Veteran Log Dozers journey to the stage and cycle

I know the great vison said euro makes some of the smoothest Dhb. I would like to try Dhb and npp run again for the future bulk 🤷🏻‍♂️ any thoughts?
I've used their DHB last year on a cut. It's painless. Only issue was that some of it crashed and wouldn't come back I think that's why they lowered the concentration a bit.
This was my cycle. Would love to run this with higher DHB and no tren. Went from 218lbs down to 194lbs in 12 weeks.

Week 1-12
250mg/wk. TestE
400mg/wk. DHB
400mg/wk. TrenE
2iu HGH 5 on/2off AM pre fasted cardio
50mg/day osterine
20mg/day carderine
t3 80mcg/day
Yohimbine HCL 5mg
Week 8-12
50mg/day anavar
50mg/day winstrol
 
i will put it this way. 25G needle is too thin for it. i had to use 23G

after injection i was on the ground in agony screaming. its like injecting motor oil its so thick. and its only 100mg/ml so you gotta torture yourself to get in enough CC's. it was 12 weeks of hell and it was expensive as fuck on top of it. $1200 for a cycle of it

the newer guys to steroids have no clue what we went through back in the day with steroids. no clue at all. today we have 10 great brands providing great primo at 200mg/ml that is much more smooth. and its extremely affordable

Then for the last 4-6 weeks I’m gunna try winstrol out 25-50mg ed

I think you should shoot for 12 weeks with a 2-4 week pyramid adjustment

I might start low at 200 see how I take it the 300 then 400 I got big on 400

I would keep test low around 250-300 and run the DHB a bit higher. I think 600 would be solid. DHB is basically EQ
Are you on BP meds? This combo should not raise BP much if at all. Would be a very dry cycle.

No sir I’m not. I never saw anything scary when I took Dhb last time I just got big, lean and strong very veiny. If it doesn’t fuck me up pip wise I’ll definitely be pushing for 500-600 I saw great results at 400

You can run it, why not? @Dozer55 you can start into a Dec Jan cut, it would be a sweet lean out, maybe stage time in April :D
 
Maybe I might be switch schedules so more shows might be available. I was planning on running npp with my current cycle unless I swap the primo out and run a long ass cycle. But that would interfere with my “time off” so that’s why I thought about summer time I can maintain my size better and lean out.

But the thought of running that this winter would be fun

Well I did legs 3 days ago and I’m have the same leg issue I had last year. Its with my left knee/leg this time just not as bad but not great.

I thought maybe the oil traveled down in a weird spot but I swear it’s acting like a slight tear. Gunna blast some peptides whenever I get home

1. Incline bench 3x8-10. Did 275 for 8 then 9 on the last set
2. Flat machine press 3 x10-12 1x drop set
3.incline bench machine 2x failure last set I dropped the weight in a fucked up drop set till failure again. Found this machine and man what a contraction

4. Close grip bench 2x10-12 did this as a pin press
5. Db military 3x10-12
6. Tricep complex 3x failure
7. Side raise 5x15 only 40sec rest periods here
8. Flys 3x15 I was shot

13 mins on the stair climber and I’m tired.

I'm pretty sure he isn't gonna step onstage until he knows he will destroy the competition. Nothing wrong with that. I am the same way.

I hope so I’m embracing the bloat I was hoping to utilize anadrol but man after a few days my BP was through the roof so that’s a no go for that.

I think a lot of guys worry about haveing a super lean body year round which is great if you want to stay healthy and look good.

But you gotta pack the weight on to grow then cut then grow more.

Exactly I need to figure out how to properly get my body fat down and get super conditioned. Thennnn I will if I made the top 3-5 in the first show I’d be pretty happy if I won I’d be shocked lol

I’m trying just trying to figure out when you pull carbs and get down stage ready conditioning. I want that 90’s look where they’re just peeled.

Great pump however I noticed that this Ultima primo is really fucking me up at the injection side at first 1.5ml was fine but now it’s acting like Dhb where it’s kinda hard and inflames the site. I think that’s what fucked my leg up. The oil traveled downward and now my front right set going into my bicep is agitated.

Really annoying so maybe I’ll have to break it down into 3 shots. Whenever they swapped oils from clear to a yellow tint it’s not the same it works great but man I’d almost want to go through Dhb welts rather then this shit.


Still getting 5 meals down barely idk why I can’t do 6 it’s a struggle. But I must be getting bigger cause Iv been getting questions on training and nutrition again.

That leg day was brutal tho my calves and hamstrings are fucked up it’s hard to walk. But that’s the goal have a brutal leg day to where it takes a week to recover from

@Dozer55 cutting is easy, cut carbs, do more cardio and volume up the training (less weight more reps) and come to us we'll prep you for the show bro ;)

Never had an issue till the primo at 1,5 a shot idk what the deal is test is totally fine but it does not like the ultima
I always like to inject the lats an hour before going to the gym to train back. This way the blood gets moving in the area injected.
thats always a bad time for me. It moves the oil and makes it worse lol
 
Your DOMs from the muscle breakdown should mask the PIP.
Yeah I thought that too but it really doesn’t. Shoulders and ass yeah but lats it doesn’t help. Legs were never an issue but whatever oil Ultima is using the the primo does not agree I have one clear left from them which I know was good then I have 4 clear from para pharma so should be good as well

I’m alive. And a little fucked up from work. Been back a few days just letting my body recover and trying to get back to eatting real meals again.

Body weight fasted is 230 so not bad for after work. Might hit the gym tomorrow got some elbow sleeves I’m itching to test out on my push days

Went to the gym the past couple days and this is what I did.

Chest/shoulders tris

1.barbell incline 4x8-10did 295 for 10 last 2 sets

2.flat machine press 4x10-12 1xfailure
3. Incline machine 2xfail
4. Close grip 2x8-10
5. Db military 3x10-12
6. Side raise 5x15
7. Push downs 4 x10-12
8. Flys 5x15


Today I did back/bis
1. Pull-downs 4x10-12
2. Deadlifts I’m still kinda sore from work and tried conventional style. 405x5 solid but 500 was garbage so either sumo for now on or rdl’s

3. Machine rows 4x8-10 with a drop set on the last set
4. Pull overs 3x10-12
5. Cable pull downs (more of a curl)
4x8-10
6. Preacher curls 4x20
7. Hammer curls 2x failure and I was done

Weight is staying around 230 fasted and 235 at the end of the days so that’s good.

It’s week 9 of the cycle

Test e 500mg
NPP 375mg
Primo600mg

I’ll bump the npp up in another week everything is goin solid gunna check the no tomrrow morning I feel like it’s a little high but I’m also getting over a cold and was taking NyQuil 🤷🏻‍♂️ so won’t be shocked but I think after this cycle I’m gunna give my body a good break

i think its the higher doses you using without organ liver support bro @Dozer55 thats the big issue
and with 600mgs of primo and aromasin id love to see your estrogen levels might be very low

I think so. I’m thinking about Dhb this summer and tren in the winter for a bulk so I don’t cramp so damn bad I get fuckin huge from Tren when I do bulk.

I really just want to use two compounds per cycle cause 3 for me is too much especially when I want to up the dosage and it’s like where the fuck am I going to pin all this you know?

Oh no always straight to trt dose I don’t pct anymore I just want to reset, get my goals back in line and hammer down once everything mainly my no is in the super healthily range I’ll start a cut. Maybe some Dhb and test simple only 2 compounds and a little Anavar at the end to finish or maybe I’ll try Winnie this time 🤷🏻‍♂️

I’m using my renal reset for my kidneys and QRF for my liver. I do gotta get alllll of my other vitamins tho I’ll prolly go through 10x health everyone here should look up Gary brecas shit and take it

Seems like anymore I don’t need caber cause I ramp up my dosages so o do t get the side like I use too but I take it just incase cause if I slack I’m fighting it. Also caber is just great for sex😂

Still hovering around 228 fasted today with more ab outlines so 4-5 more weeks I’m gunna run it till I’m out of primo and npp then take a nice long cruise 12+ weeks then if I’m all good I’ll start a cut with test, Dhb, maybe some Winnie. I’d look huge and ripped I’ll leave carbs in longer I peaked too eary and fucked it all up
