Was able to sleep significantly better last time, went to bed at around 11:30pm.

Took chicken and rice to work again today. Also had a protein bar along with this:

Took 20mg Anavar before noon lifting today as it was an off day from jujitsu.

Shoulders Thursday:

Treadmill: 15 mins 3 speed 3 incline

-Seated dumbbell presses: 3x12 45lbs (reps up - keeping the shoulder in check throughout the movement)
-Standing Side dumbbell laterals: 3x20 25lbs dbs (weight up) supersetted with seated side db laterals 3x15 15lbs dbs.
-Cable lean away raises: 3x15 20lbs each arm
-Rope Face pulls: 1x15 95lbs 2x15 100lbs
-Neck curls supersetted with rev neck curls 3x20 25lbs dumbbell (weight up)

I was a bit concerned going in to a shoulder day considering how chest day wasn't good 2 days ago, but it turned out to be a great session, I started off with seated db presses and really focused on keeping my shoulder aligned and it went smooth. Skipped the shrugs today as I was running out of time and had to get back to work.
The Taurine and 2 hydration packs I had today might have played a big part in the workout as well.

Friday 06/05/2026 update on the log, Sponsored by OXYGEN PHARM:

Sleep last night was okay, just not enough. I took a total of 750mg of magnesium about 40 mins before bed, same as the day prior.

AM weight:
83.10kgs. (no picture of the scale today)

I went to jujitsu fasted today, just loaded on black coffee caffeine.
Took 20mg Anavar before my session. Big boys were in today and the session was great, technical lesson followed by some technical and super stong rolls. Tomorrow is an open mat day, so I might end up there fasted as well. Sweated alot and was extremely gassed - signs of a good session!

Came back tow work and chugged down my protein shake.

Sadly, was busy with work and somehow my reminder on the phone didn't go off for Anavar pre lift. But I got a great workout in:

Arms Friday:

Treadmill: 3 speed 3 incline 20 mins.

-Cable pushdows (3x20 135lbs (weight up)) Supersetted with Dual db hammer curls (3x12 50lbs dumbbells (last 2 reps on second set and last 3 reps on last set partials)
-Cable crossbody ext (3x20 30lbs) supersetted with Dual db incline curls (3x15 22.5lbs dumbbells)
-Cable pully overhead triceps ext, high pully (3x20 130lbs) supersetted with ez bar curls (3x08 50lbs on the bar)
-Dual db overhead incline ext (3x15 20lbs dbs) supersetted with db spider curls (3x15 20lbs dbs)

Forearms:
-Wrist curls fat bar: 3x15 supersetted with rev wrist curls fat bar 3x15. 20lbs on the bar.

Abs:
-Ball throw Crunches 3x20 supersetted with side heel touches 3x30.
-V holds 3 for 20 secs each.

Super pumps today, even without Anavar but if definately felt the difference not having taken one. Resetting my reminder now just so I don't skip it again.

On my way home, I got a pack of chicken wings and airfried them, was planning to airfry 300 grams of potato as well but decided not to and keep carbs low:

All in all, a great day today... coffee around 10:30am helped alot paired with the good, uninterrupted sleep I had last night. We were able to make today a beautiful training day with great jujitsu and great lifting session as we hoped for yesterday - training would have been 9 if I took that Anavar.

Since today marks the end of 4 weeks on @OxygenPharm Anavar and Test, as promised, I am going for a blood test tomorrow. We should have the results in maybe 2 business days (so around Tuesday or Wednesday), once I have them - I will post them here for all to see and we can discuss them.

Here's a lil video I made today, blurred my face as best as I could, quality might have dropped so won't be able to see those little veins I am happy about in shoulders, arms and chest - hope this doesn't violate any community guidelines, if it does, remove it and let me know. Super thankful and proud of the hard work and dedication I put it till now, more muscle than I ever had.
We thick without them carbs! Shoulders, are alot better than before, my arms are way more visible and bigger than ever, my lats - the width and chest thickness speaks for itself. All in all, a great day today... coffee around 10:30am helped alot paired with the good, uninterrupted sleep I had last night. We were able to make today a beautiful training day with great jujitsu and great lifting session as we hoped for yesterday - training would have been 9 if I took that Anavar.

Since today marks the end of 4 weeks on @OxygenPharm Anavar and Test, as promised, I am going for a blood test tomorrow. We should have the results in maybe 2 business days (so around Tuesday or Wednesday), once I have them - I will post them here for all to see and we can discuss them.

Here's a lil video I made today, blurred my face as best as I could, quality might have dropped so won't be able to see those little veins I am happy about in shoulders, arms and chest - hope this doesn't violate any community guidelines, if it does, remove it and let me know. Sleep last night was okay, just not enough. I took a total of 750mg of magnesium about 40 mins before bed, same as the day prior.

I went to jujitsu fasted today, just loaded on black coffee caffeine.
Took 20mg Anavar before my session. Big boys were in today and the session was great, technical lesson followed by some technical and super stong rolls. Tomorrow is an open mat day, so I might end up there fasted as well. Sweated alot and was extremely gassed - signs of a good session!

Came back tow work and chugged down my protein shake.

Sadly, was busy with work and somehow my reminder on the phone didn't go off for Anavar pre lift. But I got a great workout in:

Arms Friday:

Treadmill: 3 speed 3 incline 20 mins.

-Cable pushdows (3x20 135lbs (weight up)) Supersetted with Dual db hammer curls (3x12 50lbs dumbbells (last 2 reps on second set and last 3 reps on last set partials)
-Cable crossbody ext (3x20 30lbs) supersetted with Dual db incline curls (3x15 22.5lbs dumbbells)
-Cable pully overhead triceps ext, high pully (3x20 130lbs) supersetted with ez bar curls (3x08 50lbs on the bar)
-Dual db overhead incline ext (3x15 20lbs dbs) supersetted with db spider curls (3x15 20lbs dbs)

Forearms:
-Wrist curls fat bar: 3x15 supersetted with rev wrist curls fat bar 3x15. 20lbs on the bar.

Abs:
-Ball throw Crunches 3x20 supersetted with side heel touches 3x30.
-V holds 3 for 20 secs each.

Yuka app says it's bad, cause of 2 preservatives in it.
yeah unfortunately our foods in north america are full of bad stuff. preservatives are horrible for our gut health, immune system, and more
so you gotta be careful what you use. even if you cook the most healthy meal, using the wrong condiment can ruin it all

its like the obese lady at the salad bar who thinks she is eating healthy by getting a big plate of veggies. then before she goes back to sit down to eat it she drenches the food in dressing, croutons, and oil. she turns a healthy meal into a bad one instantly
 
yeah I feel like there are going to be preservatives in any sauce or condiment I use, but this is probably the only one I feel like I can get away with (along with maybe sugar free heinz ketchup) and straight up hot sauce. so that's that I guess.

MCV is 1fl below normal range - my red blood cells size is a bit smaller than normal.
RDW is 0.3% above the normal range - my RBCs very in size.
The Combo of low MCV + High RDW, could this mean I am not getting enough micronutrients in, vitamins and minerals?

You are correct, I try not to indulge in sauce anyways. My cooking is only in a miniscule amount of avocado oil - forexample, I cook 500 grams of chicken with only 10ml of oil.
As far as sauces, natural yogurt, or natural hot sauce is fine by me depending on the mood. but sometimes I like to put this as a lil dip for my wings.

True. I will stay aware on the portions and look for better alternatives too.
 
I am not. I am barely taking any supplements. All I got is magnesium to help with sleep, and sodium, potassium, magnesium for hydration mix. I will try n get this if we are to go on some micronutrient supplements.
Its cheap on amazon, definitely worth it

SHBG is in normal range but it is dropped to 12 nmol/L as it was 29 nmol/L in March.
LH is below normal range - as expected on Test and Anavar.
Prolactin is in normal range.
Progesterone is above normal range. - as expected on Test.
Estradiol (E2) is above normal range - as expected on Test, aromatization in effect.
Test (Total) above normal range at 2307.2 ng/dL.
Test (Free)
above normal range at 3316 pmol/L

Great update, I think the lowered shbg is anavar related aswell, but i could be wrong
 
Yeah I have never had SHBG lower than 60% of the mid range, and I do want to make babies as soon as I find a woman 😜 so I need as much research and suggestion on that as possible.
I noticed my shbg was much lower on last bloodwork, and I think it was the anavar. Low shbg is why your free test/bioavailable test is higher as well.

Not sure what shbg has to do with babies though?

I was listening to a podcast from england the other day that suggested you didn't even need to come off test completly to get sperm going. You can lower test to true trt levels and add hcg hmg.

oh yeah, you don't need to come off test to make babies. Babies can be made while on trt as well.

Lower SHBG can result in ED. So if you don't even want to have sex, or if it goes limp or doesn't stay as hard, that's can be a big problem especially when trying to make babies and please your lady.

I would assume it would be the opposite, if low shbg means higher free bioavailable test. They say low (or high) e2 can mess with erection, but people can just take cialis for that.

Well, if it's high or if it's low, it can result in ED and lower libido. And yes, there's always Cialis. E2 is different, and yes, it can mess up erections. I am pretty good as controlling E2 even when on mild cycle.
 
How do you control it? I noticed on your bloodwork it was a bit high
Control the bolus you inject. Forexample, if you are on TRT of 250mg/week. Rather than injecting once a week or twice a week, do 4 times a week. The lower bolus of test you introduce, the lower aromatic comversion.
