Weekly log update
Bit of a derailment this week as my right knee gave out last Tuesday so I had to can my gym sessions for the entire rest of the week.
Managed a decent flat bench session on the Monday though with 4 sets of 10 reps 50kg DB press plus assorted other fuckery.
Decided not to sulk and instead treated the rest of last week as one big refeed.
Will get back into it this afternoon with another bench session.
The end of next week will be the end of my current cycle (TestE, Anavar, Deca, HGH) so I'll be pushing hard the next few days to get some big lifts up and last bit of lean mass on before I go into cruise. Overall I'm pretty happy how lean I've stayed on this bulk - I had Reta ready to go but I never ended up needing it. It's like the bodyfat never came back after my intial Reta cycle last year. God I love that shit, can't sing its praises highly enough.
Will update next week sometime with final weigh in then go get a bloods panel done and ask you legends your thoughts around any PCT requirements.
