Re: N2guard, it's something I definitely want but I couldn't find it in Oz so it has to come direct and once converted to Aus dollars and shipping its definitely up there in price 😂 but there shouldn't be a price on organ protection, I know!
It would be great if the company could look into getting a Reseller in Oz so we could get it domestically - I think it would be worth it.

@sambee38 that dish was Japanese Hokkaido scallops with a ginger/scallion oil

@Austin316 yes always cooked to perfection because with large full pieces of eye fillet I sous vide them in a water bath to 52 Celsius then reverse sear on a char grill 👍

I did find an Organ/liver support brand that has same dosages as N2 for Tudca,Nac,Milk thistle and probably about 15 other ingredients. I'll just need to add some fish oil and an extra multi vitamin which I'm ok with.

Quick question, do you use a chiropractor?
Lately I've had this feeling in between my shoulder blades (mid back) and the tightness goes into my sternum sometimes.
It's that feeling like something needs to "crack".
I do fair bit of stretching now at the gym and also at home whenever I'm just sitting around.

I have used Chiro every now and then in the past but I'm just wondering if you see them regularly with the constant workouts we do? And if it's beneficial.

Worked my chicken legs out and some back.

Question : I see alot of people doing leg presses but with one leg only. Is this a better way to do leg press then using both? Is it so one leg doesn't get favoured? Also see the same with leg curls.
Just wondering if I should start doing it or do both singles and doubles?

Regardless I love Oz.. I get to live in Gods country on the coast, beautiful beaches, great little town but anything to do with the government is just terrible 😂

Yeah I think I'll book in.. I know this feeling and once it cracks its like a complete relief haha.
I use to have an inversion table for my back and it was great every morning because it would actually crack my back as I stretched inverted
 
Don't waste your time doing one leg at a time on presses or curls. All the mass monsters back in the 90's didn't do them and they were far better than the current Olympia lineups. Don't try to reinvent the wheel. It's already perfect.
Sensational. That's what I like to hear and now I think of it, you're right! All the old videos I've seen have no one doing single leg presses.
I'll stick with what I'm doing now 👍 thanks for your input bro

Hey @Eddie Haskell - sorry to be a pest mate but I'm really hoping one of the Veterans can help me out to give some feedback on my blood results above.

Test E @ 400mg
EQ @ 300mg
Anavar 20mg a day Mon - friday

The anavar is getting stopped after this week since it's about 6-7 weeks on it.

Would be greatly appreciated if anyone with experience can help
 
Your numbers are barely off on the ones that are. You obviously are eating clean and not using drugs or alcohol. You also most likely have decent genetics.
I've basically completely cut my alcohol since I've started back at the gym 8 months ago.
I use to be a pretty heavy drinker but I don't touch it now unless I have a little glass of whiskey with a certain mate I catch up with every few weeks.
No drugs besides micro dose of THC/CBD oil before bed.

Everything I read here from you guys commenting on others logs about added strains with alcohol etc when taking orals kind of changed my tune. I want to run PEDs but I don't want to sabotage my organs but adding extra stress either. Thanks again bro

I'm glad you're taking the precautions as we are riding a fine line here. I pretty much feel the same way. Take as little as possible for maximum retention of gains when the cycle ends. Imo most people go too high of dose and then lose all their gains when they come off. The key is keeping all the gains in the health phase.

cholesterol levels dont worry about it, you're an athlete not a fat guy so you good on that angle too

Am I right in thinking the EQ should have held E2 levels down a bit? As I haven't used any AI this cycle.
 
Numbers look spot on mate your body is handling things well. Try to get your HDL up by using citrus bergamot. Though it's not a huge deal considering your LDL is in range.
Thanks for your input bro.. I'll have a look at citrus bergamot.. is it a powder or pill or something similar?

Blood work looks pretty good to me. Nothing wildly out of rage. Like all of us keep diet as clean as possible

Sorry to bug everyone again. Imedical just sent me another result from my blood test.
Does anyone know what the "CRP" contributes to? Seems extremely high over the recommended but in their report says it can be from Infection or Inflammation?
Just didn't know if that's a normal high reading for a cycle?

Just from having a quick read up on CRP I'm wondering if it's always high due to the constant intensity of workouts each day?
This is my results and I train extremely hard.

Wow... so I wonder what it could be? Or if it may be a false read? Seems extremely elevated.. not just slightly
 
Might have to book into see the doc.
The only thing I can think of is after Xmas I started to have a bit of bowel,heartburn and gassy for a few days which made me not eat much or made me full like crap if I did.
The other option is to have another test in 2 weeks to see of its still elevated?

Could have been a false reading. Have you had any previous blood work to compare with

The only thing I can think of is that after Xmas I had what I thought was IBS or similar. Didn't have an appetite, gassy, some heartburn, indigestion.
Had a really small amount of blood in my crap one day but it's gone as I kept an eye on it.
Don't really think too much of it as sometimes I get a hemorrhoid that can cause it.

After looking more into certain markers of CRP it did mention IBD and Ulcers but now I'm just wigging myself out with Dr.Google and I should stop hahah I always tell my missus to stay off Dr.google... no matter what you google it says you have cancer 😂

Quite easy. Your numbers to the left vs numbers to the right (on nearly all tests) are average ranges (usually age specific)

I think it was more the test levels as I don't really know where I would expect them to be for the amount I was taking.

I've gotten hemorrhoids before, if you get really itchy down there and it hurts to go to the bathroom then likely you got it.
 
If it does clear up within a week, then I would definitely go see a doctor.
You don't want to mess around with blood coming out of you.
 
If you didn't have any indigestion or heartburn, then it's probably not something you ate.
Keep an eye on it then time for Dr. For sure.
 
Let us know how you feel, man. We're a bit worried, whenever a health issue comes up.

I feel great to be honest - it was just a couple of days after Christmas that I was quite Gassy, indigestion but it's definitely gone now.
The blood was very minimal and was only for a day as I monitored closely each day there after. If it stayed I would have been straight to the doc.

I'm going to monitor and probably go for another blood test in a couple of weeks to re check the levels if they have gone down.

After speaking with a mate that is on PEDs and extremely health conscious (his best mate is also his doc) he had blood work done after he gave himself a bit of a gnarly shot in the quad.. ended up with PIP and quite a sore thigh - his CRP was over 100 and ended up being due to the inflammation from the shot in the quad as he had no infection present from further tests. I did have a bit of a PIP,cork in my Glute when I went for this blood test so it quite possibly could have been from the inflammation there.
To be honest I'm getting over shooting in my glute as I've given myself a couple of Painful shots in the past there.. I'm sure it's been user error as everywhere else has been pain free.

Either way I'm going to monitor everything but I really do feel great so I haven't been too worried. I think the safe option is to follow up with another blood test in 2 weeks to make sure the CRP has dropped 👍

Re: hemorrhoid it hasn't given me drama in a long time and hasn't flared back up with training. Could have even been a small tear or something that led to the small amount of blood?

Finished up another solid week even though it's holiday season.
Barely touched a drink over NY time which is a big change up for me but I feel much better for it.
This is last week for Anavar so it will be dropped next week (it's been 6 weeks on it daily).

Couple of my favourite meals which is an Asian chicken with Cucumber salad.
One of my other main dishes I eat is the Thai style Beef mince, Premium lean mince with lots of fresh ginger,garlic,chilli,Thai basil and Coriander.

Hope everyone has had a good start to 2025.
Quick random post on a few things.
Started the day walking out with a cracking sunrise over the ocean from my front porch as I was heading to the gym this morning.

Gym was pretty busy but managed to get a decent back workout in. Been playing around alot more with doing exercises that I can isolate my chest so no swinging movements - definitely felt a connection more with my back having my chest on a bench etc.
My back is a long long way off you blokes but I never really had a big back so I'm happy with the slow steady progress.

Looking forward to a big leg day tomorrow.. seeing @Pigsy post his leg pump has gave me motivation for my chicken legs 😂 maybe in 5+ years time I'll be there haha.

Question : what's your favourite calf workout? We only really have the seated calf raise machine but I find sometimes I don't get a full range of motion when sitting. Is there a better workout to try build big thick calves?

I had my delivery of organ cycle support arrive today to stockpile for my next cycle.. I have enough of separate supplements to get me through the end of this cycle.
I know it's not N2guard and I would love to have N2 but this seemed to have a good amount of the same stuff but I'll just need to add a few more things to bring it up to scratch.. plus it was much cheaper for this Aussie guy!

Added a couple food photos. One is some fresh Lamb loin chops from my mate that just butchered one last week. A bit fatty but that home-grown red meat tasted beautiful.
Other photo is some scotch fillet being chopped up to go into a Beef & Broccolini noodles dish.

Also got my delivery of Beligas tesofensine to try out. Just started on 0.5mg

It's been cracking weather here so plenty of beach swims and jogs on the beach.

Had a solid arm session this morning.
Tricep cable bar pull down:
3 x 10 (37kg)
Bayesian cable curls:
3 x 10 (13kg)
1 x failure (13kg)
Reverse curls:
3 x 10 (20kg)
Hammer dumbell curls:
3 x 8 (20kg)
Tricep cable rope pullover:
2 x 10 (23kg)
1 x failure
Single arm tricep pull down:
3 x 10 (13kg)
Forearm curls:
3 x to failure with 20kg

Started to get a tiny bit of pain in my right elbow area... more on the top then right in the joint.
Had this really weird kind of click/pinch has i curled but the pinch would happen up halfway down my forearm 😂 weird spot.

I've been feeling great! I'm glad I've gone with a conservative cycle this time around - this log will wrap up in a couple of weeks whilst I go on a cruise for a bit then hit it again.
Unfortunately I don't think I'll hit my goal of getting down to 110kg whilst building lean muscle but I'm pretty chuffed to where I've got and the amount of lean muscle I have put on.
I'm really impressed by the EQ and will definitely run it again at some stage.
Start weight to the log was 125.4kg and I'm currently sitting at 117kg.
All up since I started back at the gym I am 28kg down in weight.

Hey @LevButlerov and/or @Eddie Haskell is there anyway to download the podcasts of the Evo podcast page?
I only ask because where I live in Oz there are alot of "black spots" where reception drops out.
Normally I download all my podcasts off Spotify and not stream them just so I can listen uninterrupted if I lose reception.

Really keen to start going through the podcasts and learning more whilst I do my drives up and down the highway.

Unfortunately I don't think I'll hit my goal of getting down to 110kg whilst building lean muscle but I'm pretty chuffed to where I've got and the amount of lean muscle I have put on.
I'm really impressed by the EQ and will definitely run it again at some stage.

Had a solid arm session this morning.
Tricep cable bar pull down:
3 x 10 (37kg)
Bayesian cable curls:
3 x 10 (13kg)
1 x failure (13kg)
Reverse curls:
3 x 10 (20kg)
Hammer dumbell curls:
3 x 8 (20kg)
Tricep cable rope pullover:
2 x 10 (23kg)
1 x failure
Single arm tricep pull down:
3 x 10 (13kg)
Forearm curls:
3 x to failure with 20kg

Started to get a tiny bit of pain in my right elbow area... more on the top then right in the joint.
Had this really weird kind of click/pinch has i curled but the pinch would happen up halfway down my forearm 😂 weird spot.

I've been feeling great! I'm glad I've gone with a conservative cycle this time around - this log will wrap up in a couple of weeks whilst I go on a cruise for a bit then hit it again.
Unfortunately I don't think I'll hit my goal of getting down to 110kg whilst building lean muscle but I'm pretty chuffed to where I've got and the amount of lean muscle I have put on.
I'm really impressed by the EQ and will definitely run it again at some stage.
Start weight to the log was 125.4kg and I'm currently sitting at 117kg.
All up since I started back at the gym I am 28kg down in weight.

Hey @LevButlerov and/or @Eddie Haskell is there anyway to download the podcasts of the Evo podcast page?
I only ask because where I live in Oz there are alot of "black spots" where reception drops out.
Normally I download all my podcasts off Spotify and not stream them just so I can listen uninterrupted if I lose reception.

Really keen to start going through the podcasts and learning more whilst I do my drives up and down the highway.

you can also try on youtube, i think youtube premium has a way to download videos but i am not 100% sure

Yes I'm down in Sydney at the moment and its about 3hr drive each way so I get to smash out some good podcasts. Need to learn more about our compounds we use though

Off Amazon bro. It was delivered international i think but was like $100aud a container which was considerably cheaper than N2 for us aussies

I've come to realise that this time around brother.
And honestly, the log is the best thing I've done. It's kept me accountable and helped me push myself.

Yeah ok.. heard Joe rogan give them a bit of a wrap on one podcast and I've had cupping done before which worked.
Worth the punt as they are cheap 😂 but you can out them anywhere plus i like the idea that when they cup they have the infrared light too.
I might order some and report back on this log 👍👍

I had hemorrhoids for sure. When I went heavy on my squats a few times.

Try not to strain too much when you're doing your lifting.
 
If you start getting hemorrhoid issues, it's best to lay off the heavy training for a bit.

Yes. Logging for sure, really goes a long way.

Even if you don't keep a log on here, it's important to keep a log at home.
 
In finance, for example, they track numbers to a t to make sure where there are errors and make sure where they can improve.

This is no different.
 
yeah it sucks you can't get n2bm products.

best thing you can do is try and buy your own supps that are close to it. but thats hard to do.

@Arabian & @Zyglamail completely agree. I do find it easier to log her then personally & I think the support,help and general drive all you guys comment is a great help, especially for us Amatuer fellas or guys with not many cycles under our belt. It's priceless

@Shrine - yep us Aussies are missing out on the great N2BM products. But I have done what you suggested. Found one with about 18 solid ingredients and I'll add from there. Will also try out @ExodusLabs my sponsors organ support once he brings it out.

the lamps are cheap and they work like really well bro ;) and i didnt hear it on joe rogan been using it for like 10 years but Joe is legit love that guy
