Veteran Log From Torn Tendons to Bodybuilding Log

Really fun way to get my meals in when I’m on the run, I’ll try making them as sushi bowls this week and see!

➕ 6am leg session this morning, a bit of a late one compare to my regular 4am starts hahah

This was my last training session before taking the next 4 days off completely before I pull my 3rd round of bloods on Friday - just to double check a few markers have come down before stating my long awaited push phase.

➕ I’ll be aiming to have more frequent updates on my evo family log from now on, so I can cover more daily metrics and subjects with my routine rather then trying to cram them all it at once.

➕ on the food side of things, I’ve been experimenting with turning my 3 chicken and rice meals into a more convenient and cold option - sushi 🍣 still the same amount of ingredients and macros for that matter, simply adding a small amount of seaweed (20 calories across 3 meals)

Here’s a look at one of them, 485 calories rolls up into a quick cold bite haha

✅ Test and E2 numbers have always been on point with the gear 😍 and that is a testament to how perfect dialled in you run things!

Just looking for a few inflammatory’s to be in range before taking them back out of range haha, but it could have been influenced by a few of my health supplements - super keen to see how we go when results return over the weekend!

God I wish I had the ability to rest for that long before bloods, I dont rest at all, my bloods are always pretty noisy, but - I havent had anything really out of range that is unexplainable so far, but respect brother - I cant do that

First time I’ve had to take such a long time off before bloods truth be told, but I’m making sure I can rule out training fatigue to keep it as accurate as I can

Doubled up as a deload as I’ve neglected it my entire push and cruise 😂 back to training today and feeling amazing!

How long has the cruise been so far mate? What are the plans for your push cycle wise (sorry if you've listed it previously)?

Love the pickled ginger. Used it in a Korean beef bowl recently and it was awesome.

I’m lucky most of calories are carbs (and in my case almost all rice or some variation of rice) so my personal grocery bill is not to savage all things considered

➕ So there’s been a slight change to the original tentative plan of long push-up phase, instead I’ll be placing this on hold until I’ve had a echocardiogram performed, not that there is any major concerns present - but I’d certainly not be doing my due diligence by having a look at the old ticker as a preventative measure.

➕ This for me certainly highlights the importance of nothing being overt dogmatic and holding on to timelines that can easily be shifted, much life anything else in life.

➕ Instead the new update and game plan do the immediate future is to run a short fat loss phase, that I’m very excited about - always fun to rip some fat off before pushing back up

➕ The duration for this is also tentative at best, ill be getting an echo done and a follow up round of bloods before the being this phase regardless.

🚀 Physique staring point and all other numbers will be uploaded during the week

➕ as always truly endless thanks to my brothers

Envious of your knife skills. Whenever I try to cut something nicely it ends up looking like a hot mess… or there are casualties (my fingers) 🤣

it’s a investment in the future me 😂 obviously I’d rather blast till my eyes pop out, but logic has prevailed haha!

At this stage run it and asses the look in 8 weeks, I’ve got wiggle room in calories so interesting to see how it unfolds.

Hell yeah sis good eye, they are home made pickles:
Water, vinegar, salt, light salt, stevia. Like a fake macro version of Vietnamese pickles 😂

➕ It’s been a particularly busy start to the week for myself, but as always that has not gotten in the way of the game plan or adherence!

➕ So there’s been a slight change to the original tentative plan of long push-up phase, instead I’ll be placing this on hold until I’ve had a echocardiogram performed, not that there is any major concerns present - but I’d certainly not be doing my due diligence by having a look at the old ticker as a preventative measure.

➕ This for me certainly highlights the importance of nothing being overt dogmatic and holding on to timelines that can easily be shifted, much life anything else in life.

➕ Instead the new update and game plan do the immediate future is to run a short fat loss phase, that I’m very excited about - always fun to rip some fat off before pushing back up

➕ The duration for this is also tentative at best, ill be getting an echo done and a follow up round of bloods before the being this phase regardless.

➕ Short and sweet update this morning, once again it’s landed on a rest day so nothing to exciting to report. Diet, steps and cardio remain in place and using this spare time to set up all my upcoming apportionment for my echocardiogram, and also look into apnea test.

➕ Only a few days into my fat loss phase and I’m beyond fucking excited to be on it, not much has change as my variables remain 100 percent consistent all this time - a simple reduction of calories form carbohydrates should have me flying - being someone who responds well to a high amount of calories for a small person I’m certainly not expecting to run into much hunger initially

➕ Performance metrics will be absolutely imperative over this period, total PED load will be low, and the majority of this will be though nutrition.

➕ I’ll have full day of eating up next to give some insight and how I structure my meal plan.

I’m super keen bro, just to see what it looks like

Yeah brother bloods were good thank you, crp ever so slightly elevated (0.5 out of range) same reason why no need to add a higher load of androgen during the fat loss portion and wait until push

There’s indications that this could all be sleep apnea related, hence why I’ll get the test done immediately to rule it in or out - and the echo is more about future proofing to make sure (as I’ve never had one) that my heart is happy for me to abuse it 😂

➕ Today is day 4 off my rest days leading into pulling bloods tomorrow, the idea was to reduce any extra inflammation and stresses prior to, this would be my 3rd round of bloods during my cruise and health phase, if all markers are green lights I’ll be going directly into my long awaited push phase.

➕ As always health comes first and I’ll be assessing before making the next decisions, but pretty confident given my last rounds.

➕ aside from that I have not skipped a beat on the essentials despite noting getting to train. No a single variable out of my daily routine out of place.

I’ve had recurring knee cap pain for about 4 weeks now and today was the first day I was able to add a small amount of load onto my quads with no pain, so that was a big win for the start of the week.

I am into my first week of fat loss, so I thought this would be a good time to shed light on my current nutrition setup and a day of eating - very simply we have shaved about 500 calories of the top of my diet right now, asses this week in check in them decide where we’ll take it.

I am into my first week of fat loss, so I thought this would be a good time to shed light on my current nutrition setup and a day of eating - very simply we have shaved about 500 calories of the top of my diet right now, asses this week in check in them decide where we’ll take it.

Hahaha yeah my silverware choices are questionable at best 😂

Agreed, this is after a 500 cal drop and zero increase in cardio or steps - obviously she’ll get spicy at some point hahaha but more then happy to let it fly and dig, but I’ll find out come next check in.

I’ve had recurring knee cap pain for about 4 weeks now and today was the first day I was able to add a small amount of load onto my quads with no pain, so that was a big win for the start of the week.

Yewww yeww and happy Wednesday evo fam, as the title suggests I’m now officially running a 20 week mock contest prep, the timeline its self is tentative in the fact that if we get in condition sooner then expected, and then the plan is to roll into my push phase from there. Slight detour from mine and coaches original plan to try and get me big haha.

Although I’m not carrying a great deal of muscle, it will still be exciting to get into some kind of respectable conditioning and then if health markers permit, roll into a very long building phase.

Wednesday’s are my standard check in and updates with my coach, I will then also keep this trend with my updates here each week in regarding to my prep and I will certainly do my best to shed light on my experiences and progress as I go along.
