Or in prep i HIGHLY Recommend this combo. 1mg of each and my brain has been fog and anxiety free even on clen and tren. I am honestly shocked at how incredible this combo has been for me. I will continue to use it. Maybe split dosing 500mcg am 500 mcg early afternoon and see how that helps. Next step is to add oxytocin at night!

I ran oral fist for a bit. then inj. as silly as it sounds they def have a different feel to them. i take inj before training as the energy boost is unreal.

I'd love for you to contribute your thoughts and elaborate on our research thread how the two were different and how you reconstituted the subQ form of SLUPP. I'm currently running experiments on different ways to reconstitute SLUPP (which is hydrophobic and will not be soluble in Bac water). Also let us know how the dose increase from 1mg subQ to 4.5mg went for you and what made you decide to increase.

All modifiers have been dropped, volume coming down this week. Plan is to have a hard cut week this week and hopefully pull the last bit of fat off the lower back and glutes and then glide into the show! Dues are paid, tan is booked, now we pose pose pose pose pose pose and bring it home!

Slupp has changed the game. In a time when clen and stims ruled prep, I leaned more heavy into slupp (multi vendor since usp didnt carry at first) and im glad i did. The Inj version comes presuspended with a good shake and off you go. I did suffer some inflammation at inj site at times but was inj 3 ml at a time and its pretty thick. It came through better when warmed.

ive gone all the way up to 5.5mg oral along side the 4.5 inj. It got my metabolism rolling in a way that made me take four 500g carbs day in a row this late in prep and i was unable to move the scale up.

I will say i notice a bit more of a crash the longer im on it as the dose begins to wear off. that is about the only thing i miss about clen is its longer half life.

Welllllllll Turns out my household had the flu haha explains why i felt a little worse than the common cold there for a few days BUT were under 217 weight cap hahah couple refeeds and were gonna bounce back in no time!

We dropped reta down to 2 mg to see how we start to fill up with less reta on board. We have decreased cardio down to 25 min. Were up on tren. Annnnnd the next two days were really gonna pound some food to get the recovery train back after the flu.

Just did some light upper body today. Not really wanting to push it after being so sick and hardly getting any food down.

6 weeks out! Time to bring the plan home!

Been using semax and Selank this past week and wow what a combo. For those on tren. Or in prep i HIGHLY Recommend this combo. 1mg of each and my brain has been fog and anxiety free even on clen and tren. I am honestly shocked at how incredible this combo has been for me. I will continue to use it. Maybe split dosing 500mcg am 500 mcg early afternoon and see how that helps. Next step is to add oxytocin at night!
Never used Semax and Selank but you make me excited!

I got heighted up a class to class D at check ins. I took 2nd in classic open D. 3rd in masters 35+. And 4th in novice and true novice.
Not the day I had envisioned, I stepped on stage for True Novice and then was immediately back on stage for novice, and then immediately back on stage for masters. Then i Had about 20 min before i was back on stage for open. My posing definitely fell off towards open and i was holding water by the time we made it to open class pre judging. Despite my efforts of 30 min rounds leading up tp the show I still wasnt posing conditioned enough for that much stage time.

Takeaway: im glad i finally did a show. Will i do it again? Not any time soon loool. For now im focused on letting my body rest after the last year and a half of pushing for this show day.

Training: I want to gain some functionality back haha I will be incorporating some jumping and sprinting etc in the next several months alongside the normal hypertrophy training.

Staying on TRT with 2iu of GH for now. Trt= 37.5 mg daily. So a small trt plus. Will be high dosing Glutathione for several weeks as my body recovers. I will also be using the Klow mix peptide as pictured.

I got heighted up a class to class D at check ins. I took 2nd in classic open D. 3rd in masters 35+. And 4th in novice and true novice.
Not the day I had envisioned, I stepped on stage for True Novice and then was immediately back on stage for novice, and then immediately back on stage for masters. Then i Had about 20 min before i was back on stage for open. My posing definitely fell off towards open and i was holding water by the time we made it to open class pre judging. Despite my efforts of 30 min rounds leading up tp the show I still wasnt posing conditioned enough for that much stage time.

Takeaway: im glad i finally did a show. Will i do it again? Not any time soon loool. For now im focused on letting my body rest after the last year and a half of pushing for this show day.

Training: I want to gain some functionality back haha I will be incorporating some jumping and sprinting etc in the next several months alongside the normal hypertrophy training.

Staying on TRT with 2iu of GH for now. Trt= 37.5 mg daily. So a small trt plus. Will be high dosing Glutathione for several weeks as my body recovers. I will also be using the Klow mix peptide as pictured.
