@gar71 imo looking at your situation up the protein and cut the carbs a bit
and what you donig for omega 3 fats?
I’ve dropped the carbs from 250g to 190g ,keeping protein high ,I’ll need to look into omega 3s because I’m not getting many….thanks for the advice !!

omega 3 is one of the best supplements you can take for joint health, heart health and overall mental health, I take 12 omega 3 tablets a day (400 epa 200 dha each) which does wonders for me, I feel great when I take omega 3 and notice a big difference if I forget to take it.

yup you have to up the fats, add almonds/walnuts some omega 3 fats via nuts or fish oil

just be careful with the additives and the hidden things that they put in those types of foods

eventually I would like to see you do primarily whole food options but your diet is perfectly suitable right now
 
diet is not bad but it can definitely be tightened a little
