Hey I use TrueNutrition for my protein. I can get US Milk protein but thats a little expensive for my budget now. I just got 12 lbs of Rice & Pea protein with some Psyllium Husk for fiber. I use pure cocoa for flavoring and its not bad. Nutty from the fiber but I can drink it even without sugar. I haven't ate meat for 3 years now. No fish nor eggs. Just cheeses! So far all is good. Looking to do a cycle soon around March 2016. And will post my details here. I am open to questions. Not sure if anyone here is a vegitarian. BTW I am not saying meat is bad physically, although meta-physically is a different story.
