Approved Log My TRT plus Tesamorelin 3 month cycle Log

My last shot of tesomorelin was last night so finished my roughly 3 month cycle.
Tesomorelin - 4/9 - 5/30, 6/12 - 7/8 (took a vacay in-between). Posted my post-cycle pics below.

So I’m going on Vacay to Cabo for a week with the fam on Friday. This gives me just enough time to get a leg and pull day in. I also started a 7 day course of Doxy to see if I can clear up my acne a bit for my trip.

Thanks bro. I’ll be there for a week. I’m on TRT long term. Currently 140 test / 60 deca. Gotta get my acne down then maybe do an anavar or tbol cycle.

Legs 7/10/24

Squats - to the floor, no belt
115lbs - 10 reps
135lbs - 10 reps
185lbs - 5 reps
225lbs - 1 rep (hit my goal for this cycle)
205lbs - 2 reps

Sled runs - 15 yards each way
(Weight doesn’t include sled)
Push 15 yards then pull 15 yards to original position = 1
90lbs = 1
140lbs = 1
180lbs = 1
200lbs = 2

Treadmill 0.5 mile jog - 5 min, 0.5 incline
Stretch

Prework out meal - around 2.5 hrs before - 2 eggs, sourdough toast and butter, coffee

there are some good options that you should try like GW
The whole cancer thing turned me off to Cardarine. I gotta look into it more.

That was pork and beef tacos - very good
Fresh Carrot juice - never tried, had a bunch of other juices too
Fresh fruits
They had a lot of meat for a breakfast 😆

I wouldn't eat any fish from any place especially in a third world country
I’ve literally seen the fish monger haul in freshly caught fish into the restaurant. Looked like yellow tail.

Fasted cardio
10 min, 1.5km jog on treadmill
20 min on stationary bike
Legs - machine leg curl / ext / calf raises - 3 sets each - went light, more for pump and get some blood flow.

Fasted cardio is the best cardio
