This leg session was brutal with the 3 different squat pattern exercises all quad focused. Second set on each was also a myo rep set. This is where you have to equal your reps from the first set even if you have to pause for 10-15 seconds

It’s definitely overdone as long as your hydrated and healthy you will be fineamazing lad, what you starting it at? do you find it works really well as an anti e? like primo but stronger anti e and cheaper, i think the hematocrit stuff is well overdone as well tbh.. think its more bad habits diet and high bodyfat and people blame the drugs

@Tommo2398 like you pushing chest 2 times bro you sure you recovering?Thought I would give an update on my new training program for the off season. This is training block 1 and will go for 8 weeks. Goal is to bring up hamstrings and arms mostly.
You can see below it’s structured so rest days are after legs and we always go hamstrings first. Arms are being hit 3 times a week low volume each session but enough stimulus.
Training block 1
Monday - Abs/Back/Arms
Tuesday - Chest/Shoulders
Wednesday - legs Hams then Quads, Bi’s
Thursday - rest
Friday - Back lat focused/Chest/Arms
Saturday - Abs/Hams/Glutes/Quads
Sunday - rest
