DSIP for better sleep quality

I've been sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night, but I still wake up very groggy. I don't think the quality of sleep is that great. I have some loud neighbors who wake me up here and there during the night. Wondering on DSIP if it would be a good option. Should I do 250 mcg 30 minutes before bed?

dsip would work but i would add it with valerian and 5hpt at the same time

That dosing is pretty good. I've seen starting dosing anywhere from 200 to 300 mcg. We did a podcast on some of these peptides so check that one out.
 
I used DSIP at 250mcg and didn't notice anything. Went to 500mcg and still nothing. Maybe you'll have better luck with it, but didn't do much for me.

Bros, you don't want to run too much. Sometimes something like that can backfire. You want to start low and work your way up.

That seems to be a pretty good dose. Even a little less would work as a newbie.

Try the DSIP, but before you start get as much in order as you can. Get a white noise machine. Make sure it’s nice and cool in your bedroom. I like 60°-65°F of possible, no more than 68°. Limit caffeine to early in the day. Make sure you’re getting enough activity to actually be TIRED.

I used DSIP. It honestly didn’t do much. I think everything else has to be in place
