Best supplement for Joint pain?

Hi guys, I have always had pain in my right shoulder due to a torn labrum injury about 6 years ago, but now I seem to be developing some pain in my right and left elbows.

I can't tell if it is joint or ligament pain I am experiencing. Would anyone be able to tell?

Also, for supplements I have heard good things about carlson fish oil and MSM. Any supplements out there that have these ingredients in the correct doses for joint pain relief?
 
Check out Cissus for joint pain. I use it when my joints start to get sore, 4 pills a day, and withing a few days the pain is about gone. Its used for weak bone, ligaments, and also some heart conditions. I use Super Cissus by USP labs. Found at GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, Amazon, etc.

You can only Buy the Carlson's Fish Oil by itself - It's not part of any Supplement.
Vitamin Shoppe/Vitacost/Amazon -all carry it.
The MSM can be found in Supplements - but I suggest that you buy it in Bulk Powder Form - Less Expensive & Higher Quality.
Bulk Supplements/Hard Rhino/Amazon all sell this in Bulk Powder.
I also do Take Cissus Quandrangularis by itself and again you can find it at Amazon/VitaminShoppe/Vitacost - or any good Supplement store........... JP

I had some similar Pain in my Elbows and Therapy worked very nicely.
 
I suffer from the same issue. right shoulder pain. fish oil, msm, collagen and chondroitin were my go tos but im gonna check oit this cissus thats being talked about.

also watch your form in the gym, and up your omega's in your diet. many americans get 0 omega's

I have recently switched from more of a strength training routine to hypertrophy (5 sets of 10-12) and have been trying to utilize perfect form on all movements. do you think this will help with a small muscle imbalance i have with my right upper body due to a prior injury?

Yes only if your form is on point, but it depends on the severity of the injury really..
 
Super Cissus works wonders, but I would have to say that Ostarine is one of the most effective compounds with respect to healing healing properties.
