Using Steroids whilst fat?

I'm 6 foot and weigh 114kg. I'm 25 years old. I don't know what bodyfat percentage that is, but BMI tells me I'm obese. Probably over 30%.

Now I want to start using steroids to bulk up and build muscle.

What cycle would you recommend and compounds, duration etc... keeping in mind I'm fat. But I don't want to train natty.

Furthermore, after the cycle is done, I want to put myself on TRT , so cruise. I don't know what my current T levels are, but I know that training on a TRT dosage builds more muscle than a natty. So I will be on self-prescribed TRT after the cycle is over to continue training. what dosage of TRT do you recommend?
 
Honest thoughts mate are you need to learn to train and eat before considering anything PED wise. You are not only potentially in a compromised state of health now but your are going to amplify that by introducing PED’s.
Almost every facet of your hormones and health will improve once you get down to a decent bf% and get healthy.

Currently you can’t take the shortcut (PED’s) as you don’t even know the path yet (nutrition and training)

My recommendation would be what @CookieBaah said, try Reta first, train hard, eat well and only then once you have your head around that consider whether you need PED’s

6 foot and 114 kg high body fat, starting a bulk cycle is the wrong move because you’ll aromatize hard, BP will spike, and sides get nasty fast.
If you won’t train natty, fine, but you still need to cut first and prove you can hold diet and consistency, otherwise you will just get fatter.

Start a log now before you touch anything.

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

steroids are not fat burners

the misconception comes from when you see people who use steroids who look lean and muscular. So people make that assumption. The first time I used steroids on my very first cycle, I was 7% body fat. A year later, after running a couple of bulking stacks, I was over 15% body fat. Steroids are not fat burners at all; otherwise I would have gone from 7% body fat down to 2% body fat and not higher.

Everyone here is assuming I want to lose fat, but I actually want to bulk up. I think a man looks good with some timber and for that reason, I don't want to lose it. I'm a training professional wrestler and whilst I COULD go for the bodybuilder route like former pro wrestlers johan fehd karouani, and Ultimate warrior, I've decided against it and just want to be fat with some muscle.

I'm aware of the risks, so for that reason, I'm thinking a mild cycle like REALLY low dose test like 200 mg with something that controls estrogen like 200mg masteron. What do y'all think?

You need to give people more to work with to advise you properly, and that's the reason for the log, show people what you are doing currently, have clear goals, and people will help you get there.

Bros, you need to be clear on what your goals are. You seem like you are confusing everybody. That's why it's important to put up a log.

I would definitely get a log going and you want an accurate number on the body fat. You might be 30% but you could also be 20%. It's important to know the truth.

It really depends maybe you can bulk and cut same time called recomp :D @JomoSapien its possible for sure but lets get a log started and we can work on it there, sounds good?

You DO want to train natty. Look: there’s NO difference. It’s just less weight and reps. You must learn natty first. You really need to do that. I have seen how this goes, in person, many times.

You can do that. You might not need to

Eh. Barely. It’s more of a different look. Assuming your natural test levels are high, then you get the same effect. You need to get your bloodwork first and foremost. You never know.

Did nothing for my high e2 except combined with high e2 gave me the worst body acne ever. This is likely to do very little visually or physically for you. Maybe make you shed more hair and have acne like a plague. You’re jumping the gun on a lot of things. That’s ok! You just need to slow down and take it a step at a time.

1. Bloodwork. Non negotiable.

2. Begin training. Just do it. How are you training to be a pro wrestler and you don’t even train. Come on now. Again, this is non negotiable. You need to learn form and build strength in your joints and stability BEFORE you become artificially strong. Non negotiable.

3. You DO want to lose weight first. For every reason. But these steroids are going to increase your appetite. You’ll have no problem putting it back on.

4. None of this is going to work for you if you don’t want to put in hard work. What will happen is you’ll wind up worse looking, not significantly stronger, and feeling really bad and probably quite unhealthy. No matter what you heard, this is they ugly truth.

We’re here to help, but we can’t help if you won’t listen. We all start somewhere, and we all start with little or poor understanding of how it all works, so don’t take any of this personally. We are here to help
 
Drop the bf first or you’ll be dealing with a lot of sides
 
We can go back and forth all day till the cows come home but the best thing you can do is get a log going. Check out the other logs and see how guys are doing it. List out everything you can, including pictures. Let's get an accurate body fat number. That should be the number one thing we need to figure out.

Don't run steroids if you're fat. It's counterproductive. Your blood pressure will go sky-high. You'll end up giving yourself a stroke for no reason.

Trt at 25 is a bad move brother unless its clinically needed.

Many of the boys have given great points.

My 2c run bloods before you do anything and lets get a look at where your health is at.

Reta is a solid play here, can run some mots c also.
If you do bring test into the picture you dont need any more then trt levels righ now. Any dose that pushes e2 higher then needed will cause you issues.

Mast doesn't control e2 conversion either.

Get a log going bro 🤜🏼🤛🏼
