Calories went up a few hundred from Wednesday and weight has finally moved up. Trained with the Mrs last night and snapped a posing pic with her for once. We only get to see each other once a month so nice to get a session in with her.

Leg extension 3x15

This leg session was brutal with the 3 different squat pattern exercises all quad focused. Second set on each was also a myo rep set. This is where you have to equal your reps from the first set even if you have to pause for 10-15 seconds

amazing lad, what you starting it at? do you find it works really well as an anti e? like primo but stronger anti e and cheaper, i think the hematocrit stuff is well overdone as well tbh.. think its more bad habits diet and high bodyfat and people blame the drugs
600-750 to start test slightly higher. It’s definitely overdone as long as your hydrated and healthy you will be fine

My haematocrit does change even when adding 600mg of EQ a week. It's very overhyped. As @Tommo2398 said stay hydrated and healthy

750 test, 600eq, 200 primo is the plan but will be mast if I can’t get primo

sounds awesome man, that doesnt crash your estro? mast is a good allrounder without bringing the estro down

I have comments like bumping a bit of fats but you have a coach so I can only say I love it :D
 
What would the benefits of bumping fats be? When on enough to support bodily functions and on PEDs

I noticed that, not usual in USA market.
Just feel so much better for it. No highs or lows. Also lower e2 as no huge test spikes. Wish I did this earlier
