Hello Evo family, I have been following logs for around a month now, and decided to post one of my own. My name is Jacob. I have been lifting in the gym since ninth grade and I took it seriously from the start. I am currently 22 and have been staying on my diet very well for around six months, when I decided to go from 180 pounds at 25% bf to 220 pounds at 24% bf.

Currents stats-
22 y.o.
210 pounds
24% bf
5'10"

Starting three weeks ago, I started my cut at 220 pounds, along with a few sarms-

Enclomiphene, 6.25 mg
Rad-150, 10 mg
Yk-11, 5 mg.

All were purchased from maresearchchems.net

I went from my maintenance calories of around 3400 to 2400. Then last week, I bumped up the dosages, to-
Enclomiphene, 12.5 mg
Rad-150, 15 mg
Yk-11, 10 mg

-which allowed to drop to 214, which is fast, but I am currently doing 30 mn fasted cardio every morning, along with working a hard labor job of pouring concrete.

On this next Monday, August 11, I am going to be bumping up the dosages for the final two weeks, up to-

Enclomiphene, 18.75 mg
Rad-150, 20 mg
Yk-11, 15 mg

My main goals for this stack are to maintain and possibly regain some of the strength I lost while on my old training plan, which was a speed and conditioning program. I used to be able to bench 245 for a single, and 185 for 9 reps, and a 5x5. I am currently now only able to hit 160 for 4x4, and 185 for 2. 190 fail. Another goal is to be around 185 pounds with only around 12% bf or so.

I would like some advice on what cycle to run when I eventually do the next cut while on cycle.
It may seem a bit young, but with the right cutting advice and cycle advice, I would like to see my self on stage around 24 or 25. I am currently in a hotel, so my workouts are limited to dumbbells, and a bench so if anyone could provide me with a leg workout for today and a chest workout for tomorrow would be greatly appreciated.

I also have another question- when I do cardio, will it theoretically enlarge my heart since it is a muscle? That is a worry for me while on gear because I don't want to die.

Will also post pictures of my body face blurred and also my sarms that I currently have.

The picture below is a bad physique picture, but hope I can take a better one tomorrow. Today's workout was-
Standing Calf Raises- 4x12 w/45 lb dumbbells
Squats- 5x15 w/50 lbs dumbbells
Bulgarian Split Squats- 3x12 w/40's each hand
Hip Thrust- BSS superset, 3x8 w/50's
Goblet Squats- 4x10 w/40's held together
That was all for today, and for cardio I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and four hours of swimming.
We went out to eat the whole day so I only had restaurant food, but I think it was under 3,200 cals.
 
Anyone have advice for a push workout? Still in a hotel and can't find a good workout. Dumbbells go up to 50 lbs and there is a bench
you can always do weighted pushups

also you can do presses with the dumbbells. make sure you keep the angle tight so you don't over train your shoulders though.

Ok, thank you, I will make sure to add them. Going to do my workout in around 30 minutes, and then swim for a couple hours. Will make sure to post today's lunch and workout.

Around 1,200 calories and 80 grams of protein. 1/2 pound of hamburger w/cheese and bacon. Fries were air-dried and dipped in low cal ranch. No breakfast so my cals could stay low. Plan for today is to just have protein shakes for the rest of the day to keep cals low and protein higher.

For cardio, I generally do either 20 minutes of fasted jogging at 7 mph with a 10 incline, or 30 minutes on my bike, travelling around seven miles.

For my diet, I generally eat-

Breakfast-
Six eggs
2 Cups of 1% Milk
Sarms/Supplements

600 calories/52 g protein

Snack-
Apple
Protein Bar

460 calories/20 g protein

Lunch-
Orange Chicken + Fried Rice

650 calories/70 g protein

710 calories/28 g protein

2 Cups 1% Milk. 220 cals. 16 g pro. 22 g carb

580 cals. 52 g pro. 26 g carbs.

Protein Shake. 220 cals. 34 g pro. 15 g carb

Chicken Fried rice. 650 cals. 65 g pro. 40 carbs

Protein Shake. 220 cals. 34 g pro. 15 g carb

Protein Pasta w/butter and cheese
710 cals. 28 g pro. 20 g carbs

Totals- 2380 cals. 213 g protein. 126 g carbs.

All meals within 6-700 cals, 30-60 g pro, and 30 or so carbs. That look like a better meal plan? Could eat tomorrow.

Also dropped apples and Gatorade bar, as they have 25 and 59 grams of carbs, respectively. Also, my cardio and workouts in the morning are fasted.
 
And also how much n2guard caps should I be taking? I have been taking five for my first cycle (rad-140 solo run, amazing, from Chemyo) and for the last three weeks, and now I am out. I have saw people saying to take up to 10, and was thinking maybe they were right since it is an oral that gets processed through the liver. Share your thoughts

I get that the fries and the burgers may have been cooked decently but still there's much better options
Yep that was a bad meal since I was on vacation and we didn't have anywhere to put my diet food. I could've had fish now that I think about it, thanks for the recommendations.

Making 8 oz of chicken in the oven for my fried rice tomorrow. Today's workout consisted of-

Flat Bench Press- 50 lb dumbbells for 4x15
Incline Bench Press- 50 lb dumbbells for 3x12
Dumbbell Flies- 25 lb dumbbells for 3x10
Arnold Press- 35 lb dumbbells for 3x12
Seated Military Press- 45 lb dumbbells for 4x8
Lateral Raises- 15 lb dumbbells for 3x20
French Press- 40 lb dumbbell for 3x10
Skull Crushers- 30 lb dumbbells for 3x8
Weighted Pushups- 50 lb dumbbells on back for 5x25

Will have a better workout with heavier weights and sets tomorrow now that I'm on a gym

too much fake food and processed junk
Fresh farm eggs, fresh farm milk, frozen farm chicken, store bought whole grain pasta from a store with like three ingredients, homemade butter? Not trying to sound rude just curious
 
Fried rice is made from hand picked basmati rice fields near me, along with homegrown corn and veggies and also the fresh farm eggs

Yes, I would like to, but NPP recommended me to stay low carb so I kept it under 130 grams. If I put in apples or bananas and other stuff, my carbs would go way up. But, to account for that, I am taking supplements to take in replacement.
 
I just had to look harder. I will start eating raspberries and strawberries (fresh picked from a farm near me) and that will not add much to my carbs. Thanks for the recommendations. I will also look for some vegetables at the farm tomorrow.

Yep I am currently sticking with maresearchchems.net

But with chemyo, I haven't saw complaints unless they deleted them, but me and my friend had amazing results of strength with only rad-140. I might try euro pharmacies from psl.ru, but just because I had a good experience with chemyo doesn't mean everyone will.

Going to bed at 11, waiting for chicken to be done, so 30 minutes left to reply any questions ask now
 
One last question before I go to bed- is it to late to start adding in injectable sr-9009 or 9011 before my workouts to aid in my cut? If so I will order it tomorrow with my restock of n2guard and it should be here by Monday.

I could buy steroids/Sarms/high from psl on the American only section for Euro Pharmacies, but it is very expensive. Should I order from the international section, where it is cheaper, or am I not able to do that?

I don't really care if it takes longer to ship, I just know it's much cheaper.

To put into perspective I'm 5'11 222lbs and I cut on 2500 calories, not sure your height I got your weight, u should probably be able to eat more and lose bodyfat still, even now I am under eating at 2500 calories a day.

Also u need to tighten diet up alot, we are roughly the same weight but look completely different and that all comes down to being methodical and how bad you want it.

We can help you and guide you, this will all fall on you to be successful, id track everything daily and post your meal prep and everything u eat good or bad so we can help out.

Rice- 5 g but didn't count, not a full protein
Chicken Breast- 454 grams (1 pound), 25 g per 4 ounce servings, so 100 grams
Two Cups milk (from breakfast) 16 grams

So actually 238 grams of protein

Training looks good to me, I’d only substitute the running for the stair master to save your knees.

If I can get some more milk, I feel like I should cut out the hamburger entirely, but with the high protein, low fats, and low calories, I think I could sub it out for the chicken, rice and broccoli. And for sure, I'm going to the store tomorrow for milk and other stuff so I'll get avocados.

why milk? thats not healthy fat, dairy is not the best choice

you can do hamburgers just dont do carbs with them :) and no bun, just meat

Since I live in a farm, normally we just get milk straight from the bulk tank, and then I can save money for the future.

I never use buns for hamburgers, I don't like the taste

7caps n2guard per day
4 caps AM with food and 3 caps pm with food
10 is too much, 7 is the standard dose

I will start taking seven today, I've only had five today, so two with my hamburger and avacado

@rodannis789 I dont want to go negative here but maresearchchems is not a trusted source, there were multiple bad reviews of him spiking the sarms with steroids, maresearchchems.net is NOT trusted. I wouldnt even trust what you're putting in your body at all.
Mostly its hit or miss. In the miss you can end up with an infection and a hospital visit.
Up to you but I wouldnt touch them with a 100 foot pole.

Mostly its hit or miss. In the miss you can end up with an infection and a hospital visit.

He must have deleted the reviews before I saw them, all I saw was good reviews and my order came without any scam my behavior. I haven't noticed anything bad at all, feeling great, but I'll go with your word and stick with other brands we have here. If the Sarms had steroids, it would be cool imo because I haven't tried steroids, but still not good of him at all. I will continue my cycle, but if I notice anything I'll stop.

@rodannis789 of course he deletes reviews. He spikes all the time and some guys had real infections with his injectables but done is done. I would suggest getting new trusted sarms but its up to you, we'll support you no matter what you do. :)

At least I am sticking with orals. I will find a new place to buy sarms (though I have planned a real cycle coming up in around five months, will decide if it's smart later). I am going to continue to use this until it is out, and then if I need to buy more I'll get it from a different place. I will post my diet and training later tonight, have to go to church.

Single Arm Cable Row- 90 per side for 3x10
Pull-Ups- 4xfailure around six reps each
Chin ups- 4xfailure around five reps each
Cable Seated Row- 200 for 4x12
Cable Bicep Curl- 60 for 3x failure
Zottman curl 3x12 with 30's
Hammer curls 40's for 3x8
Incline Bicep Curl- 25's for 2x15
Deadlifts- 195 lbs for 4x8 (up 5 lbs twice weekly)
Lat Pulldowns- 4x12 with 150 stack+ 45 and 25 plate (220 total)
EZ bar Curl- 50 for 3x10
Barbell Curl- 70 for 3x10

The vascularity left like half an hour after the workout so yeah I'll post it next time I workout biceps/forearms on Wednesday. And yes we own around 100 chickens

I'm just looking at your body and shape and trying to figure out how you are 210lbs and I don't mean this in a disrespectful way, I want to see u succeed and do well long term.

I would ditch the milk if possible and get the protein from a different source, milk has alot of sugar in it not good for a cut.

Definitely good u are tracking calories and foods because we definitely need to overhaul your diet.

I just checked height again- 5'9.5

I am 210 in the morning currently, fasted weight, and after 1.5 gallons and all the food I am 216-217 currently (see picture below).

My current sugar intake is only around 50 grams. The milk I have is tested around 6-7 grams per cup, and I have four a day. I can cut it out for something else, I just like the availability, the fact it's free, low calories, and high protein

My current sugar intake is only around 50 grams. The milk I have is tested around 6-7 grams per cup, and I have four a day. I can cut it out for something else, I just like the availability, the fact it's free, low calories, and high protein

Fructose from fruit is fine for the most part, refined Sugars u eat is something big that can hold you back long term with seeing results.

I would definitely cut the milk if possible and maybe eat lean ground turkey or lean source of protein of your choosing, you can't just look at the protein aspect you have to objectively look at all the macros, Sugar is a killer in more ways then one with weight lose. I bet if u cut it down by half or more u will see better results.

Processed food and sugar will absolutely derail results.

milk is good but you need to make sure its moderated with protein shakes is no issues
