarely do in the sme session.

I hear u man, I use to love my figure 8 straps and have some weight hanging off the belt, not much but it still counts, best stretch in the lats too

Your set structure, say for shoulder press for example, are you doing 4 sets with the same weight for 12 reps all sets? And that would mean failure on the 4th set only? 32kg is good weight in that case. Your true 12RM might be ~5kg more?

Truue i could go heavier and I have before, my best is 48kgs each hand i believe, but im just trying to looking after my shoulders and not get any injuries

Massive fan of Bw pull-ups as warm up on pull day! 2 sets of 15 is solid 💪

I think pull ups are underrated. I often have training blocks where I incorporate weighted pull ups in lieu of any pull downs at all 🔥🔥
