Approved Log Recovery, Growth And Accountability Log - Sust/EQ Blend and NPP Cycle

BlackWolf

V.I.P.
EVO Logger
First log. This one will be a little different from a lot of the logs in here as I’m not massive and lean. This one is my accountability log….

Backround
35 years old with an athletic background. Played rep rugby in my younger years until I found the bottle. Addiction got the better of me for a very long time and I let myself go. I got sober for 8 months, was training 6 days a week, then fell off the wagon after a break up. I’ve had 4 months hitting the booze but now I’m back and feeling more motivated than ever.

I’ve been running TRT for roughly 7 months now due to low natural levels. Tried to run a cycle in the past but life got in the way so had to cut it super short. This will be my first full cycle.

Running @Core Pharma oils for TRT. I’ve been using Core for months now and feel amazing. Dude is a legend to deal with and super supportive. Turn around time is next level also which is handy because I can be forgetful! I’ve been taking Test E at 180mg/pw and EQ for E2 control at 75mg/pw.

Got a coach on par

Cycle

Running the below cycle. Never done NPP before so sprinkling some in to start with to see how the body reacts.
I know a lot of people run EQ higher but at 2:1 test/EQ it had my E2 at 46 (my body hates me).

Per week
Sust - 500mg
EQ - 200mg
NPP - 100mg

Sust250/EQ100 blend - @Core Pharma
NPP - @Core Pharma

Will post bloods at 4 weeks to see how the body is coping.

Diet
I travel weekly for work so meal prep is a hard one. I’m pretty consistent with eating clean when I’m dialed in but obviously being on the road there are some exceptions. I’m not trying to get on stage, just doing the best with what I have.
When home it’s 4 egg omelette with ham and light cheese, chicken and rice, steak potatoes and veg. 2 x whey shakes and 2 pieces of fruit.

Training
5 day split with cardio and abs on rest days.

Chest/tri
Back/bi
Quads/calves
Shoulders/arms
Hamstrings/calves

Other supplements

Red krill oil
Creatine
Cialis
NAC
Tudca

That’s about all I can think of for the moment. Thanks for taking the time to read and feel free to follow along with my recovery and bounce back journey. All feedback is welcome but a reminder I’m not trying to get on stage.

Here’s some pics from the last 12 months. Rollercoaster…

Thought I put a coaching section in here but looks like I’ve accidentally deleted a paragraph. Great start this log!

I’m onboard with @Gains Man for all diet and training. He has been an absolute Gem for the past 3 weeks and a God send for giving me some structure and direction. Not to mention he plays a huge part in my accountability. Super clear with instructions and supporting my goals. Replies super quick as well! The gym didn’t have a machine I needed. I messaged him and he sent an alternative while I was still at the gym.

Just want to start by saying a big thanks to everyone for their kind words and suggestions. Certainly has been a roller coaster the past few years so to hear some positive feedback helps with the motivation.

Little all over the place this week. Work has been crazy, 2 young boys haven’t been sleeping and then had family events all long weekend for Australia Day. Few slip ups on the eating but nothing major and I managed to get through the biggest drinking weekend in Australia without having a sip of alcohol.

As suggested I’ve added in some fasted cardio in the mornings. Getting back into running but it’s still a steady jog due to the hamstring being tight after the grade 3 tear late last year.

With all the travelling I do for work I try and eat clean at restaurants. It’s usually a cafe omelette for brekky, chicken salad for lunch and steak/potato/veg for dinner. Clean enough for what I want to achieve … though I will throw in a little extra bacon of a morning because I’m weak minded like that haha. I’ve added a couple of pics as suggested by someone above.

Scales are down about 4 kgs in the last 4 weeks. Coming in at 82kg (180lbs for the Americans).

Still running the same cycle dosages as above from @Core Pharma and feeling amazing! Was expecting some PIP from the blend but haven’t had any pain at all which is great. No high/low E2 sides at all which is good news so will be interesting to see bloods. All in all @Core Pharma product has been amazing and his service is second to none to match.

Although losing weight my lifts in the gym haven’t declined. No major increases either but happy with where I am. Training while exhausted from life this past week as well so not at all upset with the training.

Huge shoutout to my coach @Gains Man for keeping me on track. Absolute legend and wouldn’t be able to do it without him. So good to have someone so knowledgeable for guidance and structure.

Still getting the hang of this logging stuff so sorry if I’ve missed something!

Massive thanks to everyone again for the support and kind words. Bit nervy throwing yourself out there with your addiction problems and poor health but everyone here has been great so thank you. You’re all appreciated.

Have an amazing week everyone.

Log Update 15/2/25

Sorry for the delay on this one but boy has it been a crazy time. Buckle up!

So for the last 2 weeks I’ve been absent as I’ve been attending the Kings University of Law. The Police seem to believe I’m involved with something I’m not so I’ve been sharing a building with 75 other inmates. Food and accommodation is terrible, staff and other guests aren’t very friendly and the facilities are minimal. Lost my job because of this, have to live back at my parents which is 4 hours from my children and report to the police everyday. Life’s been fun.

Training

Unlike the movies, Australian prisons don’t have gyms. The only equipment we had was 25kg and 10kg sand bags, pull up bars and dip bars. Weight Training consisted of plenty of pushups, pull up’s, dips and an assortment of exercises with the sand bags. To be honest, although not optimal it was sufficient for keeping busy.
Lots and lots of cardio. Burpees, box jumps and doing more steps in the 6 hours we were allowed out of our cells each day than I’d do in a whole week!

Food

Breakfast
1 small bag of bran flakes, slice of wholemeal toast, small serve of strawberry jam and a tiny carton of lite milk.

Lunch
1 egg, spinach and chicken meat slice wrap.
Apple

Dinner
Not too bad to be fair. Lots of veggies and either chicken or fish strips. Reheated meal of course.

PEDS

To be honest I could probably have found some inside and would have if I didn’t get bail. Though 2 weeks no PCT or PEDS.
Detectives raided my house so they took my stash but luckily I had a sneaky vial each of @Core Pharma EQ and Test E. So currently on 160 test 70 EQ. Not allowed to have any apps with encrypted messaging as part of my bail so restock could be an issue haha.

Progress

I lost 6kgs in 2 weeks. If any of you boys are real serious about your cut just do a couple weeks in the clink and the body fat falls off. 2 days back in the gym and lifts have decreased pretty significantly but feels good to be back.

All in all though I’m in good spirits. Still sober which is great. If I didn’t have a drink after all of this I think I’m still on the right track. Taking it a day at a time and staying positive. Life’s too short to be miserable and feeling sorry for yourself. Have to keep moving forward!

Thanks for tuning in!

Also, attached bloods from the day before I went in. 500sust/200EQ/100NPP from the man himself @Core Pharma. Was using his 250sust/100EQ blend and his NPP as well. 200 from memory. Best I’ve ever felt and couldn’t recommend his gear enough.

Notes:
E2 was at 99
Cholesterol is high but is well down from where it was 6 months ago.

@BlackWolf you went to prison bro? damn not cool at all

you able to start eating hard again?

@BlackWolf you went to prison bro? damn not cool at all

you able to start eating hard again?
Yeah not cool. Finally able to start eating again. Struggling to eat large amounts but getting there brother!

So they think you're involved in something that you're not what exactly does that mean I'm kind of confused on that
don't they have to have some type of evidence before they throw you in prison?
I was hanging with a guy and a couple days later he done some real stupid shit. The police think I’m involved because they have footage of me with him near where he done it. Long story but that’s the basics. I’m not at all involved so pretty shit but that’s life.

Make sure you get a good lawyer, man.

If you're innocent, they should be able to get you off easy.

Very cool stuff, man. I like the different prison Exercises that you're putting together.

So they feed you that kind of food in prison?
For real, you eat better and most people in the world who are out of prison

I can imagine losing a lot of weight.

You're probably under a lot of stress.

Where you able to get some good sleep while in prison or was it a tough situation where you were scared to sleep?

The worst thing is that you lost your job.

Hopefully, when you get found innocent, they will hire you back.

It's good that you're putting together, some good prison workouts.

6 hours out of the cell doesn't sound too bad.

bro you should look at texas prisons.

they are the worst aside from Tennessee. in texas prisons if you don't shank the first night then expect to be on knees fast.
be honest how many dicks you suk while in the clink in those 2 weeks? you gotta do it if you want to avoid the shank from dudes like me who run that bish

Lets keep this log rolling bro!! Great to hear u luving @Core Pharma stuff!!
Legit the best brother! @Core Pharma had me feeling amazing before I went it, physically and mentally. I think I would have struggled way more if I wasn’t feeling so good and in a good head space.

Where you able to get some good sleep while in prison or was it a tough situation where you were scared to sleep?
First night in I woke up at 2am to my cellmate sharping a shank on the wall so was nervous. Though after that it was fine. Only share a cell with 1 other person so it’s not that bad to be honest.

Hahaha zero dicks brother. Didn’t even feel like there was any of that goin on. Guess the saying only steers and queers come from Texas is true huh? Only saw one dude get shanked. Fights everyday but it was a lot of fair fights to settle disagreements then it was squashed.

Thanks to everyone for the words of support! My case will drag on and I could end up back in there. I’ll keep the log rolling as it’s my accountability log but also to provide some mild entertainment to the shit reality drama Netflix series that is my life.

Have a great day.

@BlackWolf stay on that dedicated path bro!

Hate to hear this. Guilty by association is a real thing

Hey Guys!

Hope everyone is doing well.

Just thought I’d drop a little update!

Still sober! A little over 4 months with no drinking or drugs. With all the stress I was worried I was going to crack but I’ve kept my focus and stayed the path.

My case keeps getting adjourned so no news on that front. Still on bail 4.5 hours away from kids which is tough. Spend Sundays doing 9 hour round trip just to spend 5 hour with them and be home before my curfew. Worth every minute though.

Got a new job 4 weeks ago, which wasn’t easy with my current situation but good to have some money coming in again. Though I leave at 6am right when my curfew finishes so morning walks/runs are now dead.

So now we’ve covered the drama that is my life, let’s get into the lifestyle routine. Been a little all over the place and unstructured since starting my new job to be honest. Eating has been clean but not super strict. The thought of potentially going back to prison has me enjoying tasty food while I still can.

Height: 6’2
Weight: 87kg (191lbs for my American friends)

Breakfast
6 egg omelette with spinach and tomato

Snack
Protein shake and almonds

Lunch
Chicken, rice veg
Or
Lean beef mine, pasta and veg

Snack
Greek yoghurt and piece of fruit
Protein shake

Dinner
The usual chicken, steak or fish with veg and potatoes/sweet potato.

Sucker for a Friday pizza watching the football and some sneaky candy and chocolate (Easter will crush me) here and there.

Training
Could use some advice here. Don’t blast me on this haha. Im no expert, here for some guidance. Running a PPL currently for no particular reason. Have old injuries in both my knees from rugby so legs struggle to grow at the same rate as upper body. Will get some professional help on this when I can afford it.

Still running @Core Pharma test and EQ. Have a couple vials left but only running TRT since I haven’t been able to afford another blast yet. Adjusted the ratio as this stuff crushes my E2 but without it I aromatise like crazy. 200test 50 EQ.
Feeling better than ever. @Core Pharma stuff is cracking!

Still running the below
NAC
Tudca
Fish oil
Creatine
Ciallis

Think that about covers it. Just wanted to put up another post to get me back on track and keep accountable both in my training and sobriety. Also, just in case anyone else out there is going through some shit whether it be with addiction or life trouble, just know you’re not alone. There’s plenty of us just like you and if we keep working on us the rest will fall into place.

Some updated pics below.

Love and peace ✌️

Got a new job 4 weeks ago, which wasn’t easy with my current situation but good to have some money coming in again. Though I leave at 6am right when my curfew finishes so morning walks/runs are now dead.

So now we’ve covered the drama that is my life, let’s get into the lifestyle routine. Been a little all over the place and unstructured since starting my new job to be honest. Eating has been clean but not super strict. The thought of potentially going back to prison has me enjoying tasty food while I still can.

Think that about covers it. Just wanted to put up another post to get me back on track and keep accountable both in my training and sobriety. Also, just in case anyone else out there is going through some shit whether it be with addiction or life trouble, just know you’re not alone. There’s plenty of us just like you and if we keep working on us the rest will fall into place.

welcome back to the EVO family @BlackWolf!
Solid work on staying sober for over four months despite the heavy life drama, keeping strong through it all is no small feat. Sounds like you're grinding hard with the new job and managing to see your kids, which is crucial. On your training, the PPL routine looks solid, especially with your approach to push each set to its limits. Just make sure you're giving those knees a break and maybe incorporate more low-impact exercises for leg days to keep the stress off.

Nutrition-wise, you're keeping it pretty clean which is great. Maybe consider tightening up the diet a bit more if you feel the stress eating creeping in. Stick with your current PED routine, as it sounds like it’s working well for you. Keep pushing forward, man, the dedication to improving yourself and staying accountable is what will see you through.
Pics look great but you need to update us more.
