To understand me you must understand my story and my love for the life of iron and no, I don't want no sympathy!

Just for people to know i am a genuine person.

We all make choices we have to live with .

BODY DATA
Age 32
Height 178cm
Weight current 115kg (253 lbs)
Training experience 6 years
Body fat % guesstimated 30%
Currently: Cutting/ Fatloss for the past 3 weeks. Started at 117,3
1kg -1.5kg rate a week for muslce retaining.

Current cycle: Dianabol 40mg per day
Current Calories/Macros 2800. 200 ish protein, 73 fat, 305 carbs

Past bulk cycle : Decca 400mg- 2x 200mg pins a week Dianabol 40mg a day 3500+ calories, forgot macros.

TRAINING: 4 DAYS A WEEK
Chest/ Delts
Back/
Legs
Arms

I respond better to low volume now on gear. Natty high volume.

Planned cycle if approved from swapping dbol to testosterone
Test enanthate 200mg
2 x 100mg pins a week

Will pct be needed? Wouldnt that cause 2 shutdowns? 1 for pct and 1 for starting test.



About me:
Training since 2018 (will post photo and be the one looking like i starved. I basically did 🤣. I've done all the pathetic yoyo dieting, healthy diets, flexible diets as a natural. Cut, bulk, all the wrong ways 🤣🤣🤣 I learned the fucken hard way.

MY STORY
Late 2018 after stupid aggressive cuts I got a natty coach. Learned how to train properly, did a strict healthy diet and serious calculated calorie/macro cut (photos will be attached of lean and pumped) end of 2019 did a show to purposely get as lean as possible and reveal abs for the first time.

Fast forward fell in love with fitness and lifting. Studied Eric helms ebooks (The muscle and strength pyramids) wanted to jump into the industry so i got my certifications. Passion grew so I went on to study nutrition and certified as a sports nutritionist...

After the first comp the mother of my 2 children said it was gym or her (she was sick of me dieting) she tried to kill herself because of it in the hotel bath tub the night of comp (no this is no fucken joke)

Made the choice to give in to her and my kids to see them happy so I chose to lean bulk lift and fucken eat.

Fast foward covid hit and it was at the peak of my graduation and i was in prep again for comp 2 in men's physique . Gyms shut down and i got rocked with depression having to cancel it after all the hard work. I just thought fuck it im gona train and eat for real this time.

So end of 2019 74kg (163 lbs) right up till end of 2023 i gained NATURALLY to 125kg (275 lbs). In this time i was fucken disgusted couldn't walk 9 holes playing golf but I was big and strong. After awhile my relationship deteriorated and i was doomed with depression again.

I tried cutting down so many times but i keep getting smashed by life and kids and work. In the end what i gave up wasnt worth it. Got cheated on etc cause I was sloppy, i feel deeper into depression. I tried ssri antidepressants but i withdrew from it cause i knew it wasnt really me but the affects of competing and not competing and life.

I started researching my symptoms and i had come across... HORMONES. Time to time i started feeling brain fog at work, low energy, mood swings and so i watched more youtube and researched here and got a blood work panel (STILL NATURAL NO GEAR TAKEN YET)

It came back and I knew it. I had low as fuck testosterone levels it come back Abnormal as the dr testing it was a steroid dr.

I had researched probaly from 2021 upwards when i joined here. I also did john jewetts J3U course which was fantastic into the anabolic world.

Now i knew I shouldn't do test if high body fat and it could cause moon face binge watching more plates more dates and reading on evo years ago

A mate helped me stumble across a deca only coach and Dbol only who had tested on thousands and had success. I was too scared to pin my first cycle and get gyno so this is why i chose deca only as my first anabolic.

I have had zero issues with the cycle. But, i did think it was going to fix my low energy levels, brain fog, etc but it has not. It has just turned me into a blob of mass thats tired.

So yes i do want to swap to testosterone, I am happy to wait until i have cut down more if it has to be that way.

No I don't give a fuck about hair loss. Yes I understand I will be shut down and if i stay. On trt it can affect my fertility and possibly permanently. I am fine with this as i have 2 kids both teens 1 13 year old son waiting for his dad to get jacked to start jiujitsu and one 15 year old daughter to protect.

Lifting saved my life. I just want to feel great again. Masculine with aesthetics to follow. I don't aspire to be huge.

Body transformations are the hardest, especially with personal problems. Once that hits, all else goes down easy and things get hard, I know from personal experience. I was an alcoholic and drug addict for years, clean and sober for many years now but my life was hell during recovery.

EVO family is the place to get to your transformation goals and more, we are here for you.

I'll share a few thoughts, and @AE1079 can chime in as well.

Cycle
I like testosterone much more than dbol for you either way.
How about we start with sports TRT+?
300mgs testosterone/week split dose into 2 injections/week (150/150)
instead of more gear you can add light aromasin to help combat estrogen E2 (5mgs /week) as you're still leaning out.

PCT
You dont need pct, we will go from a blast higher dose, to light TRT like 50-100mgs/week.

Please share more day to day information with us.

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc

The very last picture. With the black singlet and red weight machines is current.

I will start to look flatter now though as im cutting and down almost 2.5 kg and my macros have changed to less carbohydrates so less fullness.

CYCLE ADVICE
sounds good! I will get all this ready. It will take me a couple of weeks as i need to order etc

SUPPLEMENTS
Right now only supps im taking is the ones i will attach in photo below this post. The coach i had collaborates with vigerous Steve and on their youtube videos they share that orals arent as toxic as we think and you can run for months with no issues

I don't claim to be a know it all im just saying my side of what ive been taught and if it is wrong then i have an open mind to fixing these such claims.
Digestive enzymes was pineapple.

As for food i get most of my calorie and macros hit from 80% food 20% other . I take potatoes and simple carbs during training. I dont do cheat binge day meals, I do tracked meals and i don't lie about what i track.

Daily food items Lean mince, potatoe, protein yogurts, pineapple, rice, sour patch kids (Intra training or pre training) eggs, cereal with skim milk. 30gram protein chocolate oak meals.
I do flexible dieting its what works for me for sustainability and consistency. I eat the same thing day in day out unless i want to swap it for a tracked meal with similar calories and macros.

When i lean down more and calories get tight I move towards high volume low calorie foods.

AROMASIN
I have arimidex pills UNTOUCHED in original tablet packaging i got years ago incase i ever started test these should be fine yes? I will update with what mg they are per pill and brand.

CURRENT CARDIO
10,000 steps per day but usually i hit
16,000 due to work its a lot of walking and manual labor.

TRAINING will update soon i do apple notes and copy paste.

THIS MORNINGS UPDATE starting week 3 of cut 114.8kg (253lbs) started November 11th 117kg.3 (257.94) lbs

Yes quadsweep 🫡 i think so too. My orginal goal was a 16-20 week cut plus overall goal was elimination of brain fog, low energy and trash libido.

Supplements
All steroids are toxic both to your liver kidneys and organs, level of toxicity does depend on the particular steroid and the dose of course.
Thats why we recommend n2guard which is made for organ liver support for steroid users, and they sponsor the EVO family as well, so of course this is bias, but I use n2guard and have my clients using it.

Digestive supplements and probiotics are a must daily, along with psyllium husk. Those are a must for long term health.

Training
will be waiting for more training updates

Cardio
I dont count steps as cardio, its best to mix in actual cardio into your training along with whatever steps you do.

Goals and fasting
I think we can go for 16 weeks and try to cut down to around 230-240lbs if you can do fasting, are you alright with doing lets say 24 hour fasting? how deep is your experience with it?

I think 24 hour fasts and 48-72 hour fasts are in the books if you want to lean out, just needs time for you to plan it.

Yeah sort of. I train night time usually like 11pm till 12:30am then have my last protein and carbs before bed at like 1:30am.

I will have a look at the books when i get w chance. 🫡
 
Yeah sort of. I train night time usually like 11pm till 12:30am then have my last protein and carbs before bed at like 1:30am.

But yeah very 'up' and very 'down'. It should add to not replace life.

Highly unlikely. Its ok i can up the weeks and just let it take longer since fasting won't be available.

The rate of loss im at has been 1kg-1.5 im happy with that so in 16 weeks i should be around 101kg by then if its consistent

this is fine, fasting not a requirement but extending the fasting window would help insulin sensitivity and overall anabolic effect @Flyingandrei

First off, thank you so much for spacing out your paragraphs, lol. It makes it so much easier to read a long post. You got this man. I am glad you learned how to do things properly vs the crash diets and all that nonsense. Looking forward to following along!

@Npcclassicphysique champ i introduced one of my ifbb mates to flexible dieting as he strictly ate clean.

Even in prep he used it and It just blew him the fuck up more. I must add he was already lean though and a few comps under his belt. He wont go back to clean eating he said 😅

I can ask but he's pretty strict with what he does he dosent like taking advice as hes found most of his success self coaching and what works for him.

He is also diabetic suprisingly lol.

This was my natural blood panel before starting any gear.

I will get another blood test before i start this test cycle next month and probably 6-8 weeks into it unless advised from the experienced members.

The ones in RED are obviously the out of range or abnormal. Bilirubin was high cause i was eating heaps of fruit lol

Last bloodwork i did was April to test if my gear was fake since i was on nandrolone test should have been almost non existent its the 0.2 levels with the 65 oestrodial and 94 prolactin photo.

Ok, so nothing since taking Dbol daily? How long have you been on the orals for?
Started off 400mg Decca only 2x 200mg shots a week. Rough estimate jan till may then added 40mg dbol

Started getting crippling lower back pumps so went on dbol solo maybe around July and still current.

Id have to go back through hundreds of messages and voice messages between my old coach which I'm not prepared to do lol.
 
I'd strongly suggest getting bloods done sooner rather than later. Fully agree with going over to Test instead of Dbol, but you should check what is going on in your body and not just take the theory that "orals arent as toxic as we think" without a second thought. Do your own checks and figure out if you're on the right path, or if you need additional help/ supplementation to get things in the right space.

Yep thats why sooner will be before i start this new cycle in the next few weeks. I won't go ahead if the experienced members in here deem its not a good idea.

Yeah not a matter of bagging anyone out, but every person is different/ processes things differently, and if you don't have the bloodwork, you're flying blind and could be getting yourself into issues.

I'm definitely not the most knowledgeable, but I am a big believer in watching the bloodwork very closely and doing everything possible to live our lifestyle in the most "healthy" way.

How many years experience lifting and dieting do you have?

Only asking because thats the most important before any cycle planning and any bloodwork.

About me:
Training since 2018 (will post photo and be the one looking like i starved. I basically did 🤣. I've done all the pathetic yoyo dieting, healthy diets, flexible diets as a natural. Cut, bulk, all the wrong ways 🤣🤣🤣 I learned the fucken hard way.

MY STORY
Late 2018 after stupid aggressive cuts I got a natty coach. Learned how to train properly, did a strict healthy diet and serious calculated calorie/macro cut (photos will be attached of lean and pumped) end of 2019 did a show to purposely get as lean as possible and reveal abs for the first time.

Fast forward fell in love with fitness and lifting. Studied Eric helms ebooks (The muscle and strength pyramids) wanted to jump into the industry so i got my certifications. Passion grew so I went on to study nutrition and certified as a sports nutritionist...

After the first comp the mother of my 2 children said it was gym or her (she was sick of me dieting) she tried to kill herself because of it in the hotel bath tub the night of comp (no this is no fucken joke)

Made the choice to give in to her and my kids to see them happy so I chose to lean bulk lift and fucken eat.

Fast foward covid hit and it was at the peak of my graduation and i was in prep again for comp 2 in men's physique . Gyms shut down and i got rocked with depression having to cancel it after all the hard work. I just thought fuck it im gona train and eat for real this time.

So end of 2019 74kg (163 lbs) right up till end of 2023 i gained NATURALLY to 125kg (275 lbs). In this time i was fucken disgusted couldn't walk 9 holes playing golf but I was big and strong. After awhile my relationship deteriorated and i was doomed with depression again.

I tried cutting down so many times but i keep getting smashed by life and kids and work. In the end what i gave up wasnt worth it. Got cheated on etc cause I was sloppy, i feel deeper into depression. I tried ssri antidepressants but i withdrew from it cause i knew it wasnt really me but the affects of competing and not competing and life.

I started researching my symptoms and i had come across... HORMONES. Time to time i started feeling brain fog at work, low energy, mood swings and so i watched more youtube and researched here and got a blood work panel (STILL NATURAL NO GEAR TAKEN YET)

It came back and I knew it. I had low as fuck testosterone levels it come back Abnormal as the dr testing it was a steroid dr.

I had researched probaly from 2021 upwards when i joined here. I also did john jewetts J3U course which was fantastic into the anabolic world.

Now i knew I shouldn't do test if high body fat and it could cause moon face binge watching more plates more dates and reading on evo years ago

A mate helped me stumble across a deca only coach and Dbol only who had tested on thousands and had success. I was too scared to pin my first cycle and get gyno so this is why i chose deca only as my first anabolic.

I have had zero issues with the cycle. But, i did think it was going to fix my low energy levels, brain fog, etc but it has not. It has just turned me into a blob of mass thats tired.

So yes i do want to swap to testosterone, I am happy to wait until i have cut down more if it has to be that way.

No I don't give a fuck about hair loss. Yes I understand I will be shut down and if i stay. On trt it can affect my fertility and possibly permanently. I am fine with this as i have 2 kids both teens 1 13 year old son waiting for his dad to get jacked to start jiujitsu and one 15 year old daughter to protect.

Lifting saved my life. I just want to feel great again. Masculine with aesthetics to follow. I don't aspire to be huge.

PRE CYCLE BLOOD WORK

For the experienced regulars that do bloodwork can someone please chime in which would be the most essential.

First time i did bloods it was all in one package and there was 1 option. Wont use it again as it was public

Now there's a fuckload lol.

I will attach the option of diffent bloodwork for bodybuilders screenshots.

since you haven’t done bloods in a while, it might be worth getting BB4 or BB5 if you can afford.
Yeah fuck it ill go full send. This is why when you said get bloods done sooner imed was my instant go 2.

I used roidsafe for meds the first time but its public and dogshit result layouts.

Same macros, 200 ish protein, 73 fat 300ish carbs
10k-15k steps
40mg dbol a day

Definitely will 💯 just waiting to get bloods. Went to get them yesterday but it said for glucose and a few other tests etc i had to be fasted atleast 12 hours so fasting tonight 10pm -10am bloods at 11am.

Running this split for the whole time. O was bulking before though so into cut kept same program.

Before this i was doing more of a mens physique style workout.

They generally are emailed to you within 24 hours, from my experience. I usually go at 7:30 in the morning and have them back by 2pm.
