BACKGROUND
@US-pharmacies asked me to join the logging crew here, and @trenAMP was supposed to be getting me whatever approval needed to log here.

I’m 36, 6’0, currently sitting at 224 about 8 weeks out from a show. I’ve been using gear for about 10 years. The majority of that time I used “low doses” 400mg test + 350 primo style “cycles”. there were a couple years of high doses and long cycles mixed in there. I took about a year and a half off from training in 2023-2024 and it brought back my passion for training. Nov 2024 I hired a coach and I’ve been with him since. I cut down hard right before we started together, stopped the cut at 220lbs, in the last year we pushed up to 264, and have since come back down for the show. I’m a night shift ICU nurse, so my sleep schedule can get a bit odd, but hey- we do the best we can. I work Friday, Saturday, Sunday night and Saturday and Sunday are my off days so I don’t usually update as I’m prioritizing sleep before night shift.

BACKGROUND
@US-pharmacies asked me to join the logging crew here, and @trenAMP was supposed to be getting me whatever approval needed to log here.

I’m 36, 6’0, currently sitting at 224 about 8 weeks out from a show. I’ve been using gear for about 10 years. The majority of that time I used “low doses” 400mg test + 350 primo style “cycles”. there were a couple years of high doses and long cycles mixed in there. I took about a year and a half off from training in 2023-2024 and it brought back my passion for training. Nov 2024 I hired a coach and I’ve been with him since. I cut down hard right before we started together, stopped the cut at 220lbs, in the last year we pushed up to 264, and have since come back down for the show. I’m a night shift ICU nurse, so my sleep schedule can get a bit odd, but hey- we do the best we can. I work Friday, Saturday, Sunday night and Saturday and Sunday are my off days so I don’t usually update as I’m prioritizing sleep before night shift.

Hello! Just got back from a little vacation down in florida im sorry for the delay in updates.
Not much to update other than I ate great seafood and held a LOT of water from flying which is normal. Two day refeed went well and checked in on wednesday and plan is still full steam ahead.

Pulled some hormone labs just to be sure all things were where I wanted them. USP gear doesnt disappoint! Very pleased with these levels!

I will pick up some extra cardio this weekend as i feel like i wasnt able to stay on top of things on that end very well on my trip.

It protects muscle and connective tissue. During the building phase, it needs to be slightly elevated — it will give us more benefits. That’s the gist of it, of course

How much time do you devote to posing pre show?

I really like it. Its some very solid energy and focus. Much more so than 1-2 range. at 4 mg I started having blood sugar dips and fatigue. I say go for it bro!

Today everything just felt heavy, I didnt sleep great last night so that probably had something to do with it. @US-pharmacies recommended oxytocin which I might check into if the sleep trouble continues. Overall I am still very pleased with the progress I am making. I will be ramping up posing practice here as we are approaching the deadline, we still have plenty of time but at local shows so much of the outcome comes down to posing. How much time do you devote to posing pre show?

its been my staple this whole prep. I have a feeling my coach will move me to the dreaded stair master soon.
I like it.. I dont love it.. but i like it. Splitting leg days is good and bad. Im not in the gym for too long so i feel like im shorting myself even though i walk out like a baby giraffe. I wish i didnt have to take saturday and sunday as back to back rest days but with my work schedule its what makes sense.
 
I’ll say that for me, mots-c is number 1 in terms of regeneration, because I see it working on cellular regeneration, which has a significant impact on insulin sensitivity. Thanks to that, the uptake of all insulin-like peptides increases 🙂 — HGH, IGF — it’s really amazing 🙂.

i take all three you mentioned, plus gaba, ashwagande and hydroxazine.

betaine, pepzin GI, and sodium Butyrate are all digestive aids. I use dr. Ohiras for probiotics.
you didnt mention in your supps stack any of this :D melatonin dose is what? zinc dose is what?

I just get normal night sweats, irritability, heart burn. I’m stacking DAO enzyme and histamine IQ to see if I can mitigate some of those sides this go around.

Welllllllll Turns out my household had the flu haha explains why i felt a little worse than the common cold there for a few days BUT were under 217 weight cap hahah couple refeeds and were gonna bounce back in no time!

We dropped reta down to 2 mg to see how we start to fill up with less reta on board. We have decreased cardio down to 25 min. Were up on tren. Annnnnd the next two days were really gonna pound some food to get the recovery train back after the flu.

Just did some light upper body today. Not really wanting to push it after being so sick and hardly getting any food down.

6 weeks out! Time to bring the plan home!
