Hey guys im new to all this kind of stuff. Ive been running reta bpc and tb500 for around 8 weeks now. Im at 4mg of reta and not going up at all. My friend has talked me into running 2iu a day of HGH and i got my blood work done a couple weeks ago. My t3 is high at 7.1mol im just curious if a pro could tell me if i am dumb to start HGH i just want to use it for recovery at gym maintain muscle and some gut fat loss. Ntw the bpc and tb500 was for a wrist injury i had called de quervain's tenosynovitis. Still havent healed lol hoping HGH might help aswell

welcome to the EVO family :D @fyffe Your testosterone is low in those bloods, total test is 18.9 imo low, and that high free T3 needs a proper thyroid follow up first because it can drive anxiety and recovery issues.
Start a proper log now with ed food, sleep, steps, training, wrist pain score, and your peptide doses so the EVO family can see why de quervain’s is still hanging on and whether 2iu HGH even makes sense for you. 15min to start :D

Why is a Log Journal important?

  • Doing a log will actually help you way more than just dropping random updates. When you lay it all out week by week you start to see patterns in your body that you won’t catch otherwise.
  • Other guys here run logs all the time and there’s no privacy issue, nobody is asking for your name or anything personal, it is just training, diet, and how the compound feels.
  • The feedback you get is also way better because people can follow along and spot things you might miss. It also helps the next guy who is thinking about running the same compound so you are giving back while you learn.
  • Even if you think you might not stick with it, just starting the log makes it easier to come back and add quick notes. That way you get more out of what you are running instead of keeping it all in your head.

To really guide you we need more info from you:
  • Please share your diet, training, cardio, sleep, supplements etc log with us in a NEW thread, full log journal so our guidance is based on facts you provide.
  • It will take 15-20 minutes max.
  • We have 100s of years of experience between us, so you need to post a LOG Journal with your stats (weight,height,age, years training, cycle history) diet, training, cardio, supplement, sleep details. If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.
  • Please post a Log Journal asap for us

you can certainly run HGH. It might not give you the type of results you're looking for. It might be a good option when it comes to better sleep and that sort of thing in recovery.
 
So i should start a log on a diffrent post or should i just keep it all in here @LevButlerov and thanks guys yeah recovery has been an issue haha

Bros, you're not gonna go wrong with HGH but try one IU per day and then you can go from there.

HCG would definitely help but it may not give you what you're looking for. Sometimes people expect too much out of it.

in the future don't trust friends. You should have come to us first and laid out all your information and got a log going, and we would recommend different things for you to use. A lot of times friends don't know very much.
 
With my t3 free coming in high is HGH or even as you guys said my testosteone low are those bad ideas? I wouldnt mind taking a low dose of trt but i dont want to shut off my natural production quite yet haha
getting on TRT is a big decision. I agree that you definitely don't want to jump the gun on it. A lot of people jump on TRT way too fast.
