I don't know. The baby Asprin i was told is good just because I'm over 40 and Vitamin c I just have always taken. I have a pretty good immune system. I don't drink much orange juice because of heart burn(acid reflux) so I just started taking Vitamin c a long time ago because of this.

Last week of this cycle. I think it would of been amazing if I could of went the whole cycle injury free lol. But this last 5 weeks versus pushing the most I could I went to safety first and nice slow controlled reps so I wouldn't cause a injury. Still very happy. Last week of this cycle. I think it would of been amazing if I could of went the whole cycle injury free lol. But this last 5 weeks versus pushing the most I could I went to safety first and nice slow controlled reps so I wouldn't cause a injury. Still very happy. Last week of this cycle. I think it would of been amazing if I could of went the whole cycle injury free lol. But this last 5 weeks versus pushing the most I could I went to safety first and nice slow controlled reps so I wouldn't cause a injury. Still very happy. This will be my first cruise versus pct and natty off time. I plan on burning a little fat while maintaining where I am at as much as possible. Next bulk cycle will be max effort. I plan on increasing volume and adding more 12 rep sets in versus 8
For strength I do the 5 x 5 method. This bulk I did 8 x 3 and usually on the last Set I tried for 12. If I could I went up 10 lbs.

Maybe I labeled wrong. I was running overall 650 test(some was Sustanon) a week 300mg of deca per week and 400mg of primo. I really liked a lot. I used Anadrol and Dianabol to start the first 6 weeks also. I really liked after the about 8 weeks. I do feel if I was able to finish hard here the laet 5 weeks would of had more gains and where this cycle would really shine too. Still very nice over all for gaining 34 lbs. I have some cutting to do but am interested to see how much. I will cut slowly over 8 weeks. Now the 4th month into this cycle I did start to get some side effects. I have a slight acne break out on my body. Not horrible but like a teenager too. My prolactin went a little high but took some caber to counter. My estradiol stayed perfect between 30 and 38. My test was 4800 and free was around 2000. Felt great the entire cycle. Sad to end lol.

The one I have is from the end of July. I can show that. My next is soon and before I start the winter bulk cycle

Ya I see I got primo and Masteron mixed up. Looks like it was a good cycle to me. Lots of good gains. Just make sure and not loose anything. Eat plenty of good lean food and most importantly train HARD!!!

I'm going to keep my test level around 1100. Nice lean eating just a little under maintenance. With the back recovery I am hoping to just keep pushing forward.

yes. I drink 1 glass per day 2% milk. It taste so good. The rest is drink almond milk cook with Almond Milk. So regular milk has so much flavor now lol and it's not even whole milk
