I will take a aromasin 12.5 EOD from now on and kickstart with anavar, I also have dbol if thats better to start off with some size and strength.

I will go get some digestive enzymes tomorrow and multi vit/husk.
I will also start writing down my exact workouts and sharing them.

Il send pics of gear but unfortunately I had some 200 mg/ml primo (150$) and dropped the vial and it completely shattered after my first pin… (rip) not a issue because I have some 10 amps of Bayer Primobolan 100mg each until my order of teo vials 200mg/ml nordic primo comes in (should be here next week and I have 3 weeks of the spare bayer)!

How you gonna tell if you need it?
 
Im going to take it EOD and check bloods on week 4 to see what range E is in, if I feel low/high E until then I will change dosage.

no need, since when you train chest you also hit shoulders anyway.

We've seen countless guys have shoulder problems because they do that.

My favorite is the meals, you're posting the chicken breast and the eggs look really good with the rice.
 
Mushrooms are a really underrated type of food.

they are actually really good for your gut and immune system.
 
It sucks when you drop them like that but it happens to all of us

no need, since when you train chest you also hit shoulders anyway.

Today was my off day. back to the grind tomorrow!

Also I will go do bloods in about 3 weeks to see if my e is high enough to be able to add more primo without crashing my E (currently at 250 a week) my idea for this is to only use my aromasin every 3 days from week 2-4 so I can find my range on a lower dose of AI before the bloods then make the adjustments via primo. Tired so hopefully that made sense, APPRECIATE ALL OF YALL FOR THE INSIGHT AND POSITIVITY! EVO FAM RESPECT! Love everyones hustle 💪

Honestly I just feel motivated as F and excited to workout everyday. Pinning makes me feel like I gotta make the best out of every day as far as working out and its made me focus on my health (healthy meals, better sleep schedule).
In a week or two the gear should be at a higher concentration and thats what im really preparing for. Better workouts, consistent meals and good discipline should give me some great results.

My supper looks smt like steak or salmon with potatoes and side of veggies.

Whey protein shake anytime throughout the day.

Mass gainer shake and on hand incase I feel like I need more calories at the end of the day.

I will post pictures of my meals as I change them according to my daily nutritional needs and interchange sides.

Just a quick workout as I have had a little family emergency last couple days and have had to drive couple hours yesterday and tnt to different province to help out my sister.
Still eating maintenance but had to eat a couple dirty meals due to travelling.
Using it as a kind of cheat day meal excuse as I don’t usually eat out anymore (chinese, pizza) will be back on the grind and focused tomorrow as it should be resolved.

Not sure if I can disclose source on this thread but I researched and am in contact with the guy its tested janoshik and good reviews. My idea was to let the test saturate then switch to NF as in my opinion NF is better gear. No issues with it so far il know by week 3-4 👍

You keep improving little by little

Make sure you tighten up the diet as much as you can.
 
Don't forget more green vegetables. Potatoes are great but you need those green veggies as well.

Yessir and so far doing them 10 lbs assisted after my workouts, I always forget to log them as I do them as a finisher at the end of my back workouts
 
Good job on the bench.
Interesting that you started high and then the drop sets.
 
Try not to max out on your lifts so much.

That's how injuries can happen.
