Hey I use TrueNutrition for my protein. I can get US Milk protein but thats a little expensive for my budget now. I just got 12 lbs of Rice & Pea protein with some Psyllium Husk for fiber. I use pure cocoa for flavoring and its not bad. Nutty from the fiber but I can drink it even without sugar. I haven't ate meat for 3 years now. No fish nor eggs. Just cheeses! So far all is good. Looking to do a cycle soon around March 2016. And will post my details here. I am open to questions. Not sure if anyone here is a vegitarian. BTW I am not saying meat is bad physically, although meta-physically is a different story. ;)

I'm a pescetarian

I eat only shrimp and fish meat sources and they are wild only

I am 100% healthier for doing this however you need to do it right.. this means upping carbs to compensate for a lack of fats .. I eat a lot of rice, sweet potato's and pasta especially on leg day

This topic is very interesting to me. I don't know much about the vegetarian world so I can't say either way, buy I do think it's a very interesting thing. I thought I would chime in to say hi, welcome.

Well in other words its a blood-free feeding style. I also stay away from any animal products. Gelatin comes from cow bones and its in unfortunately every supplement pill out there. I also try to steer free from preservatives and colors. So far I feel fine in 3 years. I have had some stumbles (Chinese food with family mostly). Its just so tasty. Im gonna do my next run without meat. The first one I was devouring lbs a week of wings, chops and ribs. Lets see how cheesy I get this time around.

bro keep us updated as you get deeper in with the veggie diet...

Ah yes indeed the asian cuisine is so good! I find that juicing celery, carrot, cucumber and beets works to reduce systemic inflammation. I drink it at least twice a week. Got it from Waterbury and started drinking it 3 yrs ago. It definitely reduces pimples but dont freak at the red stool its just the beets.

Will you be logging the run? I am very interested and curious on what gains will look like vs a meat heavy diet. Good luck brother!

Yeah I will log it. Will see if I ever decide to run anything at all but I am hoping I can if I get the right help. I dont know much about enhancing, I just got one run under my belt. Right now I am focusing on losing enough fat mass to see veins in the lower ab region then run Lord knows what ;)

It is a very interesting topic, and you could be considered a true unicorn in the bodybuilding world. It is indeed interesting to see how you manage your way through in a vegeterian way. I will be keeping an eye on your progress - great to have another veggie EVO brother here!

Glad to be here for real. Everyone here is warm and its a good vibe all around. I look forward to the next 9 years till Im 40 to see how dairy, as a main source of protein and saturated fat, would hold up to a decent run of PEDs. No real plans, just one day at time. Hoping for the best.

Man you can be a vegetarian bodybuilder no problem. Just more expensive than most have it. Lots of options for you man.

Honestly I believe that animals have souls just like ours and that one day the animals I eat will eat me. It started by trying to increase my spiritual sensitivities and now I dont even kill spiders or ants. Sounds funny and a good laugh is ok. I dont think Im right or wrong either way, its just what I chose to do to further my awareness of Truth. That keeps me motivated. ;)

That's why my my wife became a vegetarian. It does have some shock value to it when someone tries to explain it but to each their own. What better reason could there really be than that of a spiritual nature even if others don't understand it. Good luck bro.
