supplements daily that should help a lot
3. getting back on the water and cutting the
juices
while work out bro was gone a few days trainer out me on regular bro split but brobro retired today so it's back to the evil circuit. I'm posting these vids cuz it funny to hear us making so much noise lifting these tiny weights. you see me but hear him moaning in the background while trainer adds the unnecessary commentary.
The weights aren't big but it's a circuit
of 6 items 15 reps each with no breaks
x 3 circuits At one point i couldn't catch my breath at all and had to go outside. nearly deceased. the weight isn't a problem. i can't breathe. especially starting with 15 deadlifts
todays circuit was
15 kettle dead lift
15 bench fly
15 reverse fly
15 barbell curl
15 RDL
15 tri kick back
