Monday marked the start of week 5 for my current cycle, one small adjustment made by my coach for this week, mast will be bumped up 50mg.

Test C 500mg split into 3 shots M/W/F
Mast E 250mg split into 3 shots M/W/F
anavar 50mg a day
winstrol 20mg a day
tamoxifen 10mg M/W/F
Aromasin 87.5mg a week 12.5mg a day
Total Mg a week = 1,065

Overall this is still the most calm and good ive felt with any cycle, i dont know if its the compounds or the 500mg of test, i just feel good i feel relaxed and mood is good, noticed strength increases without even trying.

Last week i did 25 straight reps at 180lbs for lat pulldown and i could have kept going, seems the Winstrol and Var combination is lights out for endurance.

No negative sides i can report, no acne or anything and mental nothing, Overall everything is on the up and up, i think i found a complete cycle that my mind and body both agree with and feel good on.


Ive added a few supplements into the list
3g taurine once a day 40 minutes before my workout.

electrolyte & trace mineral powder added into water once or twice a day.

Collagen & Prebiotoc drink mix two times a day.

Ive decided on switching up my diet food and macros , i felt i was missing out on fruit and that is a way of bringing a little enjoyment into the diet, the majority of the sugar is coming from the fruit which im ok with.

Ive added in alot of new items.

Good move on the blueberries bro. They're a super fruit and they taste delicious. If you buy bags of flash frozen blueberries they can be more nutritious then fresh and you can meal prep with them. I literally eat atleast 4 cups of blueberries everyday. Raspberries are good for you too and mix well if you're into sweet and sour

I have blackberries on standby for when i run through the blueberries, i have fresh and frozen cant even have enough food on stand-by as a backup, plus the antioxidant properties in blueberries is unmatched! I felt i was robbing myself of key nutrients by not having fruit a few times a day brother.

I mix my 64g of organic peanut and blueberries together and put it in the microwave for 30 seconds 1 minute at max and it makes a delicious snack, if i was bulking id have oats in thar sucker as well.

Yeah it honestly is all touch and go if it works and its clean and you see progression then who cares if its simple, plus u save money in the long run.

Weight up from 228lbs into 235.9lbs
7.9lb increase in 5 weeks time.

What i find most intriguing is im in a deficit i track everything and yet i am up in weight, maybe it is just that damn good with my compound selection and how my body is adapting with the compounds, or i would say it got to be the 500mg test that's having me put on some weight here or holding water or a mixture of both.

I know one thing tonight i wasn't screwing around i was trianing serious i also wanted to see what i could push lbs wise with certain lifts.

I switched up alot of lifts here, every few weeks i like to rotate my movements and target different things, keeps it fun and interesting.

I was doing one arm lat pull downs, i put 100lbs on and it felt lite as a feather for 15 reps, so i said ok 40lbs more did 140lbs for 12 felt easy could have done more, i was like what in the hell is going on here.

Put 315lbs on the smith i haven't done BentOvr row in months, did it today hit 315lbs for 6 clean reps, 185lbs for 15 and 225lbs for 20 like it was nothing. Also i will say thank god i train forearms every week because man people sleep on how much they come into play when holding heavy weight, definitely came in clutch with rows.

I then decided ok rear delt machine lets go up 50lbs for 15 reps, hit 150lbs easy, hit 170lbs for 12 easy, 130lbs for 20 cake walk.

I picked up the 80s and 85s for dumbbell Shurgs hit 15 and 12 easy could have went heavier, hit 70s for 20 easy.

Every single lift has just exploded and gone up for me, i cant really explain it besides the cycle just clicking and i found the correct combination for my body.

I really do believe 500mg test is an excellent sweet spot for myself it just works, never felt more like a machine then i do right now even in a calorie deficit.

The overall goal is a recomp/cut so im sure my coach will be pleased, even in 5 weeks time i cant believe the size and strength ive put on, never experienced anything like this before.

Im getting really vascular in the forearms im seeing some sculpting take place and overall seeing the changes happen.

Becareful about doing a lot of grip taxing lifting the same day cuz you don't want your grip to be the limiting factor of the lift. Do you bring lifting straps to the gym?

Becareful about doing a lot of grip taxing lifting the same day cuz you don't want your grip to be the limiting factor of the lift. Do you bring lifting straps to the gym?
I dont use straps i prefer raw lifting for the majority of my lifts, maybe if i went extremely heavy id use them, that is a good point about the grip not being the limiting factor i agree.

315lb rows aren't extreme lol! You beast.

Try straps just for 1 session. You might notice your numbers shoot up and you get a better stimulus in your back. Sometimes the grip is limiting us but we don't really realize it. I started using straps for back days and never looked back. I train forearms specifically now to compensate.

Hmmm never looked at it that way before, i will grab some and see what the difference is and compare them both, i only say that because ive done 315lbs before for more reps back when i was eating more calories and trianing more so for strength, my favorite achievement was when i did an arnold style barbell row for 12 with a little over 300lbs few winters ago now.

Another strong solid night in the books, terrific push workout tonight, strength and endurance was sky high.

I also figured i would share some photos from tonight and some from along the way from before cycle at the beginning of my cycle and current week 5 what i look like right now.

I feel like i look like a completely different person right now, kind of blows my mind the difference.

Another strong solid night in the books, terrific push workout tonight, strength and endurance was sky high.

I also figured i would share some photos from tonight and some from along the way from before cycle at the beginning of my cycle and current week 5 what i look like right now.

I feel like i look like a completely different person right now, kind of blows my mind the difference.

Weight up from 228lbs into 235.9lbs
7.9lb increase in 5 weeks time.

What i find most intriguing is im in a deficit i track everything and yet i am up in weight, maybe it is just that damn good with my compound selection and how my body is adapting with the compounds, or i would say it got to be the 500mg test that's having me put on some weight here or holding water or a mixture of both.

I know one thing tonight i wasn't screwing around i was trianing serious i also wanted to see what i could push lbs wise with certain lifts.

I switched up alot of lifts here, every few weeks i like to rotate my movements and target different things, keeps it fun and interesting.

I was doing one arm lat pull downs, i put 100lbs on and it felt lite as a feather for 15 reps, so i said ok 40lbs more did 140lbs for 12 felt easy could have done more, i was like what in the hell is going on here.

Put 315lbs on the smith i haven't done BentOvr row in months, did it today hit 315lbs for 6 clean reps, 185lbs for 15 and 225lbs for 20 like it was nothing. Also i will say thank god i train forearms every week because man people sleep on how much they come into play when holding heavy weight, definitely came in clutch with rows.

I then decided ok rear delt machine lets go up 50lbs for 15 reps, hit 150lbs easy, hit 170lbs for 12 easy, 130lbs for 20 cake walk.

I picked up the 80s and 85s for dumbbell Shurgs hit 15 and 12 easy could have went heavier, hit 70s for 20 easy.

Every single lift has just exploded and gone up for me, i cant really explain it besides the cycle just clicking and i found the correct combination for my body.

I really do believe 500mg test is an excellent sweet spot for myself it just works, never felt more like a machine then i do right now even in a calorie deficit.

The overall goal is a recomp/cut so im sure my coach will be pleased, even in 5 weeks time i cant believe the size and strength ive put on, never experienced anything like this before.

Im getting really vascular in the forearms im seeing some sculpting take place and overall seeing the changes happen.

I never really looked much into genetics, i know of the different body types, just never really paid attention with my own structure or genetics, its nice seeing all the guys with many more years of experience point these things out, i enjoy learning and understanding what everyone else sees when they look at my progress. I was more surprised im almost 240lbs

As much as I would be curious if i could lift a house i think the risk of injury greatly outweighs the lift attempt with this one.

Who knew all i needed was 500mg of test and a few orals im not on anything crazy either all mild compounds besides the Winstrol which could be considered harsher on the body, even so i only do 20mg a day keep it on the low side, im only slightly over 1 gram total for mgs

It wasn't bad ceo just normal soreness in a good way, i dont feel over worked or over trained, i feel the Winstrol and Var are really helping, overall my recovery only lifting 3 days a week has really paid off in terms of letting mw recover week to week and keep pushing.

No man not being rude at all my log is open for anyone to ask anything they like, always happy with answering.

So here is the breakdown

500mg Test C a week split into 3 injections M/W/F

250mg Mast E a week split into 3 injections M/W/F

Anavar 50mg a day 7 days a week
Winstrol 20mg a day 7 days a week

Aromasin 12.5mg a day 87.5mg a week

Tamoxifen 10mg a day M/W/F 30mg for the week.

Cycle Length is 12 weeks in length.

I also used the titration method with slowly ramping up the mast and test dose eveey week or 2 until i hit max dose, masteron might go up max 300mg, just depends on what my coach wants to implement.

Currently 5 weeks in and put on almost 8lbs in those 5 weeks so far.

Definitely, pretty amazing what almost 8lbs does for a difference its kind of crazy, so now from my own experience when guys say i only put on 8lbs, im gonna look at my photos and think these people are full of it... because if you put it on how my body has... you would not be complaining at all.

Definitely, pretty amazing what almost 8lbs does for a difference its kind of crazy, so now from my own experience when guys say i only put on 8lbs, im gonna look at my photos and think these people are full of it... because if you put it on how my body has... you would not be complaining at all.
8 pounds is a lot. go pick up 8 pounds of steak
 
Who knew all i needed was 500mg of test and a few orals im not on anything crazy either all mild compounds besides the Winstrol which could be considered harsher on the body, even so i only do 20mg a day keep it on the low side, im only slightly over 1 gram total for mgs

Weight up from 228lbs into 235.9lbs
7.9lb increase in 5 weeks time.

What i find most intriguing is im in a deficit i track everything and yet i am up in weight, maybe it is just that damn good with my compound selection and how my body is adapting with the compounds, or i would say it got to be the 500mg test that's having me put on some weight here or holding water or a mixture of both.

I know one thing tonight i wasn't screwing around i was trianing serious i also wanted to see what i could push lbs wise with certain lifts.

I switched up alot of lifts here, every few weeks i like to rotate my movements and target different things, keeps it fun and interesting.

I was doing one arm lat pull downs, i put 100lbs on and it felt lite as a feather for 15 reps, so i said ok 40lbs more did 140lbs for 12 felt easy could have done more, i was like what in the hell is going on here.

Put 315lbs on the smith i haven't done BentOvr row in months, did it today hit 315lbs for 6 clean reps, 185lbs for 15 and 225lbs for 20 like it was nothing. Also i will say thank god i train forearms every week because man people sleep on how much they come into play when holding heavy weight, definitely came in clutch with rows.

I then decided ok rear delt machine lets go up 50lbs for 15 reps, hit 150lbs easy, hit 170lbs for 12 easy, 130lbs for 20 cake walk.

I picked up the 80s and 85s for dumbbell Shurgs hit 15 and 12 easy could have went heavier, hit 70s for 20 easy.

Every single lift has just exploded and gone up for me, i cant really explain it besides the cycle just clicking and i found the correct combination for my body.

I really do believe 500mg test is an excellent sweet spot for myself it just works, never felt more like a machine then i do right now even in a calorie deficit.

The overall goal is a recomp/cut so im sure my coach will be pleased, even in 5 weeks time i cant believe the size and strength ive put on, never experienced anything like this before.

Im getting really vascular in the forearms im seeing some sculpting take place and overall seeing the changes happen.

Brother i had no clue it would be this damn good man! I dont know if its the combination of the compound selection and the synergy or my body running 500mg of test for the first time, man what ive seen in 5 weeks is crazy from a size standpoint.

Man i was so excited when i found it! They never carry it, plus with it being 330 calories a serving i can eat one meal of it and add extra calories fats and proteins into my meals, sometimes it is hard for me to consistently eat alot, my body doesn't like force feeding always makes me feel sick if i attempt it, so i try and keep the meals small portions wise

first official workout for the 12 week cycle, Wednesday May 21 2025

This first workout was incredible from a skin splitting pump aspect! I have never in my entire life felt pumps like this in the gym before, it was both amazing and me saying what the fuck, all at the same time in my head.

Every muscle i targeted 1-3 reps in and the pump was borderline overwhelming it was that strong, my endurance went up as well, i could get deeper into thr rep range before fatigue would set in.

Today i did a 20mg winny tablet 45 minutes before my workout, coach has me chewing the tablet and absorbing the tablet under the tounge.

naturally at first i wanted to say no way that is gonna be absolutely awful, you know what, the belgias winny tablets taste like a plan waffer cracker, i was pleasantly surprised, zero bad taste, it was super easy to do.

The results... i couldn't believe how quickly even 20mgs of winny worked with the method coach has me on, i cant imagine what this might possibly be like after 1-2 weeks of being on winny and beyond from a pump and endurance aspect.

Nothing special just took a few photos of my forearms at the end of my workout tonight, man i can already see winny boosted my vascularity, day 1.

I like this approach of starting low and tapering upwards during the cut,I have been conflicted of how to approach my cut in September but after reading this I will be doing a similar protocol

Bro careful eating that Wagyu beef. Cut the portions down. Super high fat concentration and if I eat a normal amount of that stuff I get the wicked shits like you wouldn't believe. Its like I only rent it for a couple hours lol.

I like wagyu even higher fats, you can easily digest if you do psyllium and probiotics. :D @BeMe

High fat stuff doesn't agree with me. I digest it tooooo well lol @LevButlerov

I'm on the probiotics, psyllium, and digestive enzymes and high amounts of animal fats or grease don't agree with my gut. Might mental with me too, I just don't feel good when I eat oily or certain fatty foods.

ive officially put on 10lbs so far with this cycle.

Some of you may be curious as to where ive been and why i stopped updating, i did a deload in preparation for a little bloodwork, as well as after keeping my foot on the gas for many weeks straight, i felt it was time for a rest, i also somehow got a hang nail which got infected and i had to go get my finger cut open and drained at the hospital so that put me out for a few days as well.

i apologize if i let you all down in the community with my abrupt slow down of updating my log, im still at it and still trying to work hard

I also hit a bit of a mental roadblock and when that happens i tend to self isolate and withdraw, probably one of my biggest flaws, i can get into my head to much at times, its something i try and work on the best i can so i can overcome that aspect and be better.


Working on prepping this week food wise and getting fully back dialed in and pushing forward.

@BeMe this gentleman is true iron brother and a friend, i am very thankful and humble for his help, he saw my posting dropped off a cliff and got into my dms and started checking on me asking if I was ok, he really went above and beyond and helped me express what I was going through and what was going on, his words had such a positive impact it got me back into the gym and back on track, i have alot of love and respect for this guy, i felt i should acknowledge him for a true legend, he helped get my mind right again.

I was out a total of 2 weeks from the gym, ive been back at it for 2 days now and i crushed both my sessions this week!

Alt and Ast are well within range even while being on 50mg var a day and 30mg winstrol a day which kind of surprised me.
