omega 3 is one of the best supplements you can take for joint health, heart health and overall mental health, I take 12 omega 3 tablets a day (400 epa 200 dha each) which does wonders for me, I feel great when I take omega 3 and notice a big difference if I forget to take it.I’ve dropped the carbs from 250g to 190g ,keeping protein high ,I’ll need to look into omega 3s because I’m not getting many….thanks for the advice !!

Only oil I use is high quality olive oil ,in a spray bottle ,I use it very sparinglyit just make sure the food is being prepped properly you don't want to use refined oils to cook them
