Also cooking in an air, fryer will make it very crispy if you keep the skin.

Nice training split. I like how you're mixing in the legs and abs. And then you're doing chest and shoulders on the same split.

@caligirl85 I try to mix things up a bit every 4 months but this split is my favorite. Training chest with shoulders always gives a massive pump and warm-up the shoulder joints nicely. It's a lot of volume for the shoulders as the delts are engaged while chest pressing so when I want to prioritize the shoulders i switch from chest and shoulders to chest and arms. Then, i train the shoulders with the back so there is no overlap.

That's an ambitious training split, but with your consistency, it works out really well.

It's obviously paying off. Look at your physique.

@zedhed thank you! I'm always up for ambition! I like to say that I don't know what i'm doing, but love to do what i'm doing. Somehow, results come along the way 🙃
 
Rice and beans are an excellent protein and carb option.

Just make sure you're taking some enzymes to help you digest.
 
Low quality sleep last night. Not optimal but was able to get wired with a little caffeine. I flushed a lot of salt and look less puffy than yesterday which is good. 169.1 lbs on the scale this morning.

This back workout was violent. Massive amount of blood being pumped.

I'm not the strongest, i'm not the biggest but oh lord, I freaking love it! :ROFLMAO: I had an amazing workout today.

6 years of natural lifting prior to now is a blessing. I get to understand how my body reacts and it sure does respond very well so far with very little dosing of cypionate and a bit of anavar.

It's been only one week and a half and little by little i can see and feel some changes.

While my hormones are figuring things out, water retention is on the rise. I look fuller even when I don't lift. Things I never really experienced while natty. Especially my arms. It's like I always have a small pump. Sodium intake was high yesterday so it sure have an impact.

I begin to see deeper and more defined seperations between my shoulders/delts and my upper chest. Shoulders are like a baseball. Round and full. A more puffy look for sure.

Gained about 1 pound over the last 7-8 days by eating maintenance. Which is incredible, the stuff works lol. I can tell everything is getting tight. I don't really feel like i gain any fat.

Again, with the anavar : i'm not so sure if it works yet... It the 6th day i take the full 50mg dose. I know it's a mild oral but, as far as i can remember, i felt it more the one and only time i took it a few years ago.

Tomorrow, back and arms on the menu.

Last week, I did blood work while being at the medical clinic.

I always tend to believe that I am a prone responder to substances and the blood work seems to be confirming this assumption. I'm only at 175 mg - 200 mg of test a week and don't use any other coumpound besides 40 mg of anavar on traning days.

Again, this "sports TRT" dose might seem low for y'all but i'm going slow to see how my body responds. I reiterate my goal of finding the sweet spot between having maximum results for the least side affects possible, while keeping good athletic abilities. I've gained almost 2 pounds of lean mass over the course of the last 14-16 days with this dose and with the elimination of any alcohol consumption.

Here are the levels after only 3 cypionate injections (i inject twice a week, so not even 2 weeks of inections). The reading from 2025 is the first non natty reading. Despite not using a ton of gear, I already see in 2 weeks, great changes to my muscles.

So, test went up significantly while SHBG went down. That is the obvious. My HDL is going a bit too low. Again, probably expected with the increase in testosterone and the application of anavar. For a normal male, that would be on the lower side of the range. LDL seems under control and the calculated total cholesterol is getting high.

So far, i don't think there is anything to worry about given the introduction of the PEDs. Your feedback is greatly appreciated. I'm will do another bloodwork in 8 weeks almost at the end of the cycle for a fully saturated point of reference.

You actually respond well to gear, I can tell you have good genetics, probably can step on stage even.

@LevButlerov I was fried after that hike. I wouldn't have been able to squat the barbell with no weight on it 😂

It was the best winter hike of the year so far. At some point we had to clear the trails and we had snow up to the hips 😲

@Vadim Fedorov @Wootoom i get to see amazing sceneries while hiking. Especially during the winter months. That's one of the reason why i try to stay at a "manageable' weight, it allows me to enjoy both passions, one for the weight lifting and one for the outdoor sports. Sometimes I wish I was 20 pounds heavier to put on more mass but then when I'm in the mountains, i get a reality check :ROFLMAO: I've found a happy medium.

Another week of training done. Workouts are AAA. Diet as well. Sleep could be better. I still have one or two nights a week where i wake up very early which breaks my sleep cycle a bit but overall, very satisfied on how it's going so far. In 2.5 weeks, up 3.5 solid pounds without (pretty much any) fat gain.

I get stronger but yet, the legs remain skinny. :ROFLMAO: At least they have got veins. In fact, i'm pale as hell, which does not help. i probably need to get a tan (difficult here right now when it's -20 degree celcius outside lol) and good lighting for pictures and they would look 10 pounds bigger :ROFLMAO:

Question for you guys. Since the goal of this first cycle was to acknowledge my responsiveness to the testosterone at higher dosage than my prescribed 50mg a week TRT and that i can tell that i respond very well to it while still using very mild dosage (200 mg of test cypionate + 40 mg anavar per week), could i possibly keep running test for a longer period than the 12 weeks initially planned, finish the 8 weeks of anavar, postpone the PCT at week 12 and instead do a blood work at week 12 and if all is good, continue on the test after week 12 and add a second compound such as masteron? Then after 10-12 weeks on these two coumponds, go ahead with the PCT + my usual 50mg of test TRT per week. Since i'm already lean, i feel like masteron is ideal but i'm unsure if running 24 consecutive weeks total (8 weeks of test+anavar, 4 weeks on test only and 12 weeks on test + masteron) is wise. Thanks !!! 🙏

Thanks for the feedback @RoidRage69 I'll read more about deca. So far, I'm still a gear newbie so im taking it slow. I got a few compounds I'm more familiar with than deca, so I'll shift my readings to get a better understanding 👍🏻

I dont see why you couldn't? you are in amazing ripped shape, lean and vascular. You can stay on testosterone another 12 weeks, add light masteron 100mgs/week and maybe swap to winstrol stanazolol try it out, you should no matter what get some organ liver support like n2guard to make sure your organs and liver in check.

I dont see why you couldn't? you are in amazing ripped shape, lean and vascular. You can stay on testosterone another 12 weeks, add light masteron 100mgs/week and maybe swap to winstrol stanazolol try it out, you should no matter what get some organ liver support like n2guard to make sure your organs and liver in check.

Thanks for the feedback, that was my plan @LevButlerov Again, you got my intentions right. I don't want to be 215 pounds. 10 pounds of lean mass while keeping my athletic build and a somewhat healthy enhanced life, and most importantly by trying to have the most efficient relationship of benefits/side effects. So far, my test dose, that is low for most, is enough. I eat more, can train harder and barely gain any fat even with the caloric surplus. I don't need to push the dose 2x, I would aromatize like crazy and my skin would be terrible. I certainly would have more benefits but from a side effects perspective, it would be a diminishing return.

My HDL is out of wack from the anavar already, that was obviously gonna happen. I will be taking it only for 7-8 weeks. That is plenty. I will do my blood work around week 12 to see if 4 weeks off anavar helped my lipids. And from there, run a 3 months cycle with a second compound such as masteron.

As for winstrol, I took clenbuterol when I was a road cyclist. That stuff was nasty. I had winstrol on my list for a cutting phase but these orals are really bad for the liver. So I'll see what I do, if I add an oral or not at the end of this second cycle.

@haldencapital yes if you have liver issues I would go low on the orals, but you can jump in some primo/masteron would work.
If you do end up with orals lets talk more and get your organ liver support like n2guard in the mix.

I honestly think you look AMAZING and we can help you build on that as a big EVO family, straight lean mass.

Back to normal diet today. There is no need to go above my usual surplus right now. I'll keep the pace steady :)

Chest and shoulders today. I like the new striations on the upper chest :)

I'm very busy right now so diet looks like :

- 3 eggs and 300 gr of eggs whites in the morning + some black beans.
- 80 gr of oats + 50gr of whey pre-workout
- 2 cans of tuna + green veggies + 200 gr jasmin rice
- 200 gr chicken breast + 200 gr jasmin rice
- I finish off the macros with greek yogourt and berries and honey.

Supplements :

- D3, TUDCA, multi, magnesium, fish oil, green powder.

Gear:

175mg of cypionate a week;
40mg of anavar per day.

The first two pictures here were taken with the least favorable light condition, from the front only. Also posing straight in front of the camera. This is what the physique REALLY looks like without any trick. I think this is important to be transparent :)

Chest and shoulders today. I like the new striations on the upper chest :)

I'm very busy right now so diet looks like :

- 3 eggs and 300 gr of eggs whites in the morning + some black beans.
- 80 gr of oats + 50gr of whey pre-workout
- 2 cans of tuna + green veggies + 200 gr jasmin rice
- 200 gr chicken breast + 200 gr jasmin rice
- I finish off the macros with greek yogourt and berries and honey.

Supplements :

- D3, TUDCA, multi, magnesium, fish oil, green powder.

Gear:

175mg of cypionate a week;
40mg of anavar per day.

Yep, I went grocery shopping this evening and bought 90% cocoa dark chocolate and cookies & cream whey protein to mix with the yogurt. I can stack over 50gr of protein before bed with this yogurt concoction 😋

Went pretty hard on the carbohydrates yesterday with over 500 grams, which is unusual for me. I was very full this morning and I'm getting very happy about the seperation between the shoulders, traps and the upper chest. I can really tell the difference between now and the start of my cycle.

Back to normal diet today. There is no need to go above my usual surplus right now. I'll keep the pace steady :)

170.2 pounds on the scale this morning. It's going up!

@ROIDDERS if that can inspire a few to go the enhanced route without having to blast grams of gears, that is a win to me. Solid years of training foundation does a lot and only mild dosage can do wonder once we jump on the other side of the fence!

@e2 I try to do my best. Not always easy with the weather here up North Canada but the treadmill is always on standby!

@2Thick Digestion was somewhat of an issue at the beginning but once I integrated beans in my daily diet, my system got used to it. I really like the versatility of it. I use them as a carb and fiber source more than anything else.

@Vadim Fedorov I don't take greens everyday. More often than not, i use the powder when I want to drink something else than water. It's fruit flavored so it tastes good.

@Wootoom Low teens is my guesstimate. I stack my fat in my thighs :) I don't really keep track of it. The mirror is my judge :D

@BodyMonster34 I used to eat red meat every other day a few years ago. But beef got soooo expensive. I really don't have the budget to buy ground beef at 20$ a kg. I replaced the beef by horse meat at some point but that as well got so damn expensive. This is something I would like to integrate back to the diet for sure.

I went hard in the paint today with the back workout and added some more volume on the rear delt. They are really popping out on the rear lat spreads. Had a great one after a good night of sleep. Compensated the effort with a great post workout oatmeal with whey, greek yogourt, cinnamon, peanut butter and berries. Yum !

Back acne is on the rise. What do you guys take to counter balance this acne side effect?

Legs are lean but yeah, that is pretty much it. I'm changing gym in the next few weeks, they have a lot more leg machines. I hope this will help the growth.

It's been almost 10 days since the last update. I've been working the night shift and sleep got all over the place. I took more rest days than usual while increasing my caloric input, as I felt like the quick progressive overload started to take a toll on recovery.

Weight is up to 172.0 in the morning. It's only been 4 weeks and a half at 150 - 175 mg per week + 40mg of var. Up almost 10 pounds without gaining too much fat if any.

Today was leg day so first picture is without any upper body pump. Flat front picture, no gimmick to look bigger. I can tell that my stomach is building thicker. No bubble gut, but i can tell that I would have one if I was heavy on the dose. I look fuller while wearing a shirt and my shoulders actually look like I somewhat lift even without a pump. lol

Back shots from two days ago, still getting decent activation. Had to cut the workout short, I pinched my lower back while doing barbell rows. Lower back is a weakness of me. I always tend to get injured and since I got noticeably stronger in a short period of time I need to get it up to speed with the rest.
