I’ve used this source many times in the past: recently placed an order after a long hiatus from them, gave me a tracking number that was od looking, punched it in and no tracking number found. Never had that happen before , now I’ve waited 10 days and still nothing . I got a generic response from terry hill, saying
“
Hey there!
Thank you for your order and yes, we can confirm that is your correct tracking ID for Canada Post. This seems to be a delay on their end and you just need to be patient.
Also ensure you are searching with the letters before and after the numbers, that is why they are there. They are part of your tracking ID.
Please give it another 48-72 business hours to update. Tracking always takes at least 24-72 hours to populate as per the note at the bottom of your order email.
Thanks!”
Still nothing, I asked him again and ghosted , searched around online and a Reddit thread saying the exact thing.
