Approved Log Life Change and Body Recomp Cycle Log

what is your reasoning behind daily dosing MT2? I was under the impression of doing daily for the 5ish days to load it, then drop back to roughly .5 mg 1-2x/week.
Whoops you got me there i haven't updated that yet. I have backed off in the last couple of days. I will update for future logs after today's as I am nearly finished and cant be bothered updating at the moment 🤣

🚶 Cardio
• Walk: 2.5km (afternoon with kids & dogs)
• Walk: 5km (solo faster pace)

🧠 Notes / Reflection
Leg session was heavy today — those 320kg presses really cooked me. Strength is still there but I could definitely feel the fatigue building by the end.

Cardio after was a grind. Legs felt heavy the whole 5km but I just chipped away at it and got it done.

Calories ended up pretty low today. Not really planned, just how the day played out. Protein still hit which is the main thing, but I’ll keep an eye on that so I’m not underdoing it too often.

Wife headed away for work for a few weeks, so after the gym I pretty much spent the whole afternoon in the kitchen doing meal prep for the kids. Got a heap done — enough dinners for about 6 nights and I’ll finish off the rest tomorrow. Should end up with close to 2 weeks worth which will make afternoons way easier.

Honestly that was nearly as fatiguing as the gym 🤣 standing there cooking for hours after already training and walking all day. But worth it to make the next couple of weeks run smoother.

Really great update my brother.
Leg press was awesome,. Way to shift some weights around 🦍
Cardio would have been a hell of a grind after that leg session, then standing around in a kitchen doing meal prep would have definitely finished the job. Shit is taxing as.
Really getting things done legend, it's awesome to follow this log 🩵

Semax injected or nasal? I used nasal but didn’t notice much difference along with selank, you’ll have to keep me updated with how you go with it!

Cooking for my kids so I can still make the gym in the afternoon. After work I dont want to have to think about dinner and hearing that they are hungry after I pick them up from school 🤣 Doing the work now so I have more free time to get what I need to get done in the day.

Pre cooking the kids meals so the afternoon gym slot stays clear after school pickup is the dad life logistics that keeps the cycle on track brother 💪

Rest day from proper weights but still got in a solid ab session — core was absolutely on fire by the end of it.
Nutrition was pretty dialled in today. Protein came in really high which I’m happy with, especially on a lower calorie day.

Back into meal prep mode again this afternoon. Cooked up more dinners for the kids — corned beef with mash and veg, plus a beef ragout with pasta. Stockpile is building nicely now.

Definitely feeling it being on my feet a lot between training, steps and then hours in the kitchen. But it’s going to make life way easier over the next couple of weeks, especially with the wife away.

🚶 Cardio

Man didn't realise how much I take my wife doing most of the cooking for granted. Having to pick up the slack over past week and half and spending so much time preparing and cooking food for the family was exhausting, and then comes the washing up!

Had a strong Leg day brother! 💪

Strength is just continuing to climb at the moment. Hitting 140kg on bench for a double felt unreal — definitely didn’t expect that to move as well as it did.

I really think the Tren Ace from @Southern Cross Labs is starting to properly show now. Strength is going up consistently while still leaning out, which is exactly what I’m chasing. I havent had any dreaded insomnia or night sweats yet which is great.

Energy felt solid through the whole session and I stayed pretty locked in mentally. No drop off across sets, just kept pushing.

Recovery between sets feels good too — not rushing but not dragging either, just in a good rhythm.

Overall just feeling really good at the moment.

🧠 Notes / Reflection

Hitting 140kg bench for a double feeling unexpected just as the Tren Ace is properly turning on is the kind of strength curve that's about to drag everything else up with it brother 💪

🧠 Notes / Reflection

@theJimJim the bench press is very solid. That alone would have been a great workout but you also followed it up with some good exercises after too.

Good solid pull session today. Nothing crazy heavy, just focused on getting quality work in and keeping everything controlled.

Back felt really good — especially on the hammer strength machines. Easy to stay locked into the movement and just focus on squeezing and getting maximum stretch each rep.

Protein ended up really high today. Wasn’t really planned like that, just sort of happened with the food choices, but not a bad thing at all while cutting.

Energy was steady through the session. The quick carbs pre workout (donut + juice) actually worked pretty well — noticeable difference going into training.

Cardio felt pretty easy as well. Legs didn’t feel too heavy which is always a good sign after the last few sessions. Showing me they are probably ready for leg day tomorrow.

Nothing wrong with a high protien day 😉, though the yoghurt and fruit dish does look beautiful 😍.

🧠 Notes / Reflection

Legs felt solid today.
Leg press felt strong — 300kg moving for reps pretty comfortably. Definitely had them shaking by the end
Hamstrings and extensions were more of a grind. Good burn, especially with the drop sets — legs were pretty cooked by the end.
Food was simple and easy today. Nothing fancy, just stuck to stuff I know works and keeps me on track.
Energy was decent but you can feel the lower calories a bit compared to the higher days. Still enough to train properly though which is what matters.
Overall just another consistent day. Training done, food on point, moving in the right direction.

Pretty solid rest day. No weights but still got a heap of movement in with the steps.

10km walk felt good — just cruised it, nothing crazy, but nice to get that amount of activity in without feeling drained.

Food was clean and easy today. High protein again without really forcing it, just sticking to the usual staples.

Energy felt good overall. No real dips, just steady through the day.

Nice balance type of day — recovered, kept activity high, food on point. Exactly what I want on a non-training day.

📅 02MAY – Weekly Weigh-In Update

Weighed in at 100.2kg this morning. Scale has been bouncing around between 98–101kg throughout the week, but good changes are still happening every week and that’s what matters most.

The goal is well within reach now. Just chasing that final bit of lower ab, hip, and lower chest fat to disappear. That stubborn end-stage stuff always likes to hang around longer than you’d like.

I’ve also been feeling a bit self-conscious about some loose skin around the lower stomach. Bit of a mental battle there, but at the same time I know how far things have come and there’s a lot to be proud of in the progress so far.

Massive thank you to @Southern Cross Labs for bringing me on board. The whole SCL sponsored team has been unreal — constant support, advice, banter, and laughs every single day in the group chat.

The motivation that comes from being surrounded by people all putting in serious work and transforming themselves can’t be overstated.

@Ohdamn — your strength constantly pushes me to see what’s achievable.
@Kouta — proof that you can make it work even when life is flat out, and that you don’t need to be serious 24/7 to get results.
@Kopite67 — age is just a number, and you show there’s always a way to get the work done no matter how the body feels.
@Pound2749 — you absolute nerd. The amount of knowledge you chase around supps and the effort you put into finding smarter, cheaper ways to do things (including capping your own supps) is wild.
@kamsikazee - not part of the SCL team, but a special shout out goes to you man. The hard work and grind you put in is outstanding. Doing it all naturally too is incredible. A huge inspiration mate.

And to the rest of the crew — all legends. There’s never negativity, only support and encouragement.
Anyway, enough of the sentimental carry-on 🤣

It’s been a solid week overall. Had a few lower-energy moments, but for the most part I feel like I’ve been kicking arse.
The number on the scale isn’t my biggest focus right now — it’s the mirror, and I’m still seeing good changes there.

Tren A from @Southern Cross Labs has been absolutely insane. First time ever running it, and now I completely understand why it gets used in prep phases.

I appreciate the kind words brother haha even when I'm trying to be serious you laugh at me anyway!

Another SCL legend that's seeing amazing results bro, you put the hard work and stay disciplined and your progress and results will continue to come! Fucking proud of you bro!

Hard to really track your weight when you've got that trenbolognese running through your blood, so don't try and focus on the numbers too much, just keep an eye on how you feel and the visuals you're seeing back in the mirror. You're looking insane daddy

Push day felt strong again. 140kg singles are starting to feel more “normal” now which is pretty wild considering where things were not that long ago.

The rest pause at 120kg before going up actually worked well — felt primed going into the heavier sets.

Shoulders and triceps got a solid hit too. Lateral raises especially, high reps really lit them up.

Food was pretty dialled in today. That cottage cheese + yoghurt + jelly mix is actually a solid dessert option — fills me up and keeps protein high without blowing calories.

Weight dropping to 100.2kg — nice to see it trending down again while strength is still climbing. That’s exactly what I’m chasing.

Afternoon walk was chill. Randomly saw an echidna and had to try steer him away from the road for a bit 😂

Overall just another good day. Strength up, weight trending down, consistency still there.

Thank you my friend! I wish I had a spotter today. May have tried to do a little more. Buuut I also have to be concious of not pushing my joints and tendons too much. I cant imagine how the strength would be if I was in bulk instead of a cut right now 😅
The Echidna was such a random spot.

Great workout bro,

With your chest I reckon you prioritise incline over flat bench even though I get the rush in improving the strength game on the flat though!

Loving the progress!

You're going to do great as you continue with this log. @theJimJim I predict in the next six months you'll be extremely tight around the waist.

🧠 Notes / Reflection

Felt good being back in the gym today.
Added @Southern Cross Labs Winstrol at 40mg — legs felt pumped and strength was solid. Keen to see if the hardening look starts showing over the next couple of weeks. Quads, hamstrings and calves were screaming at me for pushing to failure

Energy is definitely coming back after being sick and having the rest days. Had that urge to go and smash a push session as well, but held off — better to recover properly and hit tomorrow harder.

📝 Reflections
Felt good being back in the gym today.
Added @Southern Cross Labs Winstrol at 40mg — legs felt pumped and strength was solid. Keen to see if the hardening look starts showing over the next couple of weeks. Quads, hamstrings and calves were screaming at me for pushing to failure

Energy is definitely coming back after being sick and having the rest days. Had that urge to go and smash a push session as well, but held off — better to recover properly and hit tomorrow harder.

Looking forward to seeing the progress with the winny!

Just looking at your stack, you might benefit from adding in some niacin and ezetimibe for cholesterol.

How’s your blood pressure?

Great cardio btw, especially after the illness it’s good to see you flying high there. It’s a good indicator as long as you are close to being healed!

The pre workout carbs definitely helped too. Energy and output felt really solid the whole session and intensity stayed high right through the later exercises.

📝 Reflections
Winstrol was great for my push session today. The pump was unreal — chest, shoulders and triceps felt like they were going to pop.

The pre workout carbs definitely helped too. Energy and output felt really solid the whole session and intensity stayed high right through the later exercises.

Posting daily logs in this much detail across the Tren and Winstrol block is the kind of accountability layer that locks the whole protocol into actually working brother 💪

Sorry I've had sick kids at home and no-one to look after them back to the gym tomorrow hopefully. My wife is away for work so single dad issues 😆
best wishes to your kids and I hope they recover soon :D

Been getting over some sort of viral illness the last few days, so it felt really good to finally get back into the gym and move some weight again.

Energy still isn’t 100% but a lot better than it was. Biggest positive today was actually being able to eat food properly again without feeling off.

📝 Reflections
Felt good getting a proper pull session back in. Strength was holding up pretty well considering being sick recently and calories being lower today.
Ran into an old friend at the gym and ended up having a 15 minute catch up between sets which was actually really nice. Probably helped me recover for the last few rowing sets too 🤣
