Please give me some criticism. The harsher the better.
I am 5-07 195 14% BF and 42 years old
Not a noob with cycles. Planning on this, or modification of, for my spring cycle.

1-12 750 Mg Sustanon
1-12 600 Mg Deca
1-4 50 mg ED Anadrol
9-12 400 Mg Masteron E

I have been prone to gyno and have had surgery on both nipples in 2004. I have aromisin and Letro on hand for AI

Followed by PCT protocol

I would run the Sust a week longer then deca and run aromasin or armidex throughout if your prone

Do you know what kind of gyno, estrogen or prog caused? If it was nipples it sounds like what I had which they told me was prog gyno. Maybe get some bromo or caber just in case.

I can only assume that it was estrogen, because I was heavily into anadrol and test back then. Wasnt smart enough, at the time, to research my cycles and know about AIs.

How much aromasin do you plan on using??? Or are you asking for advice on this??? I would up the masteron to at least 600mg a week. Personally, I dont see it with anything less, thats just me though. Id also use 100mg anadrol if you can, thats just me as well .

Sorry I just realized that you posted Mast E. Mast E at 400mg for 3 weeks? No way dude. Save that, thats a complete waste IMO. Do you have enough sust to run 14-16 weeks??

Id use 25mg aromasin ED. Youll need bloods to truly tell. I am curious to which brand of oils you are using. PM me. I like adex myself, but thats just me. Tax your liver..? It'll regenerate

Did you run tren, deca, any nandro's back then? If not then I think it is safe to say it was estrogen related.

No tren or deca. Actually I have never run deca. Also I was doing way to much anadrol back then. 100mg for six weeks if remember right. Halotestin. I did it all wrong back then.

Yes, I would. 400mg of mast E for 3 weeks is a complete waste. Id bump the whole cycle to 16 weeks if I could.

Heres what Id do. This is by no means what I think you should do. I am giving you some room to simply view it and think for yourself

8-16 600 Mg Masteron E

If your using Adrol to jumpstart then I would use winny as a finisher. IF you decide to use winstrol.

I guess. AND you now youre talking winny? Just save the same both brother. Sust and deca with anadrol? Should yield some very nice results given that your training, rest and nutrition are all on point.

At your bodyfat level, I see no reason to use Masteron at all. Other than a little libido boost, you aren't going to see a thing out of it unless you get down around single digit bodyfat

actually because you have a history of gyno issues which shows you are E sensitive I would definitely either swap deca for primo or keep the masteron in there

that drop the deca, use tes/mast for 14wks.

the only orals id use would be var, tbol or winny. Nope on the drol.

what sort of cycles have you ran in the past?

it would really help if you could fill me in on your goals... what do you want to accomplish with this cycle?

Im with Rick on running Mast... With a higher bf its not going to shine as it should. A little more info on experience though would be helpfull. There are plenty of options that would help you achieve some nice results, but it really depends on what you are looking for specifically

Why masteron? Im assuming your cutting considering the high body fat level before summer and the fact that masteron is being used last 5 weeks. Another thing, why only the last 5 weeks??? Why run it at all its only 5 weeks of a long ester. I would switch to masteron p for such short usage.

Exactly what I was thinking but I would keep the drol. OR drop the mast altogether and run winny the last 5 weeks instead and run the deca throughout.

Must run aromasin on cycle. Don't take a chance. And Cabergoline is a must man. Otherwise it looks good to me. Just don't forget your PCT sir!

it would really help if you could fill me in on your goals... what do you want to accomplish with this cycle?

Well as far as goal I would like to get up to like 210 ish. Drop some body fat. Say down to 10%. I have run simple test based cycles. Never deca. The Anadrol / halo test got me into gyno trouble years ago, hence the surgeries on both pecs.
