New Member
So everyday my body is in a pattern where I'm up 8 pounds through the day and when I go to bed and wake up the next day I'm down the 7 to 8 pounds from the dsy before and this happens everyday anyone have this issue?

You need to Weigh yourself at the same time every day.
Get up in the Morning and Pee.
Drink at least 24 Oz. of water and Pee again.
Now Weigh yourself................................................. JP

What can help me keep the weight on through the night? Other than eating at 3am which trying to wake up to eat in the kiddie of the night is horrible for me lol

Dustin are you taking anything I mean are you on cycle? your fluctuating 8lbs a day I mean I can lose 5-8lbs but I'm riding a road bike for 4 1/2 hours. What kind of workouts are you doing - are you sweating a lot? Yes weigh yourself at the same times everyday.

yes my bad brother, I take tren e,test e,eq and mast. I sweat like crazy even more than I feel I should be. I do very intense high volume morning workouts. then pretty much eat and work the rest of the day, and by night before bed im 290 pounds, then i wake up eat breakfast and im at about 283 pounds daily.

Shouldn't be a problem there, I was having trouble gaining growth with certain body parts and someone suggested that I may actually be overtraining and not giving my muscles enough time to recooperate. Was told to stick around the 9-12 set mark and aim for 12 reps. Not sure if this would help for you but it helped me with lagging body parts. My thoughts were that if I wasn't gaining size than I needed to up the intensity when actually I should have been doing quite the opposite.

Hmm not sure really why there is such a large reduction in weight other than you are holding a lot of fluid which if that's the case then getting it off your body is probably a good thing especially weighing in around 290. Talk to a Dr. and perhaps get some bloods done to make sure everything is tip top

dropping a deuce changes the game....

Also 6000 calories is a lot man that's like 2 pounds alone.

Plus water... A gallon of water is 8lbs.

I believe it's tren for me tren tends to.be a cutter.instead of a bulker. And when your 290 6000 cals isn't all that much for maintenance it takes me at least 4000

considering you are 290 pounds and you are running lots of gear and doing very hefty workouts that isn't out of the ordinary. hockey goalies will lose 10 pounds during games no problem.

you should definitely be drinking a lot of water to replenish

there is also the possibility that you have some sort of food intolerance. possibly dairy or gluten issues where they will cause you to bloat up after eating.

I think it's pretty normal to fluctuate 2 to 5lbs during the course of the day. Maybe your fluctuations are just higher or maybe like stated above you have a good intolerance and it causes bloat. Possibly a digestive enzyme with meals could help.

spot on there well said. Food intolerance sounds a likely factor in this case

Most likely a water/ bloat issue man, at the end of the day weight doesn't mean too much, the mirror does..

You are waking up slightly dehydrated. It's completely normal and actually a good sign. If you ARENT loosing weight through out the night it's a red flag that you are dehydrated.

Look at it this way. If tomorrow you didn't drink anything for 8 hours (or however long you sleep) - would you end the day 8 pounds lighter then today? Of course, because you would be dehydrated.

Same thing happens over night when you aren't drinking. Especially a big guy on AAS will sweat considerably throughout the night.

Best thing you can do for your overall performance and health is upon waking, drink 1L of cold water with fresh squeezed lemon juice (ideally with a probiotic supplement) and then eat your breakfast 30 minutes later.
