Starting to get back in control with the gym. Still pretty numb emotionally, but I know what’s good and what isn’t good for me and can push myself to get back on top of things.

Was reflecting on my fat loss over the last two months and went wow! 7.6kg of pure fat. My little chihuahua weighs 5kg. It’s really a lot! I’m still tubby but really just looking like a normal dude with a bit of a dad bod now.

Looking for advice here guys,

I’m going to be travelling overseas with family to go hiking for approximately 2-3 weeks could be upto 4. This is a very quickly planned holiday. I have no prescription in Australia.

Not set date yet and lots of information on the internet regarding esters.

I luckily won a giveaway of including sustanon. big thanks to @RGSX and I’m being supported with test e thanks to the legend @Southern Cross Labs.

Would either of these esters get me though a holiday of upto 4 weeks or would you recommended buying some test u?

Also because I’m travelling with family I’d rather not purchase in the country I’m visiting for my travel. I’ll also likely have a few domestic flights in there.

No worries bro we got you. By FAR the best course of action here is to just splurge on one vial of TestU and bolus a months worth before you leave.

If you can't do that you can use TestC which is slightly longer than TestE but not a big enough difference to make a new purchase of TestC if you have TestE already.

The Sustanon is a bust I wouldn't use that for a long vacation.

If your wallet can hack it order up a TestU asap and slam 3 weeks worth before you hop on the plane (we want pics in the airport LOL :p). If not just use your TestE and you'll have to ride the peak wave while you're hiking and then come home in a valley then pin some Sust to get the fast esters working and get you back where you belong.

Honestly TestU lasts so damn long the half life is like 3-4 weeks with it taking a week to peak. You could pin 500mg and come home right around where you're at now.

If you truly know you're only going for 3 weeks then you can use the Test E but you'd come home in a valley and need to pin when you got home but you'd still come out okay. Once you got home I'd start ED microdosing to avoid another big wave like you'll get during your trip, get yourself stable and then switch to however you were pinning before you left. The instinct might be once you get home to slam a bunch in you but don't do that because you'll just start that big SIN wave all over again.

You should pin 500mgs sustanon the day of your trip, its made for technically 4 weeks so it will be in your system as you're there, but low on week 4 :D @jenkemj

No diet data today sorry and I said I would but tomorrow it’ll be up promise!

I felt really great during the workout today, I had my preworkout with a caffeine tablet, my @Prymal Mots-C and NAD+ and felt a really good sustained energy that lasted for the day. I highly recommend this combo for people looking for something to help them keep their energy levels up for both inside and outside of the gym!

Was able to get a few things done around the house and organise a few things that I had been putting off.

Chest day tomorrow so even though you should try every workout I always end up hitting this harder it must be the power of the bench press!

Also, since unexpectedly winning a giveaway from the very generous @RGSX I’ll have a vial of npp and I’m looking as to how I can incorporate that into a cycle soon with Mast P aswell as I threw it in during a purchase. No doubt @Southern Cross Labs will have some good advice for me.

And @LevButlerov is correct! Haha shocking I know. I was having a late night blonde moment after 13 hours on EVO and forgot there was TestD in Sust so Sust would have worked well and you woulda came back in a valley and peaked during the hiking.

If it's only 2 weeks now you can use Sust 100% and not even come back that low. I'd giver 400-500mgs the day you leave and you'll come back just fine.

Whats the plans for jumping off the Tirzepatide, you going to go cold turkey or slowly decrease the dose?

I felt really great during the workout today, I had my preworkout with a caffeine tablet, my @Prymal Mots-C and NAD+ and felt a really good sustained energy that lasted for the day. Got guilted into snacking on some maltesers and lasagne that was a gift. I’m thankful obviously but it was an annoying gift with my diet. Anyone else get pressured like you’ve gotta eat a certain way around others? I swear everytime my family wants to go out it’s Italian. Like fuck me pick something less carb and calorie heavy 🤣 I’m always opting for steak and veggies regardless of diet!

Feeling good and strong today, I had a 9hr 30minute sleep 😴 very well needed my sleep has been appalling this last week.

Had a fun day practicing some of my hobbies, I’ve posted a photo of guitar a lot of scratches from a few parties where I may have had a few too many beverages! But I’ve always enjoyed playing a few tunes 🎶. Also moving around my vinyl record setup in the house to get it looking and sounding great!

I had to eat the lasagna again today! But luckily for the most part it was the most carbs I had and I kept the calories under control probably too much tbh. Very low today but I’ve probably gone a bit overboard when I wasn’t counting them this week so it’s not a bad thing.

Felt great about the gym today, 100kg bench for 7 reps was much higher than I expected. Getting a bit lucky while getting here with the strength and lean mass size I’m putting on. Beginner gains I guess. Still a while off of a bulk yet but I’m looking forward to it! It’s very motivating to watch your numbers go up for sure.

Got guilted into snacking on some maltesers and lasagne that was a gift. I’m thankful obviously but it was an annoying gift with my diet. Anyone else get pressured like you’ve gotta eat a certain way around others? I swear everytime my family wants to go out it’s Italian. Like fuck me pick something less carb and calorie heavy 🤣 I’m always opting for steak and veggies regardless of diet!

Felt great at the gym this morning, I feel I definitely get a lot out of the 10 rep range so I can really push the weight without the fatigue. If anyone can recall I’ve had back issues that needed to be fixed by strengthening my glutes and lower back muscles. So initially, my weight was low on the trapbar deadlift but now I feel im really getting up there in weight and have zero back pain! Only a nice muscular soreness occasionally.

We’ve decided to run:

- Test 200mg week M/T
- Mast P 300mg M/W/F
- Tbol 40mg ED

For 6 weeks.

So why these compounds?

Continue on my Test Base

Mast P for a short cycle and short ester to combat any unwanted sides. Also to provide muscular hardness and drop subcutaneous water. Minimal effect on e2 conversion and in most cases limited side effects. I also had Mast P on hand if you are wondering why this over something else.

Tbol for muscular endurance ( a big thing I’m looking for) muscular strength and size retention and increased nitrogen retention. I also like that it doesn’t convert and that isn’t another factor to consider. Especially when I don’t know how my body responds.

I’m currently running 12.5mg aromasin EOD as my e2 levels were at 314 pmol but since then I’ve dropped my hcg from 1000iu to 500iu and lost body fat so I may drop it to 6.25mg. I’ll have bloods drawn soon before I start.

Back at work tomorrow to get back in the swing of things, will be good to see a few people and hopefully I don’t get dumped a whole lotta shit 🤣

I'd like to see some exp comp guys opinions on this, mast can keep e2 quite low at these doses. Might have to run test up to 300-500 to avoid low e2 sides depends how much you aromatize.

Tbol is a nice addition something mild to start and help with the cardio & muscle retention during the cut.

Felt great at the gym this morning, I feel I definitely get a lot out of the 10 rep range so I can really push the weight without the fatigue. If anyone can recall I’ve had back issues that needed to be fixed by strengthening my glutes and lower back muscles. So initially, my weight was low on the trapbar deadlift but now I feel im really getting up there in weight and have zero back pain! Only a nice muscular soreness occasionally.

Mast P for a short cycle and short ester to combat any unwanted sides. Also to provide muscular hardness and drop subcutaneous water. Minimal effect on e2 conversion and in most cases limited side effects. I also had Mast P on hand if you are wondering why this over something else.

Tbol for muscular endurance ( a big thing I’m looking for) muscular strength and size retention and increased nitrogen retention. I also like that it doesn’t convert and that isn’t another factor to consider. Especially when I don’t know how my body responds.

I’m currently running 12.5mg aromasin EOD as my e2 levels were at 314 pmol but since then I’ve dropped my hcg from 1000iu to 500iu and lost body fat so I may drop it to 6.25mg. I’ll have bloods drawn soon before I start.

Back at work tomorrow to get back in the swing of things, will be good to see a few people and hopefully I don’t get dumped a whole lotta shit 🤣

Felt great about the gym today, 100kg bench for 7 reps was much higher than I expected. Getting a bit lucky while getting here with the strength and lean mass size I’m putting on. Beginner gains I guess. Still a while off of a bulk yet but I’m looking forward to it! It’s very motivating to watch your numbers go up for sure.

Got guilted into snacking on some maltesers and lasagne that was a gift. I’m thankful obviously but it was an annoying gift with my diet. Anyone else get pressured like you’ve gotta eat a certain way around others? I swear everytime my family wants to go out it’s Italian. Like fuck me pick something less carb and calorie heavy 🤣 I’m always opting for steak and veggies regardless of diet!

@jenkemj I get pressured like that a lot. My in laws eat and cook only junk but invite us over for dinner all the time.

I think with Test it’s probably from where you’re starting off as to whether or not you’ll feel the big difference within yourself. As my
Test levels were genuinely low. 103 pmol (ref range 250-700. ) my enthusiasm, motivation m, happiness and zest for life went through the roof.

It’s the feeling you get when you envision that’s how you want to feel. Well that was at my starting point at 150mg test a day. I still feel like that but I’m used to it if that makes sense .

Obviously there’s the fertility aspect and risks that you may become 100% dependent on it. But that’s upto you at the end of the day.

What’s your goal weight? Last update I saw you were at 113kg?

Yeah bro just keen to listen and learn for now goal weight to look at starting pending test levels is 90kg. My last results my test came up naturally.

Going through a bit of a recomp by the looks myself atm which is great but not great when looking at the scales lol

Feeling good and strong today, I had a 9hr 30minute sleep 😴 very well needed my sleep has been appalling this last week.

Had a fun day practicing some of my hobbies, I’ve posted a photo of guitar a lot of scratches from a few parties where I may have had a few too many beverages! But I’ve always enjoyed playing a few tunes 🎶. Also moving around my vinyl record setup in the house to get it looking and sounding great!

I had to eat the lasagna again today! But luckily for the most part it was the most carbs I had and I kept the calories under control probably too much tbh. Very low today but I’ve probably gone a bit overboard when I wasn’t counting them this week so it’s not a bad thing.

Yeah the recomp is pretty hard to assess a lot of the time! You get any body scans or have calipers at home? I know for a couple of weeks there in my recomp I was upset about the scale not moving at all and started thinking I hard thyroid issues and the whole ordeal lol 😂

Yeah me aswell! I had lots of deliberating between tbol and var but swung this way for the endurance aspects mainly.

It’s still not done yet, who even cooks this much food for someone haha
