Training:
I have been running a PPL, rest upper, lower, rest routine but I want to change it up
PPL, Rest, PPL, Rest splitting shoulders from chest and quads from hamstrings. If I feel the need for an additional rest day, I will add it

Eccentric Movement is the name of the game, not looking for PRs at all, save that for the youngsters.

Goals:
1# Priority is to maintain health, mentally and physically. I am completely transparent with my wife and she knows my plan. She knows me better than anyone else so if things get ugly, we pull the plug, if all is good, I may titrate up to 140mg-180mg/wk. halfway thru. She is totally supportive of my journey, and I am very thankful for her saving my life from addiction.

I posted bloods on my last Log right at the end, everything looked great. LDL is at an all time low which was a happy surprise. I will check LCMS E2 at week 4 of this cycle because I am curious to see how the Mast will affect it if at all.

I don't care what the scale does, I care what the pictures do and seeing more loose skin around bellybutton which not a fan of, but it is a sign that I am doing something right LOL

Prospect the thoughts of maybe competing at state level in 5 or so years

I am a veteran and addict. I was addicted to heavy drinking and cocaine, like grams and grams. Going on 4 years of Drug sobriety and 1 year from alcohol. If I had kept going the way I was going, I wouldn't have seen

The gym is my place where I can regulate my aggression in a healthier way. I have been off and on anxiety and depression meds but have been away from all that for 4 or 5 months and feel better and better (i contribute the healthy habits I have learned and incorporated) I have recently started going to Church as well, my daughter had asked about it and me and her have been going since the beginning of the year, I think it is helping me more than I thought.

I think my simplicity with training and nutrition have served me well, I don't get bored eating the same thing. I am a simple man and don't need to confuse the program

Brother i absolutely love the entire look of this, i like the cycle, and i love the macro layout too, i would keep your protein the same though for both training and non training days.

We already know your work ethic bro as have see the amazing changes you have already made here.

You can absolutely smash this one as long as you stick to the plan you have set out. All you need to do is execute.
Anytime you feel like slipping or making an excuse to do so, ask yourself how much your really want it!!
Do what ever you can to make sure you tick every box every day as much as you can because relentless consistency wins this one as you plan is already solid.

Two things i will mention, add p5p supplement to help with any rise in prolactin from the tren and keep in mind to definitely make sure your get lcms teat done for e2 as the tren will give false high readings on standard bloodwork.

I like the 3 on 1 off workout also. I normally do Pull Push Legs order. Give my back a break between pull and legs.

Currently doing a version of the arnold split the last month to change it up some. Chest/Back, Shoulders/Arms, Legs and repeat.
Arnold split is always a good one, that was my staple back in my 20's

I posted bloods on my last Log right at the end, everything looked great. LDL is at an all time low which was a happy surprise. I will check LCMS E2 at week 4 of this cycle because I am curious to see how the Mast will affect it if at all.

I don't care what the scale does, I care what the pictures do and seeing more loose skin around bellybutton which not a fan of, but it is a sign that I am doing something right LOL

Prospect the thoughts of maybe competing at state level in 5 or so years

I think my simplicity with training and nutrition have served me well, I don't get bored eating the same thing. I am a simple man and don't need to confuse the program

Two things i will mention, add p5p supplement to help with any rise in prolactin from the tren and keep in mind to definitely make sure your get lcms teat done for e2 as the tren will give false high readings on standard bloodwork.
Yes, P5P is very good, but have you ever tried the herb called (chaste tree) chasteberry ? In combination with P5P, it works wonders, @Allupfromhere!

I posted bloods on my last Log right at the end, everything looked great. LDL is at an all time low which was a happy surprise. I will check LCMS E2 at week 4 of this cycle because I am curious to see how the Mast will affect it if at all.

I don't care what the scale does, I care what the pictures do and seeing more loose skin around bellybutton which not a fan of, but it is a sign that I am doing something right LOL

The gym is my place where I can regulate my aggression in a healthier way. I have been off and on anxiety and depression meds but have been away from all that for 4 or 5 months and feel better and better (i contribute the healthy habits I have learned and incorporated) I have recently started going to Church as well, my daughter had asked about it and me and her have been going since the beginning of the year, I think it is helping me more than I thought.

I think my simplicity with training and nutrition have served me well, I don't get bored eating the same thing. I am a simple man and don't need to confuse the program

She knows me better than anyone else so if things get ugly, we pull the plug, if all is good, I may titrate up to 140mg-180mg/wk. halfway thru. She is totally supportive of my journey, and I am very thankful for her saving my life from addiction.

Nice work on the p5p. Leave it at 50mg for now as a prophylactic approach and on your next bloods if prolactin amhas increased then bump the p5p to 100mg 🙏

Training:
I have been running a PPL, rest upper, lower, rest routine but I want to change it up
PPL, Rest, PPL, Rest splitting shoulders from chest and quads from hamstrings. If I feel the need for an additional rest day, I will add it

Eccentric Movement is the name of the game, not looking for PRs at all, save that for the youngsters.

Goals:
1# Priority is to maintain health, mentally and physically. I am completely transparent with my wife and she knows my plan. She knows me better than anyone else so if things get ugly, we pull the plug, if all is good, I may titrate up to 140mg-180mg/wk. halfway thru. She is totally supportive of my journey, and I am very thankful for her saving my life from addiction.

I posted bloods on my last Log right at the end, everything looked great. LDL is at an all time low which was a happy surprise. I will check LCMS E2 at week 4 of this cycle because I am curious to see how the Mast will affect it if at all.

I don't care what the scale does, I care what the pictures do and seeing more loose skin around bellybutton which not a fan of, but it is a sign that I am doing something right LOL

Prospect the thoughts of maybe competing at state level in 5 or so years

Quick personal History:
I am a veteran and addict. I was addicted to heavy drinking and cocaine, like grams and grams. Going on 4 years of Drug sobriety and 1 year from alcohol. If I had kept going the way I was going, I wouldn't have seen

The gym is my place where I can regulate my aggression in a healthier way. I have been off and on anxiety and depression meds but have been away from all that for 4 or 5 months and feel better and better (i contribute the healthy habits I have learned and incorporated) I have recently started going to Church as well, my daughter had asked about it and me and her have been going since the beginning of the year, I think it is helping me more than I thought.

I think my simplicity with training and nutrition have served me well, I don't get bored eating the same thing. I am a simple man and don't need to confuse the program

Feeling good, really hoping to get back to afternoon weight training soon and morning fasted cardio. Found a really sick new gym. Going to do a workout there on Saturday to see how it flows. Looking at tickets to the Cutler Classic in Boston come May, wife said she would go, should be fun.

Started 30mg test p ED this past Monday with absolutly zero pip @US-pharmacies , cardarine going to 20mg tomorrow along with full cycle.

Bros, helluva job on this. Looks like you mixing in protein with carbs on every meal. @Warthog61 I like the chicken and rice, that's my favorite too.
Chicken and rice is simple to prep for the week, especially with my job being on the road 10+ hours a day. I don't know about you @ceo but I just eat it cold with some BBQ sauce, I should wire up my work truck for a microwave tho....

I know after making my big weight loss. Then slowly adding carbs back in. I personally have no intentions of completely cutting them out again. I try to keep them simple though. Oats, rice, fruits, and my sola bagels ive started eating.

Simple is always good! I do like my honey, has carbs, natural sweetener for rolled oats and cream of rice and the health benefits are pretty sweet. And ground cinnamon for flavor with choice of fruit.
 
Hope i can keep getting lean, its crazy how much i feel i am eating, not used to it. Gym feels good though

I assume i was starving my muscles of glycogen

Bros yes for sure. My wife cooks me that a lot and I take it with me to work.
