I weigh 300 pounds height is 5 foot 8. I start out on the treadmill and walk for about 40 minutes every day and do 3 sets of 10 at 110pd with overhead press and then do a chest press with the same weights. i do 3 sets of 10 at 90pds, 2 sets of 25 at 335pds leg press, and 3 sets of 10 at 90pds of arm curls. but i am unable to lose any weight in the last 2 months. am i expecting too much or doing something wrong?

Diet is clean, takes 5-6 meals a day. any advice will be much appreciated. is there something that i should try with the workouts, Cardarine (GW-501516) or some steroids?

My brother you don't need juice all you need is a good diet remember your diet is 80% the other 20 is vitam, and your workout

You're not ready for any chemical enhancement. You won't really see its benefits when you're this overweight

It sounds like your metabolism has slowed to the point that you've stopped losing weight. You have to understand that it was in bad shape to begin with from a sedentary/inactive lifestyle and bad diet choices. Things will take time

Post up your diet

Like everyone is saying. It's all about patience. Transformations take a long time. Focus on it being more of a lifestyle than transformation and the wait becomes easier

Your "Nutritional plan is the pathway to successful results . If your diet suffers , your results will suffer. Very simple . If you want to gain weight , you would need to eat in a caloric surplus from your (TDEE) " Total Daily Energy Expenditure " If you want to lose weight , you would do the opposite and eat in a caloric deficit from your TDEE... If you were in my area, I could help you bro , but I give you Big Ups , at lease your trying.................Keep it up.. Good Luck......................AnalogMan

stay away from juice. you can use gw though. it will give you much more endurance for your cardio and workouts, add to your fat burning and anti-catabolic affects to save some muscle mass.

You MUST get your diet and workout down right first though.Nothing is MORE important then that.

gw will not put any added strain on your body and will help you to enhance your training and melt fat... that is the only thing you should be running right now and possibly n2burn since its not a big stimulant and will help suppress your appetite... get your gw at www.sarms1.com... you need to start developing a consistent diet and training regiment bro...

Big compound movements and diet, buddy. If you want some help PM me I'll see what I can come up with once I figure out what your current routine is in full.

If you PM me with your current Diet, exactly what you're eating and when you eat it. I can tweak it up a bit. I was 238 lbs. and 28% bf, 5 mo's ago. Now I 'am 205 lb. 11% bf, and just started another cutting cycle. I forgot I 'am 6' tall and 60 years old. Been doing this off and on for awhile, when injuries don't prevent me.

Agreed, diet is going to be key but GW will assist a little without strain on your heart and body.
