Brand new to steroids/supplements/peds. On recommendation of a friend started using test to combat exhaustion, tiredness, low mood, get off SSRIs, get my energy back and hit the gym again.
- For 2 months have been using sustanon 250 at 1ml twice a week intramuscular (so 2ml per week)
- gym 3-5 times a week, usually a 30-40 minute Workout focused on a muscle group + 1km of running.

Negative Side effects:
- minor gyno and nipple growth and sensitivity
- water retention in face neck legs and ankles.
- damaged rotator cuff trying to push limit to fast and poor form near end of workout

Positives:
- Muscle growth arms, shoulders, pecs
- more energy
- more dominate/aplha feeling
- more direct in conversation
- off the SSRIs

Sleep:
On average 11:00pm - 7:00pm broken sleep (kids, dog, carpel tunnel)

Regarding the aromsin is this a good alternative to the tamoxifen if the gyno is minimal?

Location is South Australia.
 
4 eggs some bacon for breakfast, black coffee.

Full day ahead of intrastate flights so will struggle to workout. May skip lunch and dinner. With a protein shake thrown in.

Regarding advice on the right test for me, based on this log so far, is sustanon250 the right option, or am I better off looking at something different?

You should pin sustanon going forward, don't change if working. You need to add tamoxifen and aromasin asap and organ liver support.

You should also start updating us with diet training we are trying to understand. @Hilton54

I would suggest steady 250mgs/week for now until we clean up the gyno situation and you dial in nutrition training, this is the log start to the rebuild. :D @Hilton54

i would dump the shakes to be honest.

they aren't working and you should stick to real food IMO

I think your base is pretty good. Don't give yourself a hard time for having the dad bod.
 
I think you should start with diet and cardio and then go from there. This is going to help you get the best results.

Gym today for some cardio, and then legs.

I’m going to eliminate Carbs for 1 week to drop a little water weight and bloating.

Keen to dial in the diet after that and get the fresh gear on the go.

7 minutes running (1.2km (.75miles)) slight incline

5 minutes cycle (2.25km (1.4miles))

Seated leg press 3 sets of 12 @85kg(187lb)

And

Leg curl machine 3 set of 8 @60kg (154lb)

Leg extension machine 3 sets of 8 @68kg (149lb)

Standing Calf machine 3 sets of 10 @65kg (144lb)

Walking cool down 0.25 km

Low row cables 3 sets of 12 @57kg (trying to strengthen back due to rotator cuff damage so always throw a little back into every workout)

1:40pm done.



Lunch: lean protein and collagen shake.
Plus pinned 250mg sustanon (1ml) to the arse.

@Hilton54 the friend didn't even tell you or inform you that you need to take anti estrogen medication with test ? He set you up for failure man, id be upset at that and getting gyno.

I’ve gone and had acupuncture today for the shoulder and working on slowing down form.
Have ordered aromasin and tamoxifen to address the water retention and gyno. Open to as much advice as possible on best way to use this and for how long etc.

Massive improvement on rotator cuff after a few days rest and acupuncture. Still about twinge and some tightness in movement. Any advice on getting back into chest and shoulders, bench press etc?
I would not do any bench or chest or shoulders for another week.
 
Today got it to 34 minutes before nearly dying haha! Struggled to do a full weight workout after, but definitely feel good! 👍

cut the aromasin into 4 pieces and take 1 ever other day
tamoxifen same thing 4 cut and eod

if you want to up it you need lower E2

This was first go out of a new batch and new supplier (Liquid Gold Labs.)
Sorry I should have said pin length. Can happen if you dont shoot deep enough or if you shoot to quick. But if you had already been doing it for months with no drama not sure whats happening now. Should try move to a 25g pin for long term too mate doesn't seem like much but will help little with scar tissue if you dont rotate injection sites enough.

Massive painful hard lump after pinning .5ml of sustanon250 into butt yesterday! I’ve had small hard lumps after a pin before but this is new! Sort of size of a golf ball! Any ideas.

You should warm up the sustanon first before injecting with a pin on top.

How do you warm it up, like just hold the syringe to transfer body heat?
Heat up pan with water in it, around 1/2 the level of the bottle so not much water.
Check the water is HOT but NOT boiling.
Put a pin (no syringe just needed) in the top, 3/4 needle sticking out 1/4 inside vial.
Put the vial into the water pin sticking up so just bottom of the vial is in the water warming up, as it warms swirl it and mix it let the extra BA come out. @Hilton54

Warming up usually helps, and do vent the vial when warming up. I don't sus so can't comment on it. And sure you push all the way in on the 1 inch. As I use @Liquid Gold Labs Test e, without issue.

Sustanon usually higher PIP not just due to esters but BA/BB concentration with the esters.

I agree many times no need for sustanon, but on TRT its really good for guys who want to pin every 2 weeks.

Heat up pan with water in it, around 1/2 the level of the bottle so not much water.
Check the water is HOT but NOT boiling.
Put a pin (no syringe just needed) in the top, 3/4 needle sticking out 1/4 inside vial.
Put the vial into the water pin sticking up so just bottom of the vial is in the water warming up, as it warms swirl it and mix it let the extra BA come out. @Hilton54

Yo so I did this the heat up as instructed. then did a little experiment .2ml as a test in one butt cheek and did .5ml of another batch old supply in the other cheek. The new batch .2ml immediate pain and mild PiP so I stopped…the old batch no problem…

Done a fair bit of research on this. It’s gotta be the BA or the EO concentration in this brew. It has a notable yellow tinge which makes me think it’s hi EO… so I may be reacting to that. But the fact that it hurts/ burns going in even slow injected make me think it may be high ba%
Thoughts crew?
Usually even EO solutions use BA with a base ands some BB, how long did you heat it up for? @Hilton54

Thanks Bro, is there any reason people choose something like sustanon over enanthate then? Like I’m all for switching to something else if it’s gunna give me the results, energy confidence etc
 
May or may not be the case here but when cleaning the pin area with alcohol wipe, you are letting it dry completely? Including the vial. I've rushed my pins for a few times and it does have a burn to it.

That's fine to have oil on the needle, I was more talking about when you wipe the top of the vial clean with an alcohol wipe.. make sure you let that dry before you draw up the oil... As well as the injection site, let that dry for a good minute after cleaning too... It might not be the reason for your burning.. but it's good practice to use.

@Hilton54 sustanon is mainly a TRT steroid, you can in theory inject it every 2 weeks bro due to the long half life of some of the esters
in practice for bodybuilding its no different than pinning enanthate, just has more PiP
if you're 65 and need TRT 1/2 ml of sustanon is perfect but for your goals, you're far from the situation

Been on quite the journey! Currently 95.8kg
Decent drop since the 106kg!

Diet now under control!
Cut the booze completely
Gym 6 days a week (2 cardio days)
8000-10000 steps per day

Stack:
2.5mg Reta (split into 1.25 twice weekly)
Pinning daily 2mg TestE
20mg anavar every now and then when energy dips

thinking is like to add another element and lose the anavar/orals… I’ve seen that EQ may be a good option!

Hey All,, travelling to NZ from Aus, planning to decant a small enough amount of test to get me through th trip into a small BPCvial…
Only catch is there’s a few drops of BAC water in the empty vial… this shouldn’t be a problem should it???
