just starting a log with minimal info and wont work, we need pics of you as a base, pics of gear, sharing of training ongoing and nutrition bro

here is what you need to do to keep this log approved for Gentex

Diet, Training, Cardio
Diet, please share foods and meals and when you eat them, macros would be good
Training, please share actual exercises reps sets and weights, as you go especially get stronger
cardio how much do you do? when etc
If you don't log what you eat or train now, open NOTES on phone and start recording it there and paste here. Very easy.

supplements
what digestive supps you use?
digestive enzymes?
multis?
probiotics?
psyllium husk?

pictures
please share pictures of you face blurred (every 1-2 weeks)
pics of your meals as you go
pics of your training as you go

Here's the first update for starting point pics
254lbs

Cals 3000
Multi vitamin and usual cycle supports for bp/ai etc.

Think I will end up around 235ish before switch to a gain.
Scale is only a metric not a goal we go buy look.


Wanted to give the other gear time to clear so I know it's all @GENTEXLaboratories

In terms of pip it's been realllly minimal if anything
Smooth as butter
Plan here is to keep test at 300-400pw
Mast will be 200 pw
Tren will be 200 pw
I will alter it and see how we respond.

Less is always more I have gotten good results and minimal sides from lower doses.

Aiming for more a recomp outcome and getting lean over the next 8-10 weeks.

bros that a simple stack. i kinda like it.

maybe increase masteron a bit though by 100mg, give some nice hardening effects
Second time with mast and I think I will go a bit more just give it a few weeks then increase and track.

What happened to your other log? I remember it for sure. Would love to see you. Fire it back up or start a new log. This looks like a really good cycle and very simple.
Went well, posted a follow up good run with high from Sassy.
Supported what I needed for the build we just finished.

Week 2-3 cals remained the same

Down to 242 lbs as of today

Training still heavy 3 sets last set getting 10 max min 8 reps
6 sessions
Steady progress everywhere in terms of strength even though the weight was dropping.

Week 4
Dropped the cals and have seen more progress strength is maintaining and started a new training block.

Keeping meals consistent and basic to account for work times

Chicken breast, lean beef, deer and turkey
Eggs

Timing carbs pre training and cramming 80% of cals during the afternoon and evening.

Notable points

No pip with gentex thus far
Feeling Great!!
Makes me question my last test e now..

Planning to increase cardio next week and aim for a steady 1.2-2lbs per week for the next 2 at least

Mods i got a pic of the error msgs i was getting not sure if it was VPN related or site related?

In short:

Cut to recomp here worked well.
I got my bloods coming back shortly after just finishing my last shot for this run so once i have them i will post

Final 4 weeks I ran:
400 test e
400 tren e
300 mast e

started to feel more pip once I went over 2ml but I guess that's expected.

cals went up to 4000
kept protein at 260 and bumped carbs up felt better although held more water obviously.

Strength INSANELY up, dense and hard and managed to recomp nicely.
Chest press once I did the last bump in doseage went up 465 x 6 for one to 465 for 3 sets 8,8 6 reps
I have no room for more plates on this thing!!

On holiday for a couple weeks then be back into a new run once my work injury settles
Ive got more detailed week by weeks that I can back date on holidays but man this gear has been fkn amazing!
The tren sides kicked in once I hit 300mg
