Peptides from @Peptilia are going well tennis elbow still getting better even the work load increased as a bricklayer. Update on plantar fasciitis physio has said I’m going in right direction still the most disgusting pain at times still using arch inserts for support and have order new boots for arch and foot support too. Currently builds a house which will be on grand designs so have used this opportunity to to take step back from terrain and rest my body, the first summer here has been a challenge but nearly out of that now

Touch wood my leg seems better @Peptilia also the muscler pain in my also has improved considerably dig some legs yesterday 240 on leg press no pain (that was what caused me to hurt/stoptraining) in the first place so I’d strongly say the peptides i was given definitely working still some to go fir my but it’s getting there

So unbelievably my plantar fasciitis is so much better 3 shots straight into the foot amazing stuff, but because I’ve been walking like a zombie for months then all of sudden pretty much normal again strained my l5 but that’s improved massively this week too.

On that been training to maintain wanna get my body 90%+ before trying to grow again dropped my test e to 200mg weekly split for the ongoing till I feel ready
