These are my fav's for pumps and lactic acid.
lactic acid does not cause soreness at all.
it causes a burning sensation during a set. the soreness is cased by muscle fibers breaking up and it will get better over time as you build up your conditioning
Lactic acid is not what causes the burning sensation and pH drop nor is it produced. Glycolysis produces lactate, not lactic acid and the production of lactate actually consumes protons/H+ and does not cause a drop in pH. The drop in pH from protons/H+ is primarily from the hydrolysis or usage of ATP.
I have been taking n2jointrx for my knee and have found my legs burn less on a sprint, I guess now I'm realizing that this is due to the ingredients in the product have a positive effect on lactic acid exhaustion too.
