I was working outside all day but with electrolytes and a gallon and a half of water I dont think I was extremly dehydrated i have been in the 80's consistantly for weeks on this cycle, when I'M PUSHING 90'S is when I have a concern. Right now its at 80 after finishing my morning cardio and eating.Keep an eye on that heart bro - BP isn't too bad, but that RHR is up there - were you dehydrated?

Feeling solid! Sleep has been good and recovery is holding up.
Not going crazy on weights, reconnecting that mind muscle connection. High carb days will be one leading into leg days. PPL-PPL-REST for the next 8 weeks then bloods then planning for the next run. I really liked eq and npp so that may be a solid idea for a build. I may also try switching from test cyp to enanthate just to try it. @US-pharmacies
