Hi all
This is my first post but I’ve been following and reading posts like this for the past year.
Evolutionary has literally changed my life.
A bit about me, I’m 50 years old, married to a beautiful red head who is an amazing cook, we have 5 children, 4 boys and a girl. I played all the sports until my 30’s and stopped because of my work as a builder got too much to balance with family life. Then 6 years ago I had a double hip replacement followed by a major knee operation and shoulder surgery.
I became very unfit and unhealthy even though I was training for recovery every day, mentally I was struggling and the black dog started following me around.

One day my Son poked me in my fat stomach and told me straight up, get fit again dad.
Took me another month or so to wake up but finally I went and bought a gym membership and started training, I also bought memberships for two of my Sons including the one that poked me in my fat stomach, and so we train together at 5am most mornings.
That was 18 months ago now and we are still training together every other morning.
It was about 12 months ago that I discovered Evolutionary, and that’s when my life really turned around. I had been struggling with joint pains and getting back my strength, I also had to get lower back surgery which slowed me down. But then with Massive Sparky’s help I did a 10 week cycle of TRT and HGH which he was kind enough to educate me through using it correctly. Immediately my body responded, and I felt the best I have in years.
That cycle finished 4 months ago and now I’m about to begin a new cycle.

I reached out to Azlola, hoping they might help me with supplies.
They were extremely supportive and the product arrived only days after my order was placed.
So I’ve decided to make a thread about the next step in my recovery process using Stratum Pharma Labs supplied by Azlola.

My 10 week planned cycle includes
Tren E 200mg 1ml weekly.
Decca 200mg 1ml weekly.
Test E 250mg 1ml weekly.

Then I’m following this with Sustanon 250 for 6 weeks at 2 ml per week.
Then pct.
HGH @ 4iu per day.

My goal is very simple, to gain strength and become stronger than ever before in my life so far.
I would appreciate any advice in this field, I am always vigilant about injuries now with a focus on warming up and correct technique.
I’ll be posting weekly showing photos of my progress plus I’ll tell you how I’ve been feeling mentally and physically.
One more big thank you to Evolutionary, Massive Sparky, Azlola and all other members whose posts and advice have helped me really turn my life around and give me the determination to keep going.

@Fisherman welcome officially to the EVO family :) we are all here to support you, full love.

Cycle
To start since you're just back, 250mgs testosterone and 200mgs deca is enough IMO, there is no need for trenbolone. Also proviron 25mgs add that to your deca.

Also, you're 50 so you can start HGH from day 1 imo, 2 IUs per day the whole 10 weeks will work perfect for you. 4 IUs might cause unwanted sides as you're back in the game. 5on/2 off with hgh.

A few things you can share with us as you go, keep updated.

Diet, Training
Diet, please share actual diet foods and meals as you go so we can help you mod
Training, please share exercises reps and sets and weights and cardio info
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

please list what supplements you use? multis vitamins?

i wouldn't use winstrol right now. anavar would be a much smarter option

keep consistent. meal prep is so important for you. as is fasted cardio those are 2 very important keys
Thanks for the feedback and will definitely concentrate on meal prep, it’s easy for me to do fasted cardio as we train early morning, I have only been doing 10 minutes cardio on the exercise bike everyday but I have the setting on very high and it’s fairly challenging, nothing like my old days running for an hour or so, do you think this is enough if it’s hard work for the entire 10 minutes

Morning everyone

5am start
Warm up
Light weights very strict and slow.

Seated dumbbell full bicep curls 6 sets of 7 20kg each, slightly cheated.

Seated shoulder press 6 sets of 5, 20kg each, held at full extension for 1 minute after each set.

Standing Dumbbell shrugs 6 sets of 10, 40kg each.

These exercises I superset them together spaced 20 seconds apart then wait 2 minutes before cycle begins again.

Seated Dumbbell curls 2 sets of 10, 10kg each,
Very strict and slow,

10 minutes on the bike
Start level 13 for 3 mins,
Level 15 for 3 mins,
Level 18 for 2 mins,
Level 20 for 1 mins,
Cool down.

Had my first injection last night, took advice given and dropped off the Tren.

Decca 200mg 1.5ml weekly.
Test E 250mg 1.5ml weekly.

I will have to do some research into Proviron and Anavar as recommended.

Breakfast 4 eggs on muffins, 2 with Vegemite and Parmesan cheese,

Planned dinner Steak potato and salad

Protein drink
Protein powder 1 tbs
Metamucil 1.5 tbs
Vital greens 1.5 tbs
Creatine 0.5 tbs
Fish oil tabs x 2

I share this drink 50/50 with my wife.

As you know if you are following this thread, I’ve been struggling with some serious injuries for many years, when I started 18 months ago I was weak. I started very slowly and gradually increased my lifting, focusing on technique and damage control.
I feel that I have eliminated 70% of my previous injuries with correct training and trt but I haven’t been able to conquer my right shoulder injury, I had surgery on it a few years ago and haven’t recovered. If I put a small incline on a chair and include a little chest to help, I can get through it but there is discomfort, I probably have improved a small amount but when I isolate the shoulders they are weak.

Still difficult to manage shoulder injury but still feeling like it’s moving towards strength and recovery, but slowly.

Incline press
40kg x 10 reps then hold and push hard for 1 minute before lowering into resting position.

Dumbbell preacher curls
2 sets of 6kg x 10 reps very slow and strict
4 sets of 10kg each x 8 reps strict

food looks clean, you doing any shakes or bars?
I haven’t had any shakes or bars for a few days but usually have a combination protein/green drink with some creatine in it
Been eating a few bananas lately and just started on a bag of oranges
 
the fasting will definitely have a lot of benefits as well
 
you should definitely fast more often

yeah you can make your own protein bars just mix up some raw honey and nuts and fruit
 
Thanks bro, just found out today all clear from colonoscopy, they removed a few large polyps but no cancer 👍🏻
good colonoscopy is key to health :)

Thought I’d give you an update,
Training has been going fantastic, I’ve gone up a few kgs on most exercises and have been feeling pretty good within myself.
My body weight hasn’t changed much but I feel stronger, also my sex drive has been very high and my wife and I are both very happy about that.

I have been rotating around the same 5 gym routines with the bike everyday. With some exercises I’ve dropped a bit of weight and am going through the technique very slowly and strictly, and then holding the weight up above my head for a minute or so at the end. Other exercises I’ve added weight to the bar but I’m cheating a little towards the end of my reps.

I’m going to take a photo of every meal for the next week, but I have been eating fairly healthy food apart from a bit of sugary snacks sometimes.

Pork, cabbage and potato rolls, with apple sauce.
Chinese pork with rice, broccolini and snow peas.
Had a few juices watered down.

Thursday
Breakfast
Big bowl of porridge with maple syrup and honey.
Lunch
3 oysters Kilpatrick and 3 oysters natural.
4 large prawns with small salad
Small Pork belly with cooked nuts and carrots.
100g eye fillet with a good size portion of Brussels sprouts cooked in a sultana sauce.
Lunch was spent with my wife and absolutely delicious, all washed down with 2 bottles of wine and a few long black coffees.

Dinner
Homemade sausage rolls and a few cups of tea.

Today
Breakfast
Protein drink
4 Scrambled eggs on their own
Roast Beef and gravy roll
Steak and Pepper pie with sauce
Strawberry Doughnut and a strawberry milk.

Lunch
6 flame grilled lamb cutlets
4 watered down fruit juice

Dinner
Huge salad
A few cups of tea

I’ve gone up a few kilos on most of my exercises in the gym thanks Azlola and Stratum Pharma Labs (SPL)
I can definitely feel the product and during my workouts I can see my blood vessels getting bigger and delivering more blood quickly where it’s needed.
I’ve also been feeling more upbeat the last few weeks and then there is the sexdrive
