You definitely have a lot of improvements on your diet that can be easily made. @Pound2749 what you might see is that you're more worried about targeting your calories and macros. This is if it fits your macros and it will not work. You need to clean up your diet and eat quality foods.

@Pound2749 as others have said take the time to food prep two or three times a week. Check out the other logs. Look how guys are eating. The food quality is very important. It makes your body stronger and it makes you have less stress in the body so you can use up energy the correct way.
 
I've always found their macros to be well balanced over the other brand I previously was using, some meals being so much rice and just hard to consume that much on reta. They are kind of the original meal prep brand before all these new players showed up.
You are way too concerned with macros versus food quality. The truth is we've already shown that if it fits your macros does not work. You don't want to end up stressing your body out with low-quality food. @Pound2749
 
Techno gym leg curls with this second set of pads on the knee is annoying, just why. Ended up just getting on another machine for leg extention anyway.

Your thought process in holding off on adding EQ for now is a smart approach.

A simple adjustment to your testosterone dose alone can take you a long way. That new dose could easily carry you through your first, second and even third cycle before you need to consider introducing another compound or increasing the testosterone further.

Personally, I would aim to eventually cap testosterone at no more than 750 mg per week. Run a few cycles at that level to build experience and really understand how your body responds to the dose both the positives and the potential drawbacks. Pay attention to how it affects your blood work and whether any estrogen management becomes necessary.

Once you have established a clear understanding of these factors you can then consider adding another compound to the cycle. Taking a gradual step by step approach ensures you can accurately assess how each compound affects you individually.

Getting used to the app, I put in that as the speed, usually I sync the treadmill to my watch for stats speed incline etc. I'm going to start increasing the cardio to 40+ minutes

Motsc at 500mcg is really low do you feel anything from it?
Yeah the cable rows seemed more difficult and backed it off from 80 which is my usual, the plate loaded when i usually use a pin loaded hammer strength, just different machines

Motsc I find is nice paired with L carnitine and added Coq10 to my stack which i find has helped with endurance.

Thanks, I find my biceps are relatively weak and fatigue pretty quickly. Did 3 sets of 10 22.5 barbell curls because at this gym the barbells all jumped up in weight, Managed to rep them out

the biceps are just 2 muscles and aren't designed to be over trained anyway.

Leg day
Not sure where the treadmill data went on the workout log, but the timer kept running I didnt finish and save the workout so it should be 10-15 mins earlier than what is displayed. Feeling very strong on the increased dose of Tesosterone, Hanging knee raises were done at a different area (different cross over machine and not enough room to get a full leg lift)and was getting used to doing them as I found my form swinging alittle too much, 7 reps as I wanted to correct it and perform it with better form.
Higher reps all round left me with a great pump in my quads.

Whats your sleep like?
Sleep last night was great 7h30m dosed off on 8mg of melatonin. Feeling some slight Dom's in the legs, I don't usually get Dom's anymore since using l carnitine or maybe I'm not training hard enough haha

Recently had the oppotunity to use an Evolt for a bodyscan, results show that I have recomped and lowered viseral fat to about 0.8-1kg of fat.
From December 2025 is the month I started using testosterone at 175 per week and would have been around 3 weeks in, started using Reta in July 2025 and the dates in late 2023 are when I was natty using Pharma Ozempic 0.5mg per week.
Yes evolts are inaccurate and depend on hydration but thats all I have had ample access to, and all these scans were free.

Going to relax calories for the next 4 weeks as I have been in a calorie deficit for quite a long time since starting and using reta have been leaning out with scales showing 105.8-106 the past few days and visably looking leaner, have added in microneedling as previously stated in my EF log and recently got a red light therapy belt to help with the loose skin/stuborn bodyfat more of an experiment, after 4 weeks im planning to reintroduce Anavar 25mg per day and possibly another compound such as Mast P

165 with wrist straps no belt. Might push it higher with a belt in future weeks.

Looking to add some extra compounds such as var and mast in a month and hopefully cut some fat off, seems I just keep recomping slow fatloss and strength gains, have been in a deficit and dieting since July 2025, sure there have been cheats along the way, so increased calories for the next 4 weeks should be good to boost the metabolism again.

did also do 10 mins stationary bike waiting for a treatmill to free up, not logged.

Feeling pretty good about the lifts, extra carbs and food has been great to reset weight is up slightly with no extra water retention or fat gain, for another 2 weeks then bloods and will assess.

Running Sunday Leg into Monday Push as the weekly checkin block is the split that locks the new training week in before the body even has time to bargain brother 💪

this is last weeks training rigth :D you pushed hard seems are you able to up the cardio?
 
In the past I would be doing 30 mins cardio post weights and was advised that it's too much to be done after a tiring weight session.
its not too much :D you should do more cardio tbh
