Clean bulk vs dirty bulk?

Depends on your body type. Incan dirty bulk and clean it up pretty nice, but instill try to keep it within reason. Otherwise you are just making it harder on yourself if you are going for a defined look, which I am.
 
If I'm Dirty Bulking, I have a Guideline.
When I no longer can see the Bottom of my 6 Pack, that Dirty Shit is Dead............................ JP

Who wants to have to Clean Up all that Slop, it makes No Sense.
The Idea is to Gain Muscle, Not Fat !
 
Unless your an ectomorph and just really skinny it's much easier in the long run to eat clean most of the time. Staying below 15% or even 12 it's much easier to see and keep your gains.
 
I'm an ecto so dirty bulk all the way. Really depend how fast you put on and can lose fat. Also depends if you are doing it natty or not.
 
I dirty bulked and i did gain a lot of muscle however I did also gain a lot of fat with it. I would never dirty bulk again.

Some guys can get away with it, but for me dirty bulking is a very very bad idea. Fat will accumulate in a hurry. I find it best to keep it lean and clean all the time
 
Dirty bulking is the exact same thing as lean bulking. Except dirty bulking will make you fat, and its much harsher on your system especially with AAS in the mix. Its always better to stay lean. Even if you are an ectomorph and you have a hard time gaining muscle, you still can only gain muscle at X rate, so eating calories in a surplus that is greater than amount of calories needed to gain muscle, some of that surplus is still going to add fat.
 
I think dirty bulking means to some people eating taco bell and mcdonalds everyday. but to me it simply means going to a buffet and eating the shit out of pasta, meat, etc. the macro's might be the same, you will stuff yourself.. however one is going to provide your body with more processed shit than the other.

its all about choices. remember if you feel like shit from eating shit food how are you going to put in a good workout?

my point is if you want to put on mass then dirty bulk, just do it the right way.. but for 90% of guys out there I would never recommend 'dirty bulking' .. most everyone should eat good and lift hard and be patient with results

IMHO, this is when guys eat shitty foods. Clean bulk is a ton of CLEAN cals.

Big difference at the end of the day.
 
Clean bulk all the way for me. I grew up obese, so I do everything I can to limit fat gain because of a learned "fear" of getting fat.

exactly... i think its complete bull shit... just a way for someone to feel they can be lazy, eat whatever they want etc... that's not how you do anything health and fitness related... you may justify this to yourself but in reality is a load of bull shit and its not good for you in any way... i don't even want to hear the term "dirty bulking" it should not even exist... it should be "excuse to be a fucking pig" instead
 
There is no universal definition for what a dirty bulk is. Some say dirty bulk is eating fast food everyday, while others go to nicer restaurants and attempt to make healthy choices out of what is offered. My idea of a dirty bulk is eating 2100
 
2100 kcal a day of brown rice, 1000 kcals of chicken breasts, and about 6 cups of broccoli every meal. Clean bulk (what im doing now) I just cut the number of carbs in half. Besides most of us are not living this lifestyle in the name of "health". You can eat all the clean cals you want, it doesn't make you better than the next guy. Its all about the end result, not how you got there.
 
Depends on the person, the goal and the preference. I eat dirty a lot yet stay pretty lean year 'round. It also depends what you mean by dirty. there are many different views of what dirty means.
 
I'm doing my first cycle and I'm clean bulking and I plan to only do clean bulk but I have to say that n the weekend I do cheat a bit. Thing is... As stevesmi said, probably because of my food culture my cheating are not that bad, I just eat lots of good food like: pasta-pizza-meat etc. i believe the highest intake during cheating days comes from fat because of the extra virgin oil we use to cook everything with.

I never go fast food. Maybe Chinese/Japanese once in a while but I feel that they are clean food for the most part, I always avoid fried foods no matter what I never eat it. It's just doesn't feel right in my mind and anyway I don't like it to much.

Have to say that it's fucking hard to eat enough calories when eating clean.
I mean I'm on 3200kcal right now and I'm eating all day long... Chicken-brown rice-vegetables-eggs.

Sometime it's painfull and tiresome.. But that's they way it is :)
If it was easy everyone would be massive and ripped :)
 
I think it will come down to that persons body type. If you put on fat easily then it would be stupid, but if your a true ecto like me then you can still eat dirty and still stay lean. Don't feel very well eating that much crap but it does help put on weight
 
One of the bigger mistakes I always made was using the excuse of dirty bulking. Yeah, I liked the "size" I would get from it, but I eventually had to be honest and realize the effect it especially had on my midsection. That was even more apparent when I really tried burning that off and how stubborn actually that ended up being.

Depends on if hgh is in play lol. I usually keep a clean caloric intake but have noticed on good hgh that everthing under the sun was needed for calories to continue gaining and not look like i was built like a swimmer!
 
Dirty bulk just makes me look fat. I honestly thinks it's better to clean bulk anyways. I am an endomorph tho so put weight on easily in the wrong spots of not careful These guys eating 14-22000 cal a day on ice cream and crap is just wrong for bulking.

HGH + tren = doesn't even matter what you eat. True secret.

That all depends on the gh. GH dosing & gh dosing time.

Also fat, especially saturated fat does not move through the bloodstream.

So while it's true to a certain degree, it only goes so far.

But sero"s or other U.S. stuff will take a guy pretty far
