Approved Log Melanotan 2 Training Log

Going to start this log to see how much the Syn Melanotan 2 works for me. As I’ve mentioned other places on here I have had zero side effects (red skin flushing, nausea, random erections, etc.) after injecting 250mcg, 600mcg, nor 1000mcg.

When reconstituting:
10mg MT2 + 2ml bac water, injecting slow and aiming at the sides of the vial to not damage the compound.
Dissolved in seconds and solution was clear without particles or cloudiness. Kept refrigerated and out of light.

This log is starting a week into dosing, I have done 250 mcg February 26, 27 and 28,
600mcg February 29, 30 split into 2 shots afternoon and before bed
1000 mcg February 31, April 1 before bed

Today I did make it to the tanning bed for 10 minutes, I also injected 300mcg 1 hour before.
I will attach a picture of my arm to see where I’m at now, and to reference down the road.
With doses less than this I’ve seen changes almost daily using other brands for myself. Curious what’s going on with the Syn brand, as zero sides worry me a bit.

I am pinning another 600mcg before bed tonight.

This is a really unique log that will provide some feedback for others, looking forward to following.
 
Here’s my base physique, I have been sick the last week and a bit so a bit hairy.. haven’t trained or tracked food. Not looking or feeling the best but hey, that’s part of the journey.

I might as well just start a training log here too.

First day back in the gym! Spent solid hour and a bit doing arms and shoulders.


Goal was to bulk/recomp a bit this winter. Still bulking until June ish

Stats:
28 year old male
6’0 - 6’1 round down I don’t care lol
Currently 210lbs weighed at gym before workout (I train mornings after I use bathroom twice, shower, eat same breakfast, same pre workout drink etc.)

Cycle:

— Just getting up to 750mg syn test cyp per week, was working lots before spring break up and couldn’t train much so dropped to trt dose. Started increased dose March 26 with adding:

— 300 mg syn npp per week

— 5iu Pfizer Genotropin before bed ED
(was on 5iu weeks ago for a month but couldn’t get them for a bit. Just got 3 months worth in fridge now. I started at 2 iu and ramped up to 5 iu within the last week.)

— 15 iu humalog around workout time

— 900mcg Syn melanotan 2 before bed ED

Ai: Aromasin for life! 12.5mg eod, sometimes I’ll take one the next day if nipples are still sensitive/puffy.
Will get bloods in 2 weeks from now. I know it’s easy to crash e2.. I’m careful ;)

Blood pressure: most recent was 124/64 so a bit elevated

Morning glucose: 5.2 nmol/L if I remember correctly, watching for insulin resistance with the gh but haven’t seen much at all.

Food:

I use macro factor:
Aiming for roughly 4000 cal 225P 570C 88F

Been shit last week cause I was sick. Getting back to normal now.

Breakfast: same everyday
612 cal 62 P 75 C 9 F

300g egg whites
1/2cup protein granola
200g fat free activia yogurt
1 cup protein chocolate milk

Shower & prep for gym (≈30 minutes)

Drink pre workout:
1 scoop mutant madness
50g karbolyn
15g creatine monohydrate
1g citrulline

5iu humalog

Workout drink:
25g karbolyn
10g mutant geaar EAA
10g creatine monohydrate

Post workout: 1588 cal 83P 292C 10F

4 scoops ANS N-MASS
800ml 0% milk
10iu humalog


Lunch and dinner are whatever the wife makes when I’m home and not in camp. At home it is always some kind of chicken with some carbs and veggies, sometimes I hit Burger King depending on the day lol.

Premier protein drink x2 through the day

When I’m consistent on the tracking I’m usually within a hundred calories +/- for my goal, sometimes over/under protein, usually equal or under fat, and carbs pretty close. Following what I’ve been doing at home I’m fairly consistent at 210 lbs with slow slow gain.



If I missed anything please let me know! I’m excited to log and share with everyone. This is very new to me so please have patience!

I have attached photos from Feb where I was training consistently for a bit more reference, and then pictures from today for a base to start again for this log along with the melanotan.

You look really good in the pics :D you have solid mass strong shoulders big arms, wide size love it but you do look darker and stronger on the skin tone. @Nick9797

@Nick9797 I would recommend taking it before bed for sure. You might want to just stick to that. This way any nausea you'll kind of sleep it off

The syn melanotan I have doesn’t give ANY side effects at any dose. Hence why I’m logging it to see if it does anything. I think it’s severely under dosed. The only tan I’ve seen is slight from the actual tanning bed. I got stuff coming from the states that when I switch to everyone will see how fast properly dosed stuff works.

It's not necessary to always have side effects. Some people don't get side effects on Melanotan and some people get really really bad side effects where they have to stop it. There's no set thing that's going to happen. @Nick9797

Interesting! And that’s totally fair, most things side effects are on a per person basis. Have you seen people who have side effects and then not have side effects switching brands? Maybe some sides could be attributed to fillers/binders? I know ug hgh that makes a huge difference. Idk about MT2 though

It's a good idea to hit the tanning bed. @Nick9797 but if you can get some sun outside, that would work well as well. Just make sure you protect your face a little bit.

sometimes side effects affect people differently. If you're not prone to nausea, then why would you get it when you use it?
 
Bros, I never used it and never needed to use it so I'm not going to be able to help you on that. I already got dark skin. But I know boys that have used it and they said that sometimes they get super sick and some days they don't.

Always start with rotator external rotations to warm up.

Cable lateral raises, one side at a time. focus on full stretch at bottom, constant tension 1 second pause and control 2 second eccentric. No swinging.
2 warm up sets 20 lbs 12, 12
4 working sets 50lbs 12, 10, 10, 10 drop to 30lb 8, drop to 20lbs 6

Cable rear delt flies single arm. Same movement - full stretch, controlled no swinging, good squeeze
Can’t remember reps/weights

Cable Single arm tricep extension pause squeeze at bottoms pause on stretch
Warm up 30lbs
4 working sets 50lbs then 40lbs 12-8 reps

Posted updated arm picture to compare tan. not seeing much from this MT. Might be a but darker but I did just tan 2 days ago, should be darker from my past experiences with it. But we will see.

*Sorry this post is a little half assed. Still learning to do all this tracking and posting, fitting it in my routine and finding time while my chid is here.
I'l try and get better. tomorrow will have more detailed training.

Also, my other Melanotan 2 came today. I’m going to switch to that tonight. Reconstituted it, big difference than the syn stuff. Had a 2.5ml vacuum on it plus batch #’s, the syn had a 0.5ml vacuum no batch #’s. I have a picture to compare my unopened syn mt2 vs this one. The syn must’ve got shaken during transport or something..

Am I allowed to name other brands? Just not sources? I mean the brand is the source so.. lmk

of course all those factors can come into play but things do change with the individual as well. I mean you'll know if this stuff is working. Give it two or three weeks; you should start to get drier. Post up pictures; they will tell you.
 
Going to start this log to see how much the Syn Melanotan 2 works for me. As I’ve mentioned other places on here I have had zero side effects (red skin flushing, nausea, random erections, etc.) after injecting 250mcg, 600mcg, nor 1000mcg.

When reconstituting:
10mg MT2 + 2ml bac water, injecting slow and aiming at the sides of the vial to not damage the compound.
Dissolved in seconds and solution was clear without particles or cloudiness. Kept refrigerated and out of light.

This log is starting a week into dosing, I have done 250 mcg February 26, 27 and 28,
600mcg February 29, 30 split into 2 shots afternoon and before bed
1000 mcg February 31, April 1 before bed

Today I did make it to the tanning bed for 10 minutes, I also injected 300mcg 1 hour before.
I will attach a picture of my arm to see where I’m at now, and to reference down the road.
With doses less than this I’ve seen changes almost daily using other brands for myself. Curious what’s going on with the Syn brand, as zero sides worry me a bit.

I am pinning another 600mcg before bed tonight.

* PS * What do you vets want to see on bloods? I get do cbc, test total/free , don't worry about TSH/LH cause I'm obvs shut down, lipids, estradiol, progesterone, liver.

Got digestive enzymes going now too, taking with breakfast, post workout and dinner.

Also, 25mg aromasin is high! It was just a one time thing yesterday cause I had the pain in nipples. I’ve never had that before, just puffy and it comes and goes. So I’m back on 12.5 ed right now. I’m going to get a lab requisition and probably go Thursday - day before next shot - to get bloods.

These bloods are not good, progesterone high estrogen high side, alt ast high liver values way off @Nick9797 you need to work back from this. These bloods are not good, we need to rework your supplements diet training asap

  • Muscle Damage vs. Liver Damage: High AST/ALT with normal GGT and high CK levels often indicates damage to muscle tissue from training rather than liver disease, though both can occur.

I train really hard, and also did 6 hours before the blood tests. I will talk with the doc about these numbers to to ensure liver is good, but liver markers can be high from muscle too
 
My estrogen is in range dude, from when I got bloods 8 hours later I take aromasin
Progesterone yeah is high from npp
Liver is slightly elevated, probably need to drink more water.

its in the "range" but not really way too high and water wont solve your liver issues, you have very bad bloods tbh @Nick9797
 
brother the only way to see if things go back to normal is on a cruise (proper TRT cruise)
You are correct though a lot of those raised values are from training hard but at some point you need a baseline check or at least a liver scan

I am interpreting your response as these are really bad bloods as you’ve said, my perspective (not saying I’m right) is that they could be better but I’ve seen worse.

Lipids are doing quite well aside from HDL, but they’re always bad on gear even with good diets

Progesterone is high so I can think about lowering npp or getting caber / prami , but it’s 30% over range so not alarming but something to address for sure.

As for liver, all these markers indeed come from liver, but you need to know how to interpret them to tell if liver damage or muscle damage.

AST 202 U/l
ALT 130 U/l
Bilirubin 7 Umol/l
GGT 62 U/l
CK >7800 U/l


First, if AST is greater than ALT, good indication its muscle damage from training and not the liver.
Next is to look at GGT which is liver specific, if it’s lower or in range, then there’s no sign of actual liver damage. Next to look at bilirubin. That is normal and in range so another indication it’s not liver damage.
CK is alarming but it make perfect sense with how hard I trained and…I trained hard 4 or 6 hours before the blood test. Which will definitely skew numbers. Next time I’ll take 24-48 hours off the gym and see.

However, if CK was actually that high not because of lifting but could indicate rhabdomyolysis (rapid muscle breakdown) which symptoms are dark urine, less urinating, pain swelling in muscles, fever nausea. Also it will stress the hell out of kidneys. So let’s look at kidney markers.

Creatinine 107 umol/l
eGFR 84 ml/min
Urine: no blood in urine, no nitrogen in urine

All in range.

Kidneys are filtering well (while on cycle) at 84 ml/min

I'm saying overall you have bad bloods, even with training your liver values shouldnt be this high, how far from bloods did you train? @Nick9797

progesterone is high not prolactin, cabergoline is for prolactin, there are not anti-progestins, only anti Es and anti prolactins

My apologies, yes you’re right on the prolactin and caber.

I trained 9:30 maybe 10 am and got bloods at 1:30pm.

you need to cut down progestins now
 
Copy that, I’ll cut npp 300mg/wk to 200mg/week. I’ll get new bloods in 1.5 - 2 weeks and make sure I don’t train within 48 hours
lets see if we can do 100mgs npp for now tbh @Nick9797 and yes on the 48hrs no training
