I have done blast and cruise cycles in the past with the 200 ml. Test cyp. And implementing other compounds like masteron, trenbolone, and primobolan but am currently just on the test cypionate.

Sleep- usually 6-8 hours a night and yes it needs to be closer to 8 a night.
Gym- 4x’s weekly with regular cardio and weight lifting. Usually stretch for 15-20 minutes. Then jog for 10. Then lift..
Day 1- chest and triceps
-flat bench 3 sets of 6-8 reps.
-incline bench 3sets of 6-8 reps.
-decline bench 3 sets of 6-8 reps.
-downward cable flys 3sets of 10.
- dips 3 sets of 10
- tricep push downs 3 sets of 10
Day 2- Back and Biceps
-Military Press 3 sets of 6-8 reps
-Pull Ups 3 sets of 10 reps with band assists
- supinated grip bent over rows 3sets of 6-8 reps.
- Face pulls 3 sets of 10 reps.
- Olympic bar curls 3 sets of 10reps.
Day 3- Legs
-Squats 3 sets 6-8 reps
-Bulgarian Split squats
- standing straight Calf Press
